I’m a usual costumer, but I have one comment I hope you take it under consideration. You always send my order in several shipments which make me pay twice or more for Aramex. I wish if you send my order in one shipment which will make me save and receive it all at once.

My last order some years ago went fine and the product was made in USA. Now, I just received my order and to my disappointment I find that it's made in China. Your products are not cheap and having them made in USA makes sense. But how do you ustify your hight prices with them made in China?

I purchased one night gown and one robe. Both were sized for plus size ladies but the online ad did not state that fact. Unfortunately, I have had to return them to you. I have been an Eileen West customer for at least 12 years and this was my first size issue.

Delivered in 3 days just before Christmas! Amazing and the packaging is perfect light weight and foldable. Love Queen Anne’s quality; try to purchase at least 1 new gown a year.

I had previously purchased my favorite nightgown from VonMaur and was desperate to have another. I am grateful Eileen West is available online! I ordered another nightgown and a robe and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Quality is excellent and my order came in less than a week with, much to my surprise, return labels that included shipping! I won’t be returning anything but thought it was great. I personally prefer to buy from a store but since I already knew I loved there product....this worked out great!

I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 days and can't get through. I left a message yesterday and was told that I would receive a call back in 24 hours, but no one has called. I need a call right away at 928-301-0588 in order to make a new order and arrange a return for the other item. Please call ASAP!!!

At age 93, I have worn only Eileen West night gowns for more years than I can remember . But this was the first time I bought one directly from the Eileen West website. Everything was fine, easy to do, and the nightgown is lovely. Whenever there is a sale, I'd like to get more!

The first order got lost, and it took several weeks and a few emails before this was found out.

But after that was established, the reimbursement was processed quite fast. They even offered a discount for the next order.

The next order arrived very fast though.

I sent an e-mail asking why an advertised discount code was not applied, and asked why my $78 order was not shipped for free.
As of today, one week later, I have not received my order, nor have I received a reply from the company.
We are off to a very bad start.

I have been buying Eileen West sleepwear for decades. I first discovered the brand at Bloomingdales in Virginia. Since then, good quality pure cotton sleepwear has become more and more difficult to find, especially with the rise in popularity of synthetics, which are not at all good for the environment, nor do they feel as good as cotton. I do wish more stores in my area (SW Florida) carried the brand. I turned to the EW website in frustration and wonder now why I didn’t think of it before. It was easy, the selection was deeper, the service was wonderful. For example, I forgot ti use the "welcome to the site" 15% discount and customer service credited my account after the order was finalized. The merchandise looks fresh (not pulled from stock at a department store). All in all, a great experience.

I wear an XS and prefer 100% cotton clothing. Eileen West is such a dependable source for comfortable nightgowns and lounge wear that I don't bother even looking anywhere else. Since I have been in voluntary isolation for Covid-19 for three months, I have not worn anything except my Eileen West nightgowns and just purchased two more for the summer.
