I bought these items because I was given a promo code for $50 because one of your products (portable dock for Nintendo Switch) ruined my Nintendo Switch console by frying the charging circuit. It took Nyko 2 months to replace my console and I then had to re-contact them to get my old console back so that I could transfer all my data to the new one (which also had my copy of Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild inside, by mistake), so yes, you did rectify my problem, it just took you longer than I had hoped. Well Done.

Took 5 days to ship, then 3 to get here. Good product but wayyy too long to ship, I almost bought from another site! And great price!

No trouble at all, and the delivery came in only three days!

I never received my item and this is the second time it's happend and I'm still waiting on it and never got reimbursed or anything!!!!! I'm extremely ****** with this company and will never buy any products again!!! I will be telling everyone I know out the kind of service I got from customer service and the man I talked to didn't State the companies name or what dept I was calling so I had no idea if I called the right number. At the end of the day all i want is the item that I ordered so I can move on and never deal with this company again!!!!

I have been looking for these Nyko chargers for my PS4 controller. Not sure why I didn't check Nyko website sooner. These shipped fast and work great. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

You could start off by when you offering two day shipping getting the product to me in a timely manner. I paid for twice day shipping and received my product more than a week later!

Order cancelled one week after order was placed and was not given the option to wait on back order

Ordering was simple and Received product withing 5 days.

Ordered 4 charging adapters, received 3. Strange as the product is only sold in packs of 2.

The adapters were just tossed into a padded envelope and shipped.

The technician found after talking over 5 min that the battery was bad and that he would be sending a replacement. Awaiting it!

For a third party manufacturer, I thought the adapter fit very well with the PS4 Controller. I have had no issues charging my controller and the contacts have been very reliable. I would definitely recommend, it's very convenient to just lay the controller on top of the charger and they look great for display while they charge.

I was very impressed what Nyko Gaming Tech created the gear for Nintendo Switch and also other consoles. However, I notice there is Nyko Gaming Tech logo on there. I know it needs to advertise or put symbols your company.
But I was a bit disappointed the design of the look because of the logo...
If there was Nintendo Switch logo on it. It would look great.

The Dock Band...
I like the way you did the idea and put on the Switch, but I'm the most disappointed and not satisfied.
The reason is the Bands are nicely fit on the Nintendo Switch, but when its docked, it was SO Tight that I could barely put my Nintendo Switch on the dock mode.
I would not recommend to other customers to buy this unless who don't like scratch
I mean really really hate scratch their own Nintendo Switch.
Besides that, I usually don't like to modify on my Nintendo Switch and other consoles unless I really want it too. I only put my Nintendo Switch nothing but an official grayish black(?) case for Nintendo Switch and unofficial glass scratch protector from an expert protection Korean company.

And one more thing, Nintendo Switch works with USB-C which is Nintendo made a great desition, Micro USB is also nice but I would prefer USB-C for docking the Charging Block. And besides, most of the companies are turning Micro USB to USB-C.
Additional advice for the name, I like the way you made these products for compatibility to other consoles to charge in the same block. If you Change your product name, I would prefer the name called Super Block (TM), Cube (TM) or Connect Cube. I don't know exactly sure that you will change or not, but I would prefer to change the name and make a brand product.

P.S. I wish there is a Charge Block for small handheld consoles like 2DS XL and 3DS XL. Or something that makes dockable those handheld consoles.

I love that I was able to buy the extra charge plugs for 2 different chargers and the price was pretty great. Also I loved that it was shipped fast. I will be recommending these to everyone that I know.
