sent a message on the 25th of January regarding items which i did not receive and still havent received a reply .. i dont think im going to get one either by the looks of things at this rate its a joke i have to come on here to try and get one!

just to also add my last review i wrote a while ago was deleted ill just say again as they had it deleted saying not a real customer must be a customer of everything5pounds.com , its the same website you dont have 2 different ones , someone has put the .com in not realising! im on your records as a customer so your just lying so that you dont have any bad reviews

( the quality of the clothing isnt that good and looks very different to what it looks like on the website, the shoes are great! i bought 3 pairs so pleased with that but i probably will be returning a few things, i know £5 is very cheap but some of the items i bought look so different ) thats what i wrote and its true!

all the clothes are cheap rubbish most not even worth £5

i want a refund for the stuff i didnt receive ignorant idiots , this company doesnt even deserve a review they are that bad

I'd a very bad experience with you.I have ordered 8 items on the 12th supposed to be delivered 2 to 3 working days. My order was delivered only when I have opened a case in PayPal. Today 28/04/17 my order was finally delivered with only 7 items instead of 8. Meaning 1 item was missing.Your company has got the poorest customer service I have never seen this in my life.I will never order I said never order something from you again.I said never.

Received my first order today.
I ordered 8 items (including one pair of wedges) and the shipping came to 11.50, so my total order price was just over 50 quid for 7 pieces of clothing and 1 pair of shoes.
The quality of the items was surprisingly good. Better than Primark.
The shipping was pretty prompt. My order arrived with Royal Mail Tracked in 2 working days, and was left on my doorstep, according to the instructions I left during checkout. The box also contained an invoice with pictures of the things I ordered so I could check everything was correct, which it was. I'm happy, and I would definitely order again.

I think this company buys old season clothes fron high street retailers and then sells them off for £5 because both jumpers I had bought from there had a H&M tag, one top from Topshop and Husbands top from Primark tag. Great quality and bargain if you ask me!!

I'm really not sure if they deserve a 1star rating, but if they insist on feedback for a 1-week-old order that hasn't been delivered yet; I really couldn't commit to more.

I loved it at first but looking back over the year I think it's a false economy. The percentage of clothes I really like and end up using is about 10% a lot of the times the item is not from a high street store and the fabric is bad and really only worth what you are payingwhich makes sense i suppose.

I ordered some shoes in size 8 which is EU size 42. I received size 41 but will have to pay £3 to send them back as Everything5pounds deems an 8 to be a size 41 (7). How do they get away with this under the distance selling act? Won't be ordering anything else.

First time using this company,,so hard to get fashionable clothes in larger sizes without having to pay the earth for them.Ordered 7 items and delivery was prompt (within 5 days to n.Ireland).One of the items missing from parcel so rang customer services and spoke to a lovely lady with fantastic people skills-hold onto this employee ,she is fantastic.I have no doubt the missing item will be sorted.Will be using this company again and again.Really impressed by value, quality and customer service.Will be recommending company to all my friends.Well done everything5pounds.com.

Paid for next day delivery, now it is more than a week and I still haven't received the order.

Update: I have received the order, but it took a long time. Waste of money to pay for the next day delivery.
