As careful as I try to be, this site poses as the airline name with "esky" added in URL. After making my first of 4 reservations, I realized I was on the wrong site. I immediately called to cancel (within 30 seconds of making the reservation). The very accented and difficult to understand rep said it was within the 48 hour grace period and processed the cancellation. I was relieved and about to hang up when he informed me that, "oh wait, I forgot to mention that there will be a $33 cancellation fee." I said, "I went to the wrong site and made this 30 seconds ago." He said there was nothing he could do about it. My card was charged immediately but no confirmation emails for either the reservation or the cancellation ever arrived. I did see the refund posted the next day, but now the cancellation fee was $46. I plan to dispute this with my credit card company as soon as the charge is fully processed. The site is deceiving with the name of the airline as part of the URL. This seems to be a company outside the U.S. that acts as a broker making reservations for all airlines and adding a fee to do it. Why would anyone want to do that when you can go directly to the airline, avoid the fee and the deception and make your own reservation? Very bad mistake on my part. I will be even more vigilant in the future with online purchasing of any kind. The scammers are getting too good at this. We need to be smart too.

Don't fall for it. These guys exist for one purpose, to gain access to you funds and try to pry as much as they can from it. In my personal experience, they are downright offensive. Zero customer service. Oh, they'll respond to your email, but only enough to ask for money. Don't expect any real correspondence. The price they quoted was not honored, the flight was never actually booked, and they've refused so much as proper communication much less any chance of an honest accounting. The very definition of a con.

SCAM! Tried to change date of flight, impossible.

ESky appears on the top search results for some airlines but not a trusty site. Fake booking ref, invalid. No real customer service, no contact number, asked to give credit card details to exchange with someone, no option to cancel... emails without replies...

Worst customer service! I requested a date change and was notified via email that I would receive a confirmation with 48 hours of making the payment to change the flight. I have yet to receive my confirmation after 5 days of making the payment and date change request. I spoke to 3 representatives over the last couple of days and each one had repeated the same phrase over and over "we are working on contacting the airline and we suggest you wait". They refused to guarantee my flight, but they had no problem charging my card.

This is a warning to all regarding ESKY and its business practices:
Tickets purchased via ESKY in October 2021 were refunded by the airline to ESKY on December 13, 2021 following flight cancellation. Yet four months later ESKY refuses to acknowledge receipt of the funds and to pay me. The airline has provided proof of their refund several times and ESKY continues to play games. Refund amount is approx $ 1,550. which has disappeared into their bank account.
Their "All Risk" travel insurance is also bogus.

I booked through Esky a couple of days ago. I was in a rush and stupidly believed I was booking Ryanair flights.
Terrible experience.
I accidentally booked 2 lots of 10kg luggage in per person (misleading).
I rang immediately and was told I could t cancel the check in luggage option. More expensive than Ryanair to book luggage.
I have tried to get my boarding passes with no luck. We fly on Monday.
I wouldn’t touch this company and I don’t trust them. Similar experience with a Spanish booking company “Stayforlong”. Wht don’t credit card companies do something about them and stop People getting stressed and losing money ?
Beware .

We paid in advance 3 months before departure. 1.5 months before time they canceled the flight. We get an automatic answer " waiting for refund".
They take no responsibility to assist us with the refund procedure.

This is totally a scam. Do not ever use them. They overcharge you for the price of the ticked and you find out and ask for a refund, they have a terrible customer service and will take fees even right after you make the booking. They will charge fees even if you ask for a refund. We need this company to be shut down,

Not decent company, Booked flight and received just e sky reference number , this does not allow to add seats and do online checking. They would do checking for you for a cosmic price. Do not use them.

These guys are terrible DO NOT USE THEM. I was booking on my phone and googled Ryan Air. Esky must pay google a ton of money as they where the first result from my search. I did not notice I was booking via an agent and not direct with Ryan air. I paid an additional £16 to cover any changes to my flight but when it came to changing my flight I found out that this fee only covered charges from Esky and not from the airline and so to change my £86.00 flight was going to cost an additional £105.00 and they did not accept cancellations so basically I lost my £86.00. Had I not needed to make any changes I am sure their service would have been fine although why anyone would purposely book via Esky and not direct with the airline is beyond me as you are paying a premium and have no right to cancellation.

Scammy company. Avoid! They overcharge, underdeliver and use dishonest tactics.

We bought 2 tickets from St.Petersburg to Tel Aviv on the LLC NordWind flight 31.08 with the option to change the flight date. This option allows changing the date early than 48 hours before the flight.
On Aug 28 we've sent the request to change the date to 07 Sep.
Aug 29 we've got the answer that eSky made a request to the flight operator.
Up to yesterday (Aug 30) no other messages from eSky.
Yesterday we've sent the abuse message to eSky and this morning (3 hours before the flight) we've got the link for an additional payment ($38 to change the date for 2 tickets). I've paid the money in half an hour.
After that, we've got the confirmation that the money was accepted.
Since that, no messages until the flight arrived in Tel Aviv.
After that, we've got the message from eSky
"Hello,
we are contacting you in regard to your earlier date change request.
We can no longer provide you an option to change your ticket, this comes down to a request being received too late for us to be able to undergo rebooking a ticket.

Finally, we lost about 700$ on this fraud
Ok. We will meet with the company representatives in an Israeli court. The complaint to the police will be sent tomorrow morning.
I suppose eSky is completely happy now.

I booked two flight tickets from this esky company the flight company was flydubai, after booking and payment the flydubai contacted me informing me that my tickets will be cancelled and my paid amount will refunded in full which is 1063 USD, and infact after one flydubai did return the money to the travel agent, but travel agent (esky) returned only 904 USD, I asked where is the remaining 163 USD, they said it's a booking fee, and service fee, which i booked my flights online by my self and what service are they talking about since i didn't step foot in that plane.
I wouldn't recommend this travel agent for anybody.

Avoid at all costs! Booked and then my flight home was changed by a week!!! Even tho they are still selling them for that day! People on the phone are useless! Wrote on trust pilot got a reply then nothing again. Offered a refund but they don’t no when or even reply anymore so my holiday cannot go ahead and my kids are distraught. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

eSky is a scam. Don't bother with esky. Book directly with the airline. You will waste your money working with them. They ripped me off.

I booked 2 tickets and paid. Then I notice my tickets was listed as awaiting confirmation. (After checking my reservertion myself since I never got any real confirmation)
I contact esky. And get a email back saying the ticket price had changed and I needed to pay the difference. I paid and never heard anything. I contact them again. And get another payment link. I pay the difference of 6 dollars again for the second time.

Now I am requesting a refund after getting this message. 2 times in a row after saying I want this canceled and refunded.

This is pure fraud. Never use this company there is many serious ones. This is not one of them.

This is a scam.

I ordered for a trip in early April 2020. We are in February almost 10 months later. The company on which I was to travel is VOLOTEA, and Ryanair No refund, no coupon.
My Esky reservation has the number V92N9G.
I don't know of any customer service that takes so long to reimburse these customers.

It is dishonest.

Booked flights with this company, they are appalling at getting back to the customer. They only send a generic email so there is no personal contact I will never use this company again and I never recommend them to anybody
