Great, whilst it last. I would not recommend using as a long-term replacement as they can stop your access anytime. Like the experience, I had 3 weeks before Christmas!
I have been an Evezy member from the very start, I believe I was one of the first customers.
Evezy Customer Service was absolutely spot on but towards summer – end of 2019 it really dropped. It almost felt they cannot or couldn’t (at the time) keep up with how busy they are, because granted they are very cheap.
Anyway, towards Christmas 2019 they suspended my membership after 13 months of driving with Evezy and collected the car within 1 hour.
Here are the possibly reasons why
* I received a few parking tickets caught by camera due to charging my BMW i3. These have all been appealed successfully as its free parking for EV cars.
* I have paid every time on time, there has been no issue with payment. I use different cards because I run my own company and we have multiple bank accounts. All under my name and been registered to pay with 3D Secure for ID verification.
In January 2019 I wrote a letter to EVezy requesting info why my membership has been terminated and I did not receive a response back from anyone. The car that was collected did about 10,000 miles and was returned in pristine condition, not a single scratch or damage on alloy!
Other than the above, I signed up to get other cars like Tesla, Jaguars etc and everyone seem to get them but not existing members.
I guess they are happy with existing members to use their cars i3s whilst dish out the Tesla’ to people on waiting list.
I am quite sad because I feel like I was part of Evezy from the very beginning but the truth is I was nothing but a customer number. Even more disappointing management never acknowledged my letter, if they did this review would have been avoided.
So, please, do not, use this as a long-term replacement. The day they terminated my contract I was supposed to be driving to 300 miles away.
Evezy might reply stating T&C's to defend this sooo..... I have read T&Cs before joining and nowhere did it mention, you cannot use multiple payment methods. This changed at some point but was not communicated to existing members. They are currently on 18 week lead time for a BMW i3, they are so busy and they literally do not care about existing customers as a result. Furthermore, in their current T&C it they can suspend membership anytime, so it's not a long term replacement solution!
Evezy - All could have been avoided if you responded to my recorded delivery letter that has been signed for on 14th January.
Personally I think Evezy loss prevention team need to be reviewed by senior management as their approach to customers who pay on time every time, who also care for their cars and hand back without a single hairline scratch after 9,000 miles is not the same approach you should be taking up with someone who fails to pay for the membership.

Looking forward to seeing their business grow and more options open up such as mileage packages and European driving.
They were still a young business when i signed up and considering what they have achieved in the short period, the few teething problems (new app) were easily overlooked in the early days.

8 weeks later we still didn't have a car, and when I queried this I was told that the initial wait time was actually 12 weeks!
About 5 or 6 weeks after this, when we still didn't have a car, they persuaded my wife to also join the lists for the BMW i3 and Renault Zoe. I then asked them to remove us from the Renault Zoe list because it wasn't suitable for our needs, and they said they had done this.
A few weeks after this - 5 months in total from when we first joined! - we still didn't have a car and didn't need one anymore, so I asked them to cancel our subscription and refund our joining fee. To their credit, they did do this - I don't think this is meant to be refundable, but I think they accepted we had a pretty good case!
A couple of weeks after this, I got another automated email from them, telling me that we were still on the BMW i3 list and the Renault Zoe list (which they said they'd removed me from a few weeks previously), but no mention of the Nissan Leaf, which we originally signed up for.
For the first time, the email actually contained details of our position in the queue - they had previously refused to give me this information.
After 5 and a half months in total, and 2 months on the i3 and Zoe waiting lists, we were 46th in line for an i3, and 113th in line for a Renault Zoe!

Update
My experience didn't turn out to be so great after all - they actually got my update removed on here so they don't like any bad stuff said about them - the review is on speakev and other sites if you want to check it out.
reply to EVezy - you know my review - it's not like I have no communicated with you about all the problems I had.
Update November 2019 - and now they have just become offensive in e-mails. Look elsewhere unless you want to be spoken to like crap.

Positives:
So my experience with EVezy has been good over the last 3 months of using them.
I first had a Tesla Model 3 SR+, which was delivered to me with 1800 miles on it (pretty much brand new). Great car, no issues with it.
Decided to switch and try the BMW i3, which I have to date.
The switching process is very easy, you are sent an email with the location and QR code for the NCP car park where they have the cars prepared. I dropped off the Tesla and the app synced up around 5 mins before the drop of time.
The app transitions to the new car around the official time of the switch. I haven't had any issue with the app so far, BUT there's a couple of improvements that I think can be easily made.
IMPROVEMENTS:
- More app integration (walk up unlock with phone via Bluetooth)
- Or second to this point, a physical key issued.
- Option to pay for more mileage within the package if you go over 1000 miles. (currently, you are charged small fee over 1000 miles, but would be nice to include it in a package).
- Dart Charge cover to include a discounted rate for daily users commuting.
- More cars to be added, or updates on potential future additions for 2020!
In conclusion, I think for a medium-term all-inclusive lease its a great all-inclusive service and value.
This is the right choice for you if you wish to get into Electric Cars, or you're unsure of the near future and want a car with 7-day return policy, without the worry of usual ownership problems (maintenance etc.).

They are re-branded as on.to now. Had my car with them for a month. Got a near new Zoe. Had two minor issues which CS solved over the phone and they were really quick to take my calls. So far so good. Recommended.
