I requested the services of Elite Process to serve divorce papers to my husband and within 3 business days the papers had been served. Elite Process Service also provided me with an official Affidavit of Service that I could present in court. This service was efficient and reliable and the cost was very reasonable. I would gladly request their services in the future if I ever needed it

This business handled a short-notice project for me swiftly and accomplished the task as requested. They were honest with regard to their pricing and kept me well informed on the project's status. They were professional in both their actions and their customer interactions.

I gave all Five star reviews and I realize this could cause others to receive this review with suspicion, but I cannot fault Elite on any level. The straight five stars are well deserved. I am an attorney in Tallahassee Florida, and serving process in a foreign jurisdiction can be nerve-wracking. Elite gave me a significantly lower quote than other process servers, and they promptly responded to my inquiry. They perfected service immediately, and on a very hostile party, and eliminated a significant amount of my stress. I sincerely wish that I practiced in their jurisdiction so as to support their business.

The response to my request for information about service was almost immediate, even on a Sunday afternoon, and the actual serving of papers occurred the very next day. Fast and professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

We called late in the afternoon on the 31st of December hoping to have an individual served, and, surprisingly Elite managed to arrange service. If I remember correctly, the woman who answered the telephone told me that they weren't even open, but she would try to find a process server willing to work on such short notice, and on a day which is essentially a holiday when everyone else closes early. While the man to be served was not available, we got him served a day or two later, but, it wasn't for lack of trying on the part of Elite--they had a process server at his door on the 31st! We were seriously impressed with this company and the professionalism with which they conducted their business. We will use them again and highly recommend them. Many, many thanks!

Went above and beyond expectations. Website and ability to submit documents electronically is very convenient and efficient. Quality and speed of process server and submital of affidavit of service was exceptional. I definitely recommend Elite's services and will be using them again. Pearson Butler & Carson, PLLC, a Utah law firm, used Elite Process Serving for an Illinois defendant. Elite did a very good job for us in a small Illinois town and the rate was very reasonable. The Elite representative who took our call was very courteous and helpful.

Unpon making my initial arrangements for Elite service to 4 of my tenants, I told them for each tenant the specific timeframe in which they would be home. I told them I had been watching their work schedules and while in the Elite office, I wrote down the best timing for each tenant who would return from work, an made it clear that each tenant wold be working during, returning after 6pm. I also mentioned that one tenant would be home morning until 9:00am then would leave for work. I also said I had photo copies of their drivers licenses so that they could be identified. I was asked if I could meet the server there if needed to let them in. I agreed since I live only 15 minutes away. Despite my specific instructions, I received my affidavits yesterday which for all tenants show that 3 of the 4 attempts were made between 2:00pm and 5:50pm, when all of my tenants are at work. This is a very expensive mistake. Clearly the front office and the actual server did not exchange information. Now, I have to lose another 3 weeks rent on 3 tenants who could have been served if my instructions were followed. I deserve a refund.

The staff at Elite Process Serving, Inc. are excellent about keeping in touch with you. They will let you know when they receive your documents, any attempts that have been made, and verify information as needed. I highly recommend this facility for your serving needs!

My guy did not get served, because he never showed at hearing where he was to be served, but process server stuck around and waited for 45 minutes. I also received a status call and affidavit of non-service was sent right away.

You guys are quick and efficient and I'm very happy with the service. Especially that you offer same day serves. The only issue I did have is that the second time I used your services, it took a week to receive the affidavit of service and I had to reach out twice just to retrieve it.

My only complaint, and it's not really a complaint, is that I didn't receive notification that service had been accomplished immediately. However, when I called, it was researched and I was called back promptly. The website was very easy to use and payment was easy. Thanks for your help!

I needed help with a skip trace and it was done immediately. I needed someone served that was very hard to get in touch with, and it was done right away. I thank them for providing exactly what i needed done as soon as the paper work was sent to them.

I first began with a phone call to discuss services, pricing, etc. A New Client Information form and Payment form were provided. Once the initial paperwork was submitted, the forms for process service were then submitted. Entire process (from initial sign-up to service completion) was quick and easy. Thank you.

Our office had initially used another process server who charged 3 times the amount of Elite Processing even though they were not able to serve our defendant. Elite was able to serve our defendant very quickly for a reasonable charge. We were very happy with their service and will definitely use them again if we need service upstate.
