Ordered. Changed my order. I asked questions. All answered right away. I was kinda a lousy customer. They kept me happy and got me my wheel faster than expected (on time). All the other companies are delivering late and charging extra to expedite. Ordered from eWheels and glad I did. Sherman batch 2 - zero issues

Many thanks to the eWheels team for the impeccable service for my Veteran Sherman purchase. The entire team went above and beyond and answered every questions I could come up with. I was made aware of expected shipping dates during the pre-order, and the delays that inevitably happened as they enforced high level of quality control with the Sherman. My wheel arrived in excellent condition with a safety checklist that eWheels themselves performed before sending it out. I’ve continued to receive great customer care including getting parts and accessories, with speedy correspondence even throughout the weekends, to ensure my needs were met.

The throttle is very touchy and it’s very difficult to control. its not as easy to maneuver as a Segway scooter. If you’re looking for something that has a lot of torque this is the scooter for you but if not it does not fit someone who is an intermediate writer who occasionally wants to ride. The board is fast but it really doesn’t have a lot of finesse when it comes to the throttle control.

Small and portable, acceleration, braking is great it, can handle most hills, comfortable and fun to ride. There is a learning curve to get use to. Great for a starter wheel before upgrading to faster and bigger wheels

Fantastic service and products! The customer service at ewheels had gone above and beyond expectation. They have kept me informed at all times regarding the state of my order, updates or any changes that have occurred. Any questions that I've had were answered promptly and they always provided me with information or suggestions on resolving my questions. Orders have been sent out quickly and arrived with perfect packaging with no issues what so ever. I originally ordered an S18, but due to manufacturing updates and quality control delays had asked ewheels to switch my order. They promptly made that possible and I am now the proud owner of a Veteran Sherman! I have been out on it every day since its arrival and have been enjoying every minute on it. Couldn't be happier!

Ewheels customer service has been exceptional as usual. I placed a preorder for a V11 mid summer and ewheels provided timely and regular updates on the status of my wheel. They have helped me trouble shoot issues with my other wheel that I purchased through a non responsive eBay seller. Highly recommend ewheels.

Our wheel was back ordered and delayed but I really appreciate that ewheels maintained contact to keep us in the loop. Hopefully our other wheels come soon because we are using them for videos on our YouTube channel with 11 million subscribers.

We purchased a V10 about a year ago from E-Wheels. We recently bought the new V11 as our second wheel so my wife and I can ride together. The new one took awhile to receive due to mfging schedule and ongoing design improvements. Nevertheless, I have been more than pleased ordering from E-Wheels. They answer questions quickly and always go the extra mile. We love the V10 and I think we will the V11 as well when we get a few miles on it!

eWheels...I read on forums how reputable this company was so I decided to pull the trigger and purchase a wheel. I was blown away at the level of customer service, communication, and overall willingness to help. These guys are serious about their customer service let me tell you that. Incredibly positive experience, will buy all my future wheels through eWheels.

Item was back ordered, which was not indicated during the initial order process. Communications were sent out for the situation, which was appreciated. Item was delivered in about 5 weeks after ordering.

I've purchased many brands over the past few years, and this is by far my favorite high speed scooter. It feels very solid and sturdy. The acceleration is just right. The brakes are excellent. I would recommend this over scooter over anything put out by Mercane or Kaabo.

This is my first 14INCH wheel i purchased and boy does the king song 14D Outshine them all love the white color With black very durable I am a big fan of Bluetooth speakers in the EUC And king song has put them in their 14 inch wheel Smooth and predictable accelerates and brakes real sharpSmooth and predictable accelerates and breaks like a charm. Love practicing my freestyle with the music blasting it really gets me into it and then when I need to cruise This 14D Is such a soothing smooth ride even off-road it handles not that bad if you’re looking for a wheel nibble predictable and compact this is the wheel for you only downside side pads not so comfortable could be a lot thicker. That’s only because it hits my shin bone so I have to put pads on my shin bone.Overall you will not be disappointed with the king son 14D Plus great value for the extras that this kingSong has compared to its Competitors. So recently buying the swift after weeks of research. I can definitely say that I’m not disappointed at all in any way! I’ve already put 50 miles on it and it’s performing up to par with what is advertised. So far at 170lb I can hit 24mph on a flat at full charge and evens out at 23mph once the ride goes further on. The range so far and battery is awesome I was really weary of the range but after riding on mode 3 (which is the highest speed 24mph) I was able to travel on a 13 mile trip and back with 3bars left over. Keep in mind I wasn’t riding at 23 for the whole duration. In real world in NoVa with the traffic and hills the battery is amazing, keep in mind that you will be cruising along if you’re aware of other cars and vehicles on the road along with pedestrians. Suspension is really nice you feel it on bigger bumps as for small ones they’re dampened out by the air tire in the front. I haven’t bottomed out on it so those riding in the heavier side should be fine til the high 190 range. The air filled front had me worried at first but with slime as a safety measure everything should be good to go on a flat tire. The rear Solis is definitely good even rode in the rain and the traction is pretty good for wet riding. Brakes are superb considering that all other models have only one. Riding this in the rain made me realize the appreciation for the two brakes. Overall satisfied! I only regret not getting the fast charger for less charge times haha!

I had a minor manufacturer-related issue with my new wheel (Kingsong had forgotten to add the serial number of my 16x to their internal database, and the wheel was locked until the entry was made). eWheels customer service was very responsive when I reached out, and they reached out to the manufacturer directly on my behalf to get the issue resolved. However, after the issue was resolved, I was not notified until several days later when I reached back out to check the status. But again, eWheels was very responsive to my second inquiry, and the problem was solved. Jason was also very helpful in assisting me with troubleshooting while we waited for the response from the manufacturer.
