Appalling! Flowers not delivered, and only delivered for collection from a post office seven days after delivery was due. Only refunded for postage. Nothing short of a scam frankly, and I’d advise anyone wanting to order their loved ones fresh flowers to look elsewhere.

I ordered flowers online from this company before I read any of the reviews.
I have to say I don't know what happened with everyone else's orders but, my order was delivered on time and the flowers were more beautiful than the picture I saw online.
Thank you euroflorist. You made my mother a very happy lady today for mother's day weekend.

My friend in Duisburg was delighted with the flowers I sent in honor of her husband, who died 4 years ago. She took one of the lovely pink roses to the cemetery for him.

I think your prices are quite reasonable as well.

Ordered flowers and chocolate for my daughter 24 hours ahead of her birthday. Ordering process easy, delivery never received. Understanding the impact of COVID-19, I wasn’t surprised by a potential delay but received an email the florist confirmed with Euroflorist the flowers and chocolate was delivered. Sent an email post confirming with my daughter she didn’t get the flowers and have not received a response.

I sent flowers to my mother in law twice in May, for Mother's Day, and for her birthday. Both came from the local flower shop, the same person delivered, which gave her a nice personal sense of warmth. And the bouquets were not only beautiful but lasted very long. It was especially nice this year because she could not invite anyone to her birthday due to the cover-19. My mother in law is a florist herself, used to run a flower shop. Therefore she knows how to judge the flowers. I am very glad that she was happy and content with your beautiful bouquets. Thank you very much!

i ordered 3 pieces, one of em i payed luxury money(around 20£ more then standart) so i expected the one to have more flowers, but no!
all 3 of em are all the same size! rip off! bloody legal gansters

Absolutely horrible service i placed an order to be delivered on May 23 and they were not received until May 25. I wouldn’t have even minding the late delivery but the quality of the flowers is absolutely horrible! It was an embarrassment sending these flowers! The recipient of the flowers even called me to ask where I got them from because they looked cheap and ugly! And the 2 boxes of chocolates I ordered was not even delivered! I am Very disappointed with this order! Complete waste of money!

I have ordered flowers on the 27th of April for my grandmother's birthday - to deliver on the 28th of April - and as of today, she hasn't received them yet! I have tried to contact Euroflorist every week through their only contact information, their email, but didn't get a response yet. How is it even possible that it is delayed for a month and nobody responds to my emails? This is not the service I expected from a company I expected to be trustworthy.
