I've been with Eukhost for many many years now, using the premium support service and they have been sharp, quick and efficient on support almost everytime. Using similar services like licensed software etc, I always refer to Eukhost assistance as the model. Their solution is ideal for a non-tech person / small business owner / DIY organisation.

I've been with this hosting provider for many years, having switched from lower budget shared hosting. Overall, I could not be happier with the service, I've perhaps used the live chat support 100 times, and my issue has been resolved 100 out of 100 times. Most recently, I received support from Andrew, who fixed a problem I was having in 2 minutes flat. Thanks, you have a long term customer here.

I m using Eukhost services for many years. i had a technical billing issue. and i was suprised how fast and professional it was sorted out for me .
The Adviser Usher Acton was dealing with my request . and was the best and most professional adviser never dealt with.

Useless, incompetent and totally not what you think they are. It’s an Indian company jot a uk one and their names are... not really their names. Everyone there is called some western name but actually take the call and serve you from India. This is what it is.
2 weeks of head bashing against the walls and possibly hundreds of emails back and forth and absolutely no resolution on ANY level.
I wholeheartedly believe their reviews are fake as well as I hardly believe that reflect the quality of technical knowledge or customer services.
Emails received quickly and throughout the day/ night including weekend but it’s mainly to keep the chatter up not to solve anything at all.
Lots of promises none fulfilled.
Unless. Run for cover.
