I honestly keep coming back because of Glenn Beyer. I could shop anywhere but the customer service I receive from him is Golden. You cannot pay enough for that.

Every one was very nice, provided prompt samples 3 times, different once till the time match is found. Price was acceptable, could be little better but services excellent on time delivery even after last minute addition to art work was taken care and did not delay delivery. Keep up good work guys.

I ordered custom architectural scales for my cabinet business to pass out as Christmas gifts. Because of the somewhat short timeline, they did not provide me with a sample before producing the order. When the rulers arrived, I could not decipher the scales and contacted my sales person. He informed me that these were engineering scales (which I did not know there was such a thing) and since these were what I had selected on the website that I had to keep them. I escalated the issue and the results we all I could hope for.

While we would not have the new rulers in time for Christmas ePromos is going to remake the items as Architectural scales as I need at no additional charge.

Thank you for working with me to get this resolved. The quality of the aluminum scales is outstanding and now that I will get the correct calibrations my customers can appreciate this item. Thank you

I recently ordered bank bags and John Heinz was amazing. The ordering process was easy and the product came by the time promised and it looked just as I imagine it. John has always taken good care of me and even lets me know of specials and responds quickly and quotes.

I worked with a nice customer service rep through e-mail to turnaround 3 promo items by a deadline. All the products (reusable straws, campfire mugs and bamboo pens) were a hit for our employees and tradeshows. We'll be using ePromos again.

From Neil is not just a five it is a ten! Neil is inventive with company ideas and handles the details until everything is completed soup to nuts. Delivery is timely and the products have been well received!! It is so nice to work with Neil and a company that truly knows how to take care!

Casey Knowles is our representative, and has been long before I began at my company 2 1/2 years ago. He is quick to respond, and works well with me over the phone and email. ePromos is our go-to for all of our marketing/promo giveaways.

Once ePromos learned of my disappointment with the product that I had ordered they offered to provide a $200 refund. When I discussed the situation of our company being closed for the next 3 months, they happily issued a full refund and provided a label to return the product. Keep in mind, there was nothing wrong with the product, it just wasn't what I thought I ordered. Talk about amazing customer service!! Thank you ePromos for having our back!

I've worked with Todd Nussinow throughout the COVID-19 experience and had him come up with solutions to issues I was having trouble with. I appreciate his ability to throw out ideas and fight for pricing to make it work for the customer. His continuous follow-up after a product is purchased is just as good as before. I would say that my every interaction has exceeded expectations.

I've been buying promotional products for 40+ years, first for a large corporation, and now for my own small business. I found ePromos, and Mark's team in particular to be courteous, responsive and detailed - all things you'd expect; but when added to a superior product, production time and competitive price - it's an amazing package! I've finally found a vendor that has it all..

I was relying on ePromos for sanitizer and they waited precious days after payment to tell me the inventory wasn't available. I voiced my concerns about inventory from the first moment and they led me to believe everything was under control. I am disappointed with how the company handles inventory in this situation and it was a big communication failure as well.
