Arrived in Calgary Alberta 8 days after being ordered. Very satisfied with quality and selection. Two interactions with staff excellent. I needed fast service for holiday trip, and I got it. I ordered another pair same day as I received first pair. Price is fair, given quality, service, and selection of special lenses that I wanted.

I have tried other stores online, but they all provide low quality frames. The glasses I got from one place broke within a couple months and they would not replace them. I tried Warby but the coating was flaking off and they would not replace either. I was a customer of eyeglasses.com a while ago, and I am back and loyal.

I was very hesitant to order frames from eyeglasses.com, for two reasons. #1 Because their prices seemed too good to be true (they were about 60% to 70% less than a local retailer). and #2 Because I know of another online eyeglass seller (from Canada) that (in my opinion) is an outright scam. But I took a chance with eyeglasses.com and was very pleasantly surprised. I paid for express shipping (which was only $5+ dollars) and my frames came in two business days. Brand new and exactly what I ordered. I am a very cautious internet shopper, and would encourage anyone to do their homework before ordering anything on-line. Give this company a call and talk to their sales people (like I did) to get a feel for them. I can't vouch for all of their customers, but I was very happy to have ordered from them and would order from them again.

My most recent purchase was to replace a frame I'd bought several years ago from eyeglasses.com, which I had accidentally broken. I was happy to go back to eyeglasses.com and buy an exact replacement for the frame I broke. I had been looking for round frames but could not find them in any of the store-front eyeglass places anywhere. Their inventory seemed to be limited to what was currently fashionable. I found exactly what I wanted at eyeglasses.com. I ended up buying two round frames in different sizes (always good to have a backup pair of glasses). And I was also able to get perfectly matching clip-on sunglasses for each frame.

I ordered prescription sunglasses 29/7 using PayPal. Despite several attempts to get an update on the order I have received no replies except one setting out their time frame for my order fulfillment - this was amusing as the order was already outside that timeline. I have requested a full refund if they couldn't provide a satisfactory update to which I have received no reply and lodged a dispute through PayPal today.

I ordered a glass frame from them and several days later they appeared except the wrong frame color and size. i tried numerous times to contact them via chat and email for a week or more and never got any response about my return. They should have paid to have the glasses returned but instead after not hearing from them I mailed them back. So far no credit has been issued to my account. I will try calling them but I find their lack of response to the contact methods provided on their web site to be very annoying. Now I will have to go through the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company, etc. just to make sure i get my money back for something that was their mistake. Grrrrrrrr.

I ordered prescription Sunglasses from Eyeglasses.com on December 8th. As far as I was aware, the processing time was normal and I could expect my glasses in a normal time frame. After I ordered them, I was informed that they were back-ordered (which was frustrating, but I was accepting of it because it was a good deal and convenient). The added time for back order was 5-7 days. I was going to be cutting it close as this was a gift. I waited patiently for 5-7 business days, and when I saw no update, I tried to contact customer service. I sent two emails, with no reply, and I called multiple times only to get the message that their customer service wasn't open. I tried using their chat forum and often got no response. When I did finally get a response (LONG after the 5-7 business days) they said they were in the US and would be processing within a few days. That was on December 20th. She told me that she expected them to be done processing by the end of the week. I just called again and thankfully got a response and they informed me that it never would have been an additional 5-7 days, because they were always back-ordered until the 21st. It's now December 24th, and they don't know whether or not my frames are in the lab getting lenses and told me to try calling back on Tuesday...

I will never shop here again and I would never advise anyone to shop here either. I've had an awful experience with customer service, and with the company itself.

I ordered my frames July 1st they only now been shipped. A company should not edndeavour to elicit business when they do not carry the stock, or at least indicate that they have to order the product themselves. Had I known this I would have ordered them from a company where they had stock. I had to chase the order up and frankly found the whole experinece to be less than satisfying. Only did the glasses ship 23rd July; I have yet to receive them. They may well be returned on principle alone utterly disgruntled with this company and frankly expected better in terms of service where I the customer who has parted with $400 should not have to chase them for updates - they could have cared less. Add to this my desire to order lenses well they prompted me to do this when I then stated I needed more details I got the run around so I chose not to. I can only hope now that the frames were worth the weight.

Every interaction I had with eyeglasses.com, from my first conversation with Stephanie to my last conversation with Alicia, could not have been more professional, helpful and friendly. And this praise comes from a person who ended up buying only a frame and returning the lenses.

The first pair of finished eyeglasses arrived quickly, but there was a problem with the lenses. I called and was immediately emailed a postage paid UPS label with which to return the glasses. The replacement glasses also arrived quickly, and, although the original issue was addressed, I experienced a new problem with the replacement lenses.

I discussed the matter with Alicia, the Director of Lab Operations, and she suggested that I would probably be better served buying the lenses locally where they could be custom fitted. She explained that a very few people needed a more personalized fitting even though the vast majority of their customers were able to be accommodated without any problems whatsoever. She offered to refund the purchase price for the lenses and did so almost immediately (even prior to receiving the replacement lenses from me).

I took her advice and am now very satisfied with the results. I am happy with the combination of the frame from eyeglasses.com and the lenses from a local lab. Although the entire process took about six weeks, the end result was that I got exactly what I wanted, and my experiences with eyeglasses.com could not have been better. They are extremely reputable and are truly interested in providing a positive outcome for their customers. That is obviously much more important to them than making every last dollar. I highly recommend this firm.

I was skeptical at first, but when I received my glasses I was very happy. They fit just right with no adjustments and the prescription was right on. I saved at least $250 by buying on line. Very satisfied, so much so, I ordered a pair of sunglasses.

Ordered a pair of glasses about three weeks ago. Customer service have given numerous contradictory explanations for the delay. I can't speak to the quality of the product but I certainly wouldn't recommend this site based on my experience so far

I ordered frames from this retailer about five years ago with no real issues. I returned to order two frames with no lenses recently, this should be easy right? Wrong. Three weeks later and I received no communication from them regarding shipping or stock issues.

After finally getting through to customer service via email, it turns out one pair was out of stock so they decided to ship NOTHING, without contacting me (they put the charge through too). I hadn't even replied to the email to give them further direction, because I'd decided to call and talk to a real person. Again, with no communication, they decided to ship one pair, without asking me if I'd be alright with receiving my 1 of 2 frames ONE MONTH LATER.

How can this place survive with this sort of service? Amazon: please start selling frames.

I placed an order with Eyeglasses.com in March 2018 for a pair of Savile Row, Orford 18Kt, Skull Temples frames. Since then, I have been given the run around and have heard almost every story there is. It's now the middle of August 2018 and I was told the frames were shipping to me last Monday. I called their Customer Service and the guy I talked to had no idea where my order is. I could have ordered the frames from a seller in England and had them months ago. I am NOT pleased with Eyeglasses.com and IF I ever do get my frames, I will NEVER order from them again!

I ordered some sunglasses and after 6 months the lenses fogged up with the tint somehow decomposing on the lenses. They basically became unusable. Learned a expensive lesson about ordering online from this. At least they were not my primary pair.

Update: I was contacted by eyeglasses.com who asked if I contacted them about this(I did not, figured it would not do any good) and offered to work with me on these glasses so perhaps I was too harsh in my initial post.

I originally posted a review talking about how I was annoyed to find out that it was going to take about a month in whole to get my glasses(I was going off of an email they sent). That ended up being incorrect. It took them a week to start processing, but once that happened, they finished in a couple of days. Then they sent them to me "Next Day Air." I was totally surprised. The glasses look and work great. Overall, I'm quite pleased.

Took about 1 full week to get my glasses which is pretty good. I made a mistake on 2 of 3 orders and had email them using their contact support page. I also faxed my details on the mistake. No reply back but yet they did take the consideration and fix my order (they sure have good people working there).

Only mistake that I didnt like was that the delivery guy kinda gave me a hard time about the shipping address not having an APT# as I had put it on the 2nd line of the form aka ADRESS 2 on most forms.

I am happy over all. Can't complain too much with their prices. I would buy again.

It's been three weeks and order is still "processing." I believe (as others have noted here) that they do not stock any frames. These come from others vendors, and customers do not know when something is not in stock. In other words, the customer is the one left waiting and assumes all risk. No glasses yet... and somehow I've already been charged the full amount at the time of the order.
