Absolutely brilliant service so far. Only feed back I would give is that I tried to send a message which must have been to large to get to the musician about my plan for the event. Maybe more characters would be benifical for the messages

Joe Bailey was excellent. Great musician, lovely personality and had everyone dancing straight away. Loads of good comments from our guests. Please tell everyone about him. Many thanks to the Encore team for recommending him after us being let down by Dan Knight

We had John Murphy play the Saxophone at the Ronald McDonald House Jingle Bell Ball last Saturday. John was fantastic and joined in with the Dublin Ukulele Collective and played as the guests entered the room.

The wonderful Chiara got back to me within ten minutes at half past nine on a Friday evening after I messed up and booked an artist for the wrong date! She was friendly, professional and had everything sorted within minutes. Hugely impressed!

We would like to thank the London New Orleans Mardi Gras band who really made our wedding a day special. They were on time, well organised and even took a request to play a Venga Boys song that my friends wanted to hear! The band were a surprise to the guests and their timing was perfect as they appeared playing as we walked down the aisle and they led the guests outside. I always wanted to have a New Orleans style brass band at my wedding and I am so glad that I went with the London New Orleans Mardi Gras band, they were the talk of the wedding and I would definitely book them again.

Chaira was very helpful & attentive to my request and she went out of her way even late evening to assist. I would definitely recommend Encore. I have booked Andy the Piper he is so gregarious & I cannot wait for him to play at my special event :)

We booked Kid at the Back for our Wedding Party on Saturday 14th March 2020 and I cannot rate them highly enough! From the initial contact and ongoing communication, right through to their fantastic performance, set and musicianship on the night! They absolutely were the main reason our party was the huge success it was and everybody, and I mean everybody commented on how awesome the band were!
They were exceptional in every aspect and I recommend them for any function! 10 out of 10!

We booked Antony for our Christmas Party in central Manchester.

DJ Antony was really good at reading the room and keeping everyone on their feet.

Would recommend and use him again.

First musician bailed. Had to find out, Encore 'forgot' to inform me. Had to argue for a discount on next booking, short notice.
Second musician has just cancelled on the day. Took hours for Encore to make contact- no emergency no. and online 'help' useless.
Staff are arrogant and a bit useless. Musicians clearly unreliable.
Do not use. Used Sarah @ LastMinuteMusicians on the end, she was fab!
