Avoid At All Costs.

I bought a new head unit from these guys in July, it is now almost December. It has never worked correctly and they have consistently avoided replacing it. Now after months of emails back and forth and firmware updates and removing and reinstalling the unit and attempting an add on dongle (still doesn't work) they want me to pay to return this thing to Hong Kong?? I bought it from a co.uk website on the assumption it was coming from the UK not Hong Kong and why on earth should I pay even more for their mistake? This company is run by crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DO yourself a favour a spend the cash on a known name brand, these guys sell junk and won't help when it goes wrong. AVOID.

Ordered GM5164 Delivery Arrived after 10 days, while i paid for expediated shipping 3-5 days. Tracking system showed it traveled halfway around the world before reaching. Packaged beautifully, the main carton was suprisingly tiny and had few tears, but intenral boxes were strong and okay. Product. Product quality is Grade A , Price is very good, it could have been a lil bit more cheaper though Problems, yes there are few issues, the Gm series are the ones with Miracast feature, something no other brand or non brand has ever attained, with that said, I could only use the miracast feature just once perfectly, their software needs fixing and they dont even admit it. I bought my product with Tpms and the Gui of the indash needs tweaking to properly work with tpms. after sending about 10 emails explaining to them that the tpms is at times acting $#*!y , they finally say okay send tpms back by shipping and we will test it and if its defective we will send new one, I BEEN TRYING to tell em that the Software of indash needs tweaking to properly work with TPMS not TPMS is defective sheesh. Sound quality is Goos, it could have been awesome. the problem here is the 2 subwoofer outputs they have in their inbuilt amplifier, my full option camry has great speakers with inbuilt woofers, but i dont have any subwoofers . Now i after paying for an upgrade am stuck with an amplifier that is sending flat signals to my speakers, because it relies on 2 subwoofers to give bass. This is ridiculously funny. but hey the quality is good, just flat bass :( I will not add subwoofers to my car, knowing my speakers used to handle bass extremely well on the original amplifier. After Sales service, is okay. they are frienmdly, but hey my issue was not solved, and i just let it slide, knowing that i am happy i didnt get scammed. the products are good, But buying a D series is better option than GM series, as its eaven cheaper and it has all the features u will be USING on THE GM series lol.

Horrible products and even worse customer support and service. I have GA5166x that has no sound! I have to disconnect all power every few weeks to get it to reset. Customer support is only chat or email from China with poor English. No phone support. Not supporting thier warranty. Sent wrong system password. Sent me older, not newer update file, etc... They sell the older O/S and models as new. Best Buy install gurus will not touch these units. Do not buy, run. Walt & Martha Johnson

Purchased a head unit that they guaranteed would fit a 2006 Audi S4. When received, it did fit in the dash, but the wiring harness did not fit (it was not the same size clip harness). I contacted them and they put me off for several days, then finally said "nope, it won't work"... they offered to return (at MY shipping expense) but said it "may be better to sell the unit locally".. really? I was out of town and replied a few weeks later.. they then explained that we were outside of the return window (a very short 30 days). Even though they knew it wouldn't work well within the 30 day period. I am currently working on a chargeback thru my card. Their correspondence was unprofessional and unhelpful. Their 30 da return policy is a joke.. and they even expect you to cover return shipping on a product that they promise would fit, but doesn't fit.

Purchased a unit from them that would not power up! Customer service would not get back my money (or even get back with me) had to contact paypal and pay unbelievable shipping cost to send it back to China.

I’ve just installed the Eonon D5168 in my 2007 Nissan Versa Hatchback. Installing seemed to be very simple and just took around thirty minutes. That it was only a matter of removing the dashboard panel, taking out the manufacturing radio, mounting this manufacturing bracket towards the brand new stereo, installing the new stereo, and connecting it to the wiring harness. Everything was obviously a direct fit. No modifications or custom installation is necessary. And for all the quick answers and all the help I received when i got stuck. I recommend this site if you find something you like! I am very pleased with the product I orderd.

Bought the unit, it is not powering on. Customer service have been out due to national China day holiday for 4 days. I called them today, they are out due to weekend. Bunch of idiots who don't read or understand English. I keep telling them that I have 12V going to the unit and still not powering up, all fuses are good. They want to send me a wiring harness. I am tired of messing with these people. Save yourself the headache and by something in US so it can be returned in case. DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY.

The best head unit for my Mazda 3 ,the applications are very fluid, the radio, the gps, the Bluetooth everything works very well. Need help and support people quickly helped me solve my problem, 100% recommended.

I ordered the Eonon GA9480A for my 2008 GMC Sierra 3500 and it fit perfectly. Screen is huge, has great touch sensitivity and installation was easier than I could've imagined. All plug an dplay, no splicing wires or harnesses or trying to figure out which wire is for what. The only problem I had was they forgot to send a few accessory cords along but have put them in the mail for me already and the backup camera that was sent with the deck didn't power, but they are also replacing that. Their customer service has been fantastic, just slow (no complaints) because they are awake when I am asleep being in Canada and they are in China.

Its my second buy from Eonon, i am really pleased by their product, but now i am really really pleased with their customer service. Very nice, very helpfull.

Ordered a Vauxhall/Opel Vectra-C "Plug&Play" Unit shipped within EU, arrived within only a few days and was very well packaged, so far so good. ****, the unit does not fit without modifying the car´s radio tray (cutting plastic and metal), the external mic, antenna adapter was defective, and the touchscreen is living it´s own life :-) 10-15mails later Eonon sent me a new touchfilm for the screen (sent from China, stating a value so I ended up paying customs and VAT). Now almost 3 months later I have a defective head unit and a touchfilm that doesnt fit the screen&headunit.A lot of wasted hours, poor/no support from Eonon and money down the drain. Lesson learned and some ~EUR 300 gone.

Almost 4 months since I bought GA9153A for my 2013 VW Jetta and I think I can share my thoughts. This is my second Eonon headunit. The previous was the universal G2110F. The progress of the technology is unbelievable. I have to say, I am more satisfied with my new one (GA9153A). The moment you start the car in the morning and the unit is operational, literally. It is even faster than the OEM of my other car. I received my unit within 5 days (including duty payment to DHL delay), and from Hong Kong to Canada this must be a record. About the unit itself, I have no words to explain how fast (4GB RAM, Octa-Core processor) and how easy to install is. As for its functionalities, it is more than a tablet in the car. Great work, Eonon! I had to contact them for some tech support, and I have to admit that they respond very quickly and adequately. My only concern is I really hope it will survive the Canadian winters. Fingers crossed.

I purchased the GA9265B unit for my BMW E90. I first had problems with the Camera, it picked up EM noise from the engine and was not usable. I had to install a relay to pickup power directly from Battery. The unit seems to work fine but the Steering Wheel keys are not working and this is needed for hands free calling while driving. I called support many times and you get a short message, wait for less than 10 seconds, you get option to leave a message with your name and email but you don't get any call back. You have to use email and that is not good support. It is sad, it is a good unit but the lack of support is not good. This product does need good support. The documentation is skimpy at best. There is no forum support neither, just this Facebook community and there is no support discussions in here.

Got a head Unit for my Mazda 3 in the Sale including Dashcam and reverse Cam for a very good price. I had a question wich the support answered very quickly.

Four years ago (October 26, 2016), a bought an Android head unit for my 2007 2L Mazda 3. I was very happy with the upgrade from just having a car radio to a full functioning Android system. The head unit was function very well with all the android features. However, last week, an electrical malfunction on the car’s alarm system corrupted the head unit’s android system. I contacted Eonon’s support group, and I am giving them 5 stars (particularly Nicky) who was very patient in sending me the img. files needed to restore my Android system - even after the lapse of four years after i bought it. More power to Eonon and it’s very innovative products.

I wanted to keep the factory look for my car and I had previously had an Eonon unit in a previous car so it was a no brainer to purchase the latest model, the GA9350 for my current car. The purchase process was simple. The price was great. Delivery was quick and I was able to track my shipment via DHL. The fact that it came from overseas quicker than some local deliveries is amazing!
The best part was that when I received my unit I immediately took it to my car and within half an hour I had it installed and running! I also purchased the A0585 dongle to allow Android Auto connection and that works perfectly.
The unit has so many features and the sound is also great.
Very happy with my purchase and can easily recommend this brand to anybody. Fantastic Value.

I bought a Eonon GA2177 unit and since today (11 months later) it functions very well!! After several unit replacements from other manufactures, I can say the Eonon is the best buy i ever make!! They also offer you many gifts along with the purchase and from time to time they offer very good discounts. If you encounter a problem the Eonon team is willing to help you without any irrelevant questions by giving simple and easy to understand solutions. if i ever need to replace my unit, Eonon unit i will buy again!!

The unit is great on my Maz 3 for years and is still working fine. The support team is always there to response my emails since I'm overseas. Nicky in the support team is very patient and helpful to assist me with the issues. I'm satisfy with my purchasing and would rate more * if I could :)
