Needed to renew my passport quickly because of a surprise vacation my wife gave me for my birthday. Had three weeks before the trip and I didn't want it taking until the last minute before the passport arrived. Didn't need the anxiety. Contacted on them on January 16th, they told me all the information I would need to supply, emailed a FedEx label to get it to them quickly and I received the new passport back on January 29th, a little more than a week before we had to leave. Everything went as smooth as possible and I couldn't be happier with their service, I would recommend it to anyone.

Expedited passports and visas was excellent. I ordered my passport for an upcoming trip and a few days later, I realized that I had given them an incorrect date. In order for me to keep my travel plans, they were able to expedite my passport to 5-7 days, and I received my passport in time for my trip. Their employee team, especially Josie and Adria, assisted me with everything, and provided me with "peace of mind," as I do not travel very often. I highly recommend them.

The web site was very well organized and provided exactly with what I needed. My initial phone call was answered in 2 rings. My associate was very business-like and helpful. I was reassured that I could contact her any time if I had questions. The online forms were straightforward. Submitting my expired passport was well designed. My new passport arrived exactly as promised. All in all this was better than I could have hoped for. Outstanding. Thank you

All I can say is WOW! When hubby was notified he actually did qualify for a company trip at the last minute...( okay 60 days out) - we had to scramble to get our passports. We thought we were okay on timeline to go through local courthouse... (4 week turnaround with expedited service - Since he was born in the state we live in, he was able to acquire his birth certificate easily. I thought I was okay until I got to the courthouse...

I was sweating bullets thinking that I would not get my passport on time, then would have to cancel plans, lose money on flights, etc., etc. Bridgette helped me get my passport ON TIME, literally the day before I needed to fly out. Please read all documents thoroughly! Any tiny mistake could set you back in time.

I am most appreciative for the service provided to me from the time I started my inquiries to the time when I purchased their services. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and emailed was most helpful. The best part of the whole experience is that my passport, with all my important paperwork was returned to me a week later, through Fed Ex. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs an expedited passport!

I am so pleased with this company and the service I received. My daughter needed a passport within days and they absolutely delivered. Everyone we spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. We were assigned to Bridgett and she was amazing. I would definitely recommend their services.

I lost my trip because you told me to enclose a check for 170 dollars no matter what so I did and it was supposed to be 140 dollars. I am so upset I don't even no what to do. I called several times thinking there was a problem. I was not even offered a refund and I lost a 10000 no refundable trip because of the lack of passport knowledge from your company.

Horrible experience. Between the issues with fedex and the delays and missing emails and lack of communication, I would not recommend. I ended up spending almost $1000 to use this service, and I still do not have my passport, 2 days before I am leaving the country. This service added more stress rather than helping, and cost me twice as much as other places by the time it was done. I was not sent several emails that included information necessary to complete the application. I tried to call my case worker multiple times over several days at different hours and never received a response or got an answer. I would not be so disappointed except everything I had read about this service promised a quick, efficient, and very communicative process and the experience I had was the exact opposite. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy, or use it again under any circumstances. My entire trip is up in the air and I may not get to go because I chose this place to get my passport from.

I waited until the last possible minute to get my passport. I was a little worried that it would be confusing or difficult working through a third party. Especially with such short time before my trip. Expedited Passports walked me through the steps over the phone and email. Five days later I had a passport. Thank you for your quick and easy service.

The service provided EXACTLY what they advertise. They walked me through the checklist to be certain I had all items required for expediting the passport process and they ALWAYS answered the phone. The passport was received 4 days prior to travel. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Documents were sent to the wrong place twice. Final expedite was 2 days longer then what I paid for. No refund was offered or given for delayed service. Needed my visa by Friday and did not receive it until Tuesday due to Expedited Passport and Visas mis-handling of shipments.

Expedited passport renewal to accommodate "visit+ 6 months on passport" requirement. Needed to call Customer Service to verify progress on application -- competent, friendly, helpful service. I received my new passport 36 hrs ahead of committed delivery time ! WELL worth the money ! Many thanks

I used this company and received my passport as promised. However.....about a week later I got another Fed Ex envelope from them. It contained a passport and original birth certificate of someone else! If I were not a good person, I could have ruined this poor guy's life. Stealing his identity or selling his information. You name it. When I contacted Expedited Passport, they asked if I could ship this guy's stuff to him. They didn't give any explanation and didn't seem that concerned. They emailed a shipping label to me. I responded to the email stating how upset I was and worried that my personal information could have been compromised. The response I got was basically that there was a "mix up" in their shipping Dept and it was an isolated incident. I'm not so sure.

It was a bit difficult getting all the information especially the birth certificate. The instructions a support were very clear and easy to understand. The only tevommrndation i could make is to list the birth certicate information by state. I wasted time by getting what is called the short form. Texas requires a copy of the long form which has more detail. It can be ordered by mail. The only other way to get it is to go to county clerk of the county where you were born.
