Scammers, spent $59 but got wiring diagrams for the older car. Asked them to send me the proper one but they answered that I'm a stupid jerk and the diagram they sent are proper. No refund no up to date diagrams no apology.. Stay away from these scammers.

Don't waste your money. They sent me an 8500 page manual for my Audi A5 that is nowhere near specific to my car. It even contains engine and transmission removal procedures for the Audi Q5 SUV. They advertise a VIN specific manual, but that's not what you get. Save your money and download the same bulk files directly from Audi via the ERWIN site.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Factory Manuals. I owe Ford and Mercury vehicles. The fact that FM generate a definitive manual based on the vehicles VIN, is highly desirable. I purchased the deluxe package because I wanted everything for my 2020 Kia Telluride in one .pdf file. I’m happy with the scope and amount of information I received. The delivery was very quick. This product is worth the money. I’ve had a few weeks to look through the manuals. All in all I’m very satisfied with the product.

But remember, it’s usually a 4000-6000 page single .pdf file. Doing searches on a file of that size is not always the quickest. My only wish is that it would come in individual manuals. If you have acrobat pro and wish to break it down yourself you can but the bookmarks will not work then.

I got my manual in about 72 hours. Its over 9000! Pages. Long. This thing has everything, diagrams, exploded views, step by step instructions, maintenance intervals, part numbers, fluid types, and torque specs. Even if I'm not going to do a job listed I can still be informed on how to check to make sure it was done right. Would definitely buy from here again.

I bought a bushing from Whiteline based on THEIR database of what is approved for a 2011 Audi A3. Unfortunately, I bought the factory manual after I ordered and attempted to add the bushing to the car. If I had the factory manual first, I would have never ordered the bushing and spent $900 to add it to the car. I contacted Whiteline based on my experience and sent the pages from the factory manual illustrating the problem with their database. I was disappointed with Whiteline's response, which was "we'll look into it". Six months later, their database hasn't been changed. It pays to have the factory manual before buying from online vendors, even the expert ones. I highly recommend the manual.
