I initially had questions and was not prepared to complete my order on line without speaking to someone so I called the office during business hours and all I can say was the service was outstanding and as a result I ordered several thousand dollars worth of cabinets and supplies. Everything came quickly and the items were first quality. I will definitely order from them again.

I called the 1-800 number to ask for customer service, because I had a question about a product I wanted to order. I wasn't sure about the exact size of the Hon file pedestal I wanted to order. The description on the website had three sizes it was showing me, so I had to end up calling eofficedirect.com. THe gentleman was very helpful and I ended up placing an order. I received the product in a matter of days.

Delivery was a problem ... freight company had one man to deliver 4 large file cabinets to 9th floor office. Delivery man left the cabinets in our loading dock. Had to pay outside help to get the cabinets to our office. On the plus side ... freight company management was totally apologetic. Please be sure to check with your shipper to make sure your order will be delivered where it's supposed to be delivered! Product was delivered in good condition. Would use again.

I was delighted and relieved to find EXACTLY what I wanted to replace a file folder that was LITERALLY falling apart. The price was a bit more than I'd anticipated paying, but I was so glad to find the right size, right # of "slots" all alphabetized and the right material/construction, I did not care really ! New file folder arrived in timely fashion and is already in use ! Thanks again for the great service !

I was very impressed with the service I received at eofficedirect several years ago when I purchased furniture for my office. So it was natural that when I needed additional items, that I contact them. Again, they did not disappoint. I ordered my supplies on Tuesday, July 2nd. I thought with the upcoming July 4th holiday on a Thursday that I wouldn't receive my order until after the weekend. I was wrong, I received the order the following day, Wednesday, July 3rd. Great fast service!

After checking several sites, I found that eofficedirect.com was the cheapest place to buy the Bunn 10 cup coffee brewer.
The ordering process was great. The shipping time was, in my opinion, a little slow, but overall I had a good experience.
