I’ve been with ETA for many years and sadly have had to make two claims in this time (thanks, London!). They are always very prompt and efficient - and have been understanding to my circumstances - would highly recommend!

It was just a bit confusing to have 2 people pop up on chat to ask me if I had questions, although I suppose it's better than struggling if one had problems. Also the green survey asking me why i'd decided not to go ahead came up in the middle of me trying to buy the insurance. I ignored it .

I've been with ETA for more than 6 years and have purchased both travel and bike insurance from them. In all my dealings with them, they've been very friendly and professional. I've also had the misfortune to have 2 bikes stolen while I've been with them. In both cases, although they've investigated the claims throughly, when I was able to demonstrate that the bikes had been stolen through no fault of my own, they have reimbursed me, for which I am very grateful.

Looked around for cover for my e bike and ETA was not only the cheapest but the only ones who cover the battery as well , straight forward and easy to apply, would definitely keep with them as long as I’m a cyclist .
