I was scammed by this company. I bought a gift card for Xbox live and when I tried to use the voucher code it said redeemed. I spoke to Xbox and they said it was redeemed a week before I bought it. Electronic first asked me for a reference number and chat log I had with Xbox customer support which I provided . But a week later no matter how much I email them they won't reply. I was also ignored by the live chat the moment I gave my email address and somehow they have removed live chat from their website on all my browsers (which I didnt know was possible) just for asking for an update. Appauling customer service and quite honestly a scam sending out used codes in return for your hard earned money. Stay away from this company as they have done this to other customers on trustpilot too if you read down. I don't see myself ever getting my money back :)

I was given an already redeemed $50 PSN card. When i pointed it out, they told me to contact PS support which i cannot because i am not from the US. Stay away from this site. Paypal dispute already opened against them.

These people are crooks. Sold me a windows key ($14.50) that was already used and thus invalid. Instead of refunding or providing me with another they directed me to Microsoft, classic scammer move. Don't buy their stuff

I had bought a Microsoft Office Pro key from these guys, they got back to me very swiftly and when I was having some issues registering it with Microsoft (said key had been used) they gave me some fast advice how to sort it. All sorted and registered. Great service and really efficient! Thanks guys!

I purchased a 12 month xbox live gold subscription and received a code within 3 minutes of purchase. As described by another user, the file had no extension, so I went to the file name, right clicked, chose rename, and named my file xboxlive.jpg. Once I did this, there was a picture of the code; which I was able to enter to my xbox live subscription. No issues redeeming. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I have to go in and make the file readable myself. I did purchase a worldwide version because I didn't want to worry about trying to do the VPN thing.

I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand! Received correspondence at first "our technical team is working on it" but to no avail. Fake product key... DO NOT do business with these scammers!

Have purchased xbox live memberships from them for the last 5 years. usually get sent an email with a picture of a code attached. always works and much cheaper than paying 60 euro's with microsoft. Can't understand others who have had bad experiences. sounds like they are not that computer literate.

Ordered the card through here for the obvious discount compared to the live store. Was emailed the code within minutes, the code entered and regestered as a 12 month subscription. After clicking confirm it said something went wrong on there end. Emailed customer support and had a response again in minutes. Ended up having get on a support forum that had you login and enter it on the web. Code worked A++ 4/5 stars for the extra work. Will purchase in the future!

I purchased a PS plus code and when my son entered it, we were actually charge the full amount for a PS plus account PLUS the 35 we'd already spent on this site. We've been disputing it from PayPal and they are completely unwilling to refund our money and told us that they'd have to 'resell' the code and that I should delete my emails from them - completely sketchy!

I purchased a 1 year membership of PlayStation Plus via code to be emailed. Instead I received a sketchy email asking for more personal information including my address? This was after I paid! Obvious PHISHING! Stay away from this site for codes! Luckily PayPal has great buyer protection. Oh, and their servers are based out of United Arab Emirates, if that's not sketchy enough for you. Have a great day.

Got the code and it worked but it almost took an hour and I had to file a dispute on PayPal before I got it, also it doesn't show up on my subscription status just says I have plus(don't know if that's normal for using codes). They also wanted a piece of mail for my address and my phone number which was a bit sketchy so even though it worked because of the hassle I'll pay full price for now on threw PlayStation, and if you do use this site use only PayPal and not your actual bank card or info.

At first I was a little scared of ordering because it had such a good price and the reviews weren't so good. However, I decided to get 2 years of Xbox live with the vpn, and it worked! The vpn was super easy to download and everything worked well!

So the site is legit but also....sketchy. I'll bet they sell your info and I'll bet its run by like 3 people total. I ordered an xbox live code, had to submit address and phone number after my email. No code was sent. So I tried their in site email. It failed. Regular email, no response. Finally tried their chat tool. Had my code emailed in 5 minutes and it was legit. I dont think the trouble was worth the savings though. $16 savings for a half day of annoyance.

Same experience as many have posted said they wouldn't send the code to my email and requested my information for identity theft purposes and never received code. Opened a case with PayPal to retrieve my refund. Major phishing operation!

I am an IT expert, thought I could save money on my xbox live subscriptions for myself and my two kids. I downloaded the VPN application and never received a code. This is a scam, it might work for some, but would you risk a 20$ chance or spend an extra 12 bucks and go to cdkeys.com. Up to you, i regret it and the worst part is I read the reviews before I bought it considering my IT background. SCAM!

Purchased 12 month xbox live code - wish i read these reviews first. I received an email asking for my phone number and home address, so I gave it to them since that is not overly personal information Then I just got no response. Thankfully I purchased with paypal so I have opened up a dispute with the company. Just don't bother. Seriouslyfor a few quid more I could have got it off amazon. Regrets regrets.

Code doesn't work. Like another reviewer, called Xbox Live, they confirmed it's a Brazil only code. I told EF. They told me to delete all emails from them from my email and computer so they can resell it...in other words, get rid of all evidence of the scam...I've contacted Paypal and my credit card instead. Don't trust positive reviews on here, they are fake. And that TrustPilot site blocks (flags) all negative reviews leaving only good ones. Total scam. Absolute fraud.

I ordered a 12 month PS + Card. AFTER I paid THROUGH PAYPAL, I received an email stating that I had to supply them with my phone number and a scanned picture of recent mail I had received so they could 'verify' that I was a real person. I paid through PAYPAL! I am already verified through them! Their online chat is a freaking joke! So now I don't have my code and I am $38.00 short in my bank account. I opened a dispute via PayPal, but I have to wait a week before they will investigate the matter. Steer clear of these scamming piles of trash!
