Right from the start our account manager Alexandra and her colleagues have been extremely responsive to all our requests. My emails receive an answer very quickly and I have hardly had to wait at all for any changes or additions to our licences to be made. I wish all our suppliers were this good,

Alexandra at Engage in Learning has been consistently helpful and available over our first year. Whenever I have had silly questions or last minute changes she has responded quickly and efficiently. They have a wide range of courses and are always looking to take feedback. Our biggest struggle has been trying to make sure that our employees are completely the required courses within a specific time frame but Alexandra has recommended possible solutions for us to trial in the future. Overall, they have been great. Costing will be our only consideration when it comes to renewal but we will take all aspects into consideration.

Engage in Learning delivered a great service from start to finish; we were able to work swiftly with all team members to deliver our internal staff data protection training within a month or so of first contact. this also included a face to face meeting and fantastic administrative support following the launch of the training.

Our employees and Partners have done the DSE and Driving Course, everyone passed with 80% a lot passed 100%, we will be doing some more in the New Year.

As a company, we have used the services of Engage in Learning to roll out GDPR and Modern Slavery e-learning to several hundred staff. The platform is excellent, very user-friendly and aesthetically-pleasing (bespoke to our company). On the rare occasions that we have required technical support, the level of service has been outstanding. A fantastic range of courses. I would not hesitate in recommending them for a wide range of e-learning requirements.

They were extremely helpful and willing during our evaluation process, and once their offering had been chosen they continued to provide first class service during the setup and configuration of our facility.
The acid test for any service organisation is how they deal with problems, and the only one we've had thus far (a server issue that affected all their subscribers, not just us) was handled in a professional manner, with their service desk and account manager keeping in touch until full resolution.
