I ordered a parcel on the site "Victoria's Secret" through Sofort on 02.02.2020 19:53, the money was withdrawn from the card, but the confirmation and the date of arrival of the parcel neither on the site nor on the mail received. It's been 26 days. The Victoria Secret Support wrote me that they don't have an order for me! And I wrote to Victoria’s Secret Support 11.02.2020 and one of your employee told me, that the money will return me by the end of that week. But nobody wasn’t return to me my money. I have all of screenshots. I ordered this parcel and hoped it would be until the 14 of February! I was loyal Victoria’s Secret’s customer, but I’m very disappointed now. When should I finally expect my money transfer ???

I had an issue with the delivery of my parcel, the customer service resolved it quickly for me in 3 working days from the onset of my email. They kept me updated on each step. I am very happy with the service. This is only 1 time out of many that I had a delivery issue and did not let me down. I will have no problem purchasing from them again.

I made an order on March 12, 2020 in the Victoria Secret online store. I received an email that I will receive the package no later than March 26. I went to my personal account, there is a track number, but the package is not tracked. It seemed strange to me, but a little later I already contacted your delivery service on the highway, as there is also no monitoring, as if my package was not at the end. What to do? This is a worst company for delivery I don't know why VICTORIA SECRETS do business with them if I was VS I will give a contract to another trustworthy delivery company.i ordered items from VS in April everything was shipped only to find out that on the day was supposed to receive my items they were sent back by this useless company that will get a full refund which I only got 70% of it,this company is useless and waste of time save yourself a headache, I will never order anything using this again

I ordered some clothes on the 15th of March from Nike but when I went to check the order status it said it was canceled, but I never canceled it and if I did Cancel it I never received my
money back. I was speaking to a Nike bot and it said “looks like your order was cancelled by our Operations team because they were unable to confirm your order and payment information”
But I never received a email notification of the canceled order or I never received my money back because it did take money from my account

I placed two orders on Victorias Secret Australian website which which both failed to process due the eshopWorld gateway which the Customer Service Rep at Victoria Secret advised it was not there problem and to resolution the issue by contacting eshopWorld. The first order failed but an order confirmation email was sent along was another order refund email a few hours later. However the second which I placed with the same items failed again however this time the order confirmation email was never sent and I was on the phone with the Custom Server Rep TIMA which said they can't do anything. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE AUSTRALIAN ViSTORIAS SECERT WEBSITE UNLIT THEY FIX THEIR TECHNICAL ISSUES.

I did not receive a request for passport data in the mail.

Where do I need to send data for customs?
