Thank you to English Interiors for helping us to modernise and upgrade our thirty-five year old kitchen and bathroom. We are delighted with the work that has been done, and the end result.
From the outset we benefitted from the design expertise and product knowledge of the English Interiors professional office team. We were impressed by their focus on translating our imprecise brief into coherent design ideas, and they introduced lots of new and exciting ideas that helped our own thinking. Their attention to detail and patience with us made it a very enjoyable part of the overall project, and, to their great credit, it never felt like a sales pitch. We quickly developed a relationship of trust and confidence in the English Interiors team, and their continuing contacts through the installation phase underlined their genuine interest in delivering a new kitchen and bathroom that we would be delighted with.
The English Interiors installation team were excellent! Their Project Manager inspired confidence from the outset, with his obvious professional knowledge and experience, and his consistent reliability in delivering whatever he said he would do. He skilfully co-ordinated a team of plumbers, carpenters, electricians, plasterers, heating engineers, and installers, all of whom were first-class in both the quality of their work and their customer service attitude. The whole team worked very efficiently, and with real consideration for us as we continued to live in a relatively small home through a period of significant disruption. The Project Manager and his team were excellent at providing a timeframe and plan that they kept to, keeping us in touch with progress, and checking out points of detail as the job progressed. On several occasions they flagged options to us, and we therefore felt fully engaged in the important decision-making on issues that ultimately led us to be delighted with the end result. The Project Manager and the team were also first-class as resolving the inevitable problems that arise, whether it be how best to channel waste pipes or discovering that some of the old plastering needed to go. The focus was always about explaining the issue to us in terms that we could understand, and then finding the best solution.
The overall project was a big undertaking for us. The English Interiors team, from start to finish, made it a thoroughly pleasurable experience, and that is down to the professionalism and approach adopted by the design team, the production team, and the installation team. A big thank you to English Interiors - we are delighted with the end result. We will certainly be back to you when we start to turn our thoughts to up-grading the bedrooms.

English Interiors have recently installed our bespoke utility room installation, with great satisfaction.

Allyson and Dominique worked tirelessly from start to finish in providing us with a service that was second to none. We say this even though there were a few blunders on the way!. When we had an issue they rectified it without dispute or compromise.

We would have no hesitation in recommending English Interiors and using them again in the future.

When we first visited English interiors we were impressed with the layout of the showroom, the number of displays and the quality of the furniture.
We were extending our kitchen, so had some ideas of what we wanted, but found it tricky trying to visualise the extra space and layout we wanted. Gary was wonderful, he worked with us over several weeks, designing and amending the layout until we were totally happy with it. He didn't care how many visits or phone calls we made. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too.
The fitters arrived promptly on the arranged day and their professionalism was plain to see. Everything fits perfectly and is lined up.
The result is a fabulous kitchen exceeding our high expectations.
We're so pleased that we have had our Utility room fitted out to match.

I placed a call with English Interiors to book a home visit to discuss the possibility of having a kitchen designed, an appointment was accepted for Wednesday. The sales person asked for both mine and my husband's mobile number.
I left the call very happy an appointment had been set up, no not 10 minutes after my call, the sales person called my husband not me who had made the appointment, to say the appointment had been made on her day off, this was not mentioned to me during the call that is was her day off, from this she asked us to visit their showroom to discuss our requirements.
As you can expect I was extremely disappointed, we requested a home visit to discuss how we could design a new kitchen and to have the room measured up correctly.
From this change I decided not to visit their showroom, when a customer is committed to spending a large amount of money having a new kitchen designed then the sales person should give the appropriate customer service that this calls for.

We have recently had our Kitchen and Bathrooms designed and installed by English Interiors, The service we have received from the team at English Interiors and the tradesmen has been fantastic, friendly and professional.

The Kitchen was a big project which required walls knocking down and a complete redesign, we had a few consultations with Gary to get it just how we wanted, there is no hard sell it was all about getting it right. Even when we were given a bit of bad news from the council over building regulations, Gary and the builder came up with a solution to work round the issue which only true professionals would have considered.

The Kitchen is now the family kitchen we dreamed of, its also of a quality that we know will look like new for many years to come.

Having had such an excellent experience with the Kitchen we didn’t even think about going anywhere elsewhere for our Bathrooms. Even though they were smaller projects the service and attention to detail was exactly the same ensuring we got the design just right. We now have a stunning family bathroom and ensuite which again with the quality of the suites and workmanship means they look just as good in several years to come.

Throughout the work English Interiors and the tradesman were fantastic and worked so well together, they are all local trades and we would highly recommend all of them.

Another service English Interiors offer is you can either pay for the tradesman through them or pay the trades directly. Paying directly works out cheaper so we chose that option and tradesmen provide you with a full quote so you know where you are.

We really are extremely grateful to Gary and his team and the many tradesmen for helping transform our very tired and dated house into a dream home.

From the start to the finish Andy and all the team including the fitters did a 1st class job from planning, to communication to the installation, would highly recommend English Interiors Limited.

From the first time we walked into the showroom of English Interiors and saw the beautiful bespoke Ashley Ann kitchen displays we were hooked. Then we met Allyson and knew we were going to get the kitchen we wanted. Allyson listened to us and drew up a design that was perfect for us. Thank you Allyson.

After a small hiccup at the start of the job, caused by a lack of communication, it was mostly plain sailing after that. All tradesmen that worked on our new kitchen were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Particular thanks to Shaun and Ian for their excellent workmanship and reliability.

The couple of minor issues we had were quickly resolved and, in just under two weeks, we had a beautiful kitchen that exceeded our expectations.

We have had two kitchens fitted by English Interiors in two different houses, our former and current homes. On both occasions the work was carried out to a very high standard and within the agreed time limits. Gary is very easy to get along with and was most helpful designing both kitchens for us, Mark was also very helpful during the second fitting. The trademen who did the work were quick, polite and efficient. Recently almost 2 years after the second kitchen was fitted a problem developed with the fitting of the door on the integrated dishwasher. Gary arranged for a fitter to visit and repair to problem with no charge. Highly recommended.
