I purchased a top on line on Monday 17th December, got notification on 19th to say it was on the way. I was only at the address until the 21st but still have not received any word as to when it will be delivered, not one bit happy.

I would recommend Gerard's to others.
I went into local store tried on dress they did not have it in my size it was great to be able to get it so quickly on line.
Easy to register.

The 50 euro voucher still hasn't arrived and it was shipped on the 17th December. I had to go to my mam on Christmas day with no present for her. I was so humiliated. I've lost out on 50 euro and my mam has no present. I'll never shop in your shop again

I had made an error with my order so sent them an email and their service was exceptional, they replied immediately and refunded me within 2 days.

I had to return the coat because I was sent the wrong size which meant I incurred postage charge of €11. I requested a coat in a smaller size. I have been waiting for a replacement coat to arrive but I haven’t received it and I’ve had no response to a second email I sent.

Very poor i ordered on 15th november and have yet to recieve my goods . Ive emailed and no one has got back to me either i will not be using this servoce agaib

As I had to return one item I thought return postage was paid but discovered it isn’t in Ireland. So I had to travel 50 miles to nearest store to return it.

Great service, once I placed the order, I received it in a couple of days. The clothes were very well packaged and the tops are beautiful, perfect fit for both myself and my sister. Delighted with the service as always.

I was disappointed that the cost I was charged to post two gift vouchers in a standard envelope was so high. As much as I would pay to have a package delivered. These were posted standard in a standard envelope.

By not sending me an e-mail telling me my order was on it's way and then an e-mail next day advising one item was out of stock. When I contacted Gerard the gave me a code for 15% discount for inconvenience.Then Gerard contacted me to say they had sourced my item (delighted) but expected me to pay delivery even though I had already paid delivery.When I pointed this out, I was given free shipping for that item but they cancelled my 15% discount which was supposed to be for my inconvenience.
Love the clothes but not impressed with customer care and service when online shopping. Staff in my local Gerard's are brilliant but being disabled it is not always possible for me to get there.

I always buy from Gerards shop the one based in the square. the girls are very helpful & will go out of their way to get you the item you are looking for. this is the first time I purchased on line as I was out of the country at the time & seen the dress had been reduced I had already bought it in black navy & pink

I received email thanking me for my order of white tunic, having recently purchased a pink one from your shop in Letterkenny, and was very pleased with same , I was delighted to be able to order one in sale. I then receive email informing me that a refund would be made re this, I think it would have been more helpful to inform me either there was no stock of this item, or explanation of why order old not be filled.
I did phone your outlet in Dublin n found your staff there most helpful and they suggested that maybe stock was problem.

I love your Dresses ....I do feel sometimes that nobody caters for fifty something women and that most stores cater For young women and older women. Gerard Fashions do cater most of the time For this age group

Items Ordered and delivered within 4 days, Items looked exactly as shown on web site. Fit my mam perfectly and she delighted with them. What makes mam happy makes me happy
