I ordered my glasses from eyedocshoppe in March. I heard nothing from them until i emailed them in May. They gave me a rude reply saying they were working on them. In late May they emailed me to say my order was declined. I was a first time custumer. I will never again use eyedocshoppe! Do not make the mistake of using eyedocshoppe they are horrible.

I found eyeglasses here that I had found locally for $75-100 more. Although the time it took from order data to delivery date was slower than I would have liked, the glasses arrived as ordered, the prescription is just right, and the follow-up I received on a customer service issue was good.

I ordered a pair of Blinde Ga Ga Galore sunglasses from this website and i paid such a good price! I agree the shipping took a little longer than expected, but it wasnt bad at all. i ordered on 9-3-09 and recieved them on 9-15-09. They are authentic and sooo perfect! I am really happy with my order. Overall, the price was amazing for the brand new authentic glasses and the order went smoothly. thank you :)

I ordered it Wednesday morning and it says will ship after the order is processed. Well, they didn't tell me until Friday that the product was no longer available. They didn't offer any concessions for their mistake and my time either. They just told me I could get a refund or order something else.

I was a bit wary of placing an order with EyeDocShoppe at first since there are very few online reviews of their store, and the ones that can be found have mixed content. However, the price they had on the sunglasses I wanted was too good to pass up ($25 cheaper than ebay and $40+ cheaper than regular online retailers) so I took the plunge. The deal was even sweeter with a $10 off online coupon I found without much effort. I paid with Paypal to have additional protection just in case they didn't come through with the order. One week later, I'm glad to report I'm the happy owner of a brand new, authentic (as far as I can tell) pair of desinger's sunglasses at a bargain price! Delivery time was not too bad (6 days from the time I placed my order) considering that we are located on opposite ends of the country and the shipping charges were $0! Their online (live-chat type) support was very useful as well when I contacted them to inquire about the status of my order. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I will make sure to check their prices before I make another sunglass purchase in the future.

I was concerned at first because their prices were quite a bit lower for the frames I wanted plus some of the earlier reviews were less than stellar to say the least. However the product was shipped quickly and arrived brand new and without any issues. They earn my recommendation.

I recently purchased a pair of Ray Ban Rx glasses. The turn around was faster than I expected, and customer service was exceptional when ordering. I'll use this web site again when I order my husband and kids their glasses.
