All aspects of service and product are exactely as advertised. the rose is certaily beautiful and wellproportioned to the vase. The glass front gift box adds a unique element to the whole gift presentation.

The product itself is great, and my wife loves it. Great anniversary gift and I thank you for that. In terms of service, it's rather disappointing. It's astonishing you ask me for feedback while you had the opportunity but fail to address my concern on 3 seperate occasions. I hope everything gets recoreded, perhaps you should consider using this as a training opportunity for your management. After speaking with 3 different agents for assistance, I simply gave up. Your staff is courteous, I can't say that for your management with your lack of follow up and committment. Thanks for listening

The product I received was perfect, except for the crack in one of the petals that happened during delivery. I called customer service and they were more than happy to exchange the Rose or refund our money. Of course I opted for the exchange.

The rose is nice, but it certainly didn't arrive within the time frame promised in the inducement to purchase. I expected an email or something the following day after I paid letting me know that processing was taking place. That is pretty much standard in the industry and as I am also a seller on ebay it is what I do, even If I cannot mail it immediately. Just perchance I ventured a call on a Saturday and got the answering service who told me to call back on monday. The anniversary I needed it for was for that following friday and it was mailed with the tracking number showing it would be delivered that day....still didn't show up until the next day afterwards. Sorry...would not recommend you to anyone else.

Although we are in the middle of the pandemic, we recieved our eternity rose only a few days late and the product was in perfect condition. The rose was a true testament of our 35th anniversary. I am only giving 4 stars because of world events and the extra processing time.

I ordered the blue eternity rose for my wife as an anniversary gift. The price was fair, the delivery was fast and Rose was gorgeous. I only made one mistake and that was I failed to video her reaction when she opened the rose. Her reaction was priceless. I didn't think I would see such a reaction after 34 years. Thank you so much for making our 34th anniversary so special

The Delivery was in time for the reason I purchased. The packaging for the Rose was received in good condition which amazes Me due to the appearance of the Shipping package from FedEx. It looked as if the package had been mauled by some ferocious animal, ripped, torn and barely on the box within. Eternity Rose should discuss with FedEx the handling of their products or find a new delivery service.

I am very pleased with the eternity rose I ordered for my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary and hope my husband thinks it is as meaningful as I do. The only improvement I would have liked to have made to my order would be to only order the rose without the carrier. My thought initially was to simply lay the rose diagonally across a few other gifts I have for him, and I thought I saw on a web page and they wasn't able to get back to it...frustrating. In any event, I know I can give the gift as I had initially thought although that seems like somewhat of a waste so I guess I have a decision to make in the next few weeks...

I found this beautiful gift searching online. The order process was painless. They sent out an email with tracking information. It was a 25th Anniversary gift. My wife loved it. The product is exactly what I expected, beautiful.

The product was amazing except for the case which was damaged in shipping probably should use better shipping materials to better protect the whole item. Shipping was extremely slow took 3 weeks I know that there's a pandemic and all but should mention the delay time at checkout.

Just what I needed when looking for a thirtieth anniversary gift for my wife. I was going to put the rose in a vase but my wife said the case it came in is so nice, just leave it in and stand it up on display.

I was very happy with my order. It arrived at my house in good condition. I believe the website said it ships to most places in a few days. It took about a week to get to my house in California. Shipping is free so I can't complain too much.

I wish the person I had talked to on the phone would have been somewhat more knowledgeable about certain data-specifically the size of the presentation box. I wanted an engraving on a plaque on the lid of the box, which apparently you do not do. The person I talked to could not give me box measurements, so I had to wait for the rose to be delivered(a day later than stated by FedEx) to take the box to a local printing company to have the job done.

When I first received the rose, the box was damaged and the wrong certificate was in the box. The item was completely unpresentable. After another 4 weeks, I was finally shipped a new box and the correct certificate. Although the company rectified the situation It was too little too late and I missed the anniversary this product was purchased for.
This review would have been 5 stars if I had received what I paid for from the beginning.

Where to start the order wasn't shipped when it said it was going to be I was charged an extra charge to my card still not sure what that was for when my order got here my wood grain box was chipped all the heck couldn't get ahold of any customer service just all around a bad company to order from from

Glad I found eternityrose.com. I was provided great service by Louis in selecting and ordering the rose I wanted for our 10th anniversary. The order arrived as scheduled and the quality is outstanding.

When I ordered The Eternity Rose I knew that I waited to long and it might not make it on time.The person that took my order said you are close to us it should make it for our anniversary.
It was late which like I said I was thinking it might be .But the condition of the package and the outer box was so bad I expected it would have to go back.
Thank God the rose was ok .
I called right away and text pictures of the damaged display box and they are sending me a new one.
The rose is very pretty and my wife loved it.
If it was not damaged I would rate it much better.

Relatively easy to navigate to view and order... received in time as expected... received in great quality as expected... rose protected well in container. Design of container... box and clasp seemed bulky not matching the delicate design of the rose itself, however, not complaining... just a suggestion.

The product is outstanding, and arrived in excellent condition. The delivery time is long, however, as they use FedEx Ground, which is very slow. My package took 12 calendar days from order to delivery. There is no option for speedier service, so plan accordingly.

At first I tried to order the silver dipped rose and my bank halted it because of suspicious activity. I had to clarify that it was something I ordered so it slowed the process a bit. I will say that once the order went through, this company was very dedicated to follow up by sending emails to confirm the purchase and delivery time. I am so pleased that I ordered the rose. My wife was unsuspecting and congratulated me on my choice because it was something that she never thought of or heard of before. She immedialtely put it in a glass container with a light and it is just beautiful. Great idea for an aniversary.
