When I first checked the site they proposed a rate of 1.6% per month. Once I had uploaded documentation that went up to 3.5% with a 1 year repayment period - I asked for two. I reduced the amount being borrowed and the rate fell again. However, the software works well and the customer service is very good. You can complete the process and get the money into your account within a day.

Hi, we have now used Ezbob for a second time for short term funding requirements. All done with few emails/calls money straight in the bank. The thought of justifying my very existence in front of a "Bank Manager" fills me with fear...

Many more hoops to jump through before funding agreed even though previous facilities for higher amounts over last 3 years have all been repaid on time or even early

Having had 4 loans over 3 years + and Now all paid in an exemplary form
I find I am having to ask for acknowledgement of the payment performance
I received a I line email, stating we had paid in full , no thanks no expression of value as a customer. changes in their policies appears now to be contradictory to original Ethos , it appears we have now gone full circle , what started of as refreshed form of banking is now in the same rut as most mainstream lenders, very disappointing for all.

Basically the service is fast and once you get approved you get the fund to your account (all in total takes 1-2 days), however, they have an extra "setting fee" or whatever (approx 2% of the loan), that they wont mention till the last moment. Don't like this way of making business..
