Ordering online was easy and straightforward, The delivery was very poor with parts missing, wrong items supplied and I still don’t have one of the items over 10 days later!

Not let their customers wait 2 weeks for their multiple order just because two small items were out of stock. I did appreciate the freebies but they still didn't make up for the job I lost out on because my welding rods didn't turn up on time. I will be going back to rapid welding from now on who get my stuff delivered on time.

I have waited over a week, which under the circumstances is ok although I would have liked to have been made aware items weren't available at point of purchase

I ordered a welding helmet from Engweld at 2:45 pm and by 11am the next day it was there I could not recommend this company enough and they are now my main supplier for welding goods and supplies

I had trouble paying on the website so I got in contact with a member of staff over the phone, they went above and beyond to help and even got my new welder to me in an incredibly fast time! I can't recommend them enough and will be sure to use them again in the future for more welding supplies.

They immediate contacted me to let me know the item I had ordered was out of stock and then involved 2 or 3 of their colleagues to try and find an alternative. Very prompt and professional.

It would have been 5 stars, but reduced it to 3, as I only got part of the order (without which the other items do not work). Having rang the branch up I am told that some other branch will deliver the items but don't know when. The items needed are PPE, therefore critical at the moment.
The fact that I have been sent a review link prior to the order being completed, shows poor thought to the customer experience. Hence they lost another 2 stars.

Quick and easy online service, once you go through to look at a certain section on the online store however once you press back it sends you back to the beginning list rather than back one layer.
Haven't received my order yet however. Ordered on Wednesday, dispatched thursday. Will probably get it monday which is fine however if i was in a rush to get any welding items I would probably go for a different supplier who can guarantee 1-2 day delivery. An online ordering service goes up in peoples estimation when you can guarantee delivery times

The website was easy to use and a quick service the staff was prompt to contact me at first but then I hadn’t heard anything for a few days and decided to chase it and it turns out they was waiting for a item to come in stock but no one contacted me to tell me and I waited nearly two weeks for my item to be dispatched

I ordered the trolley one day and it arrived the next morning, how much better can you be than that! Fantastic service well done.

The service was appalling paid close to £1,800 for a new welder only to find it was a display model with lots of items missing that would have been in the box, when we questioned the fact it was the display, we where lied to repeatedly, it's only when we spoke to Fronius we were told there boxes are checked and sealed and should not be opened by customers.
The only reason I'm giving the one star * is because no stars is not available

I waited a week to get my order, after phoning various branches 4 times and speaking to 6 people I finally found out the branch that was supposed to be dealing with my order (I placed the order online) didn’t have stock and should have sent the order up to the Grimsby branch which it took them nearly a week to do!
However after finding this out, waiting for a return phone call which didn’t happen I decided to call the Grimsby branch directly. They were extremely helpful and got my order out next day delivery. They were the only people that made the effort to find out what was going on and resolve my issue.

Covid has clearly had an impact with only 1 person allowed in the shop where there was room for more even with social distancing but doesn’t excuse the sales assistant being a miserable sod.

Not very easy to contact via phone in relation to internet sales,some Lack of information on website as in the rebel 215 that I purchase is not set up with U.K. 13amp plug rather European plug but no mention of this

I purchased items from Engwelds for my brother The standard of our service from Peter was above and beyond his duties. I highly recommend the products and the high standard of communication from Peter the service was excellent I would definitely use this company again as I felt that I was was valued as a customer.
