The first lady we saw was excellent and really knew her stuff. However the 2nd visit was with a chap who didn't seem to know what was going on when we asked questions

The service was good and the documentation produced was as we requested for a will, it was a bit confusing about entering dates or not entering dates and my wife put a date on the will where she should not have, and we ended up having a new will sent out and having to get it re countersigned and sent off, it would have been easier to send the incorrectly dated document back to her and just get her to initial it

From first contacting them we had a visit from an advisor who went through the full procedure with us it was all explained very clearly and the wills were drawn up for our approval in weeks.
We would recommend them to other people and we would use them again should the need arise

Planning your will is never an easy process; ELM had a wonderfully friendly representative who was not pushy; he was very thorough and presented all the options to us, then gave us time to decide what we wanted before coming back to sign all the paperwork. The ability to have the documents securely stored, and spread the payments was an additional bonus.
