Part ordered may 6th for overnight shipping. No one would EVER answer the phone. May 16th I called and left a message to cancel my order because I got it somewhere else since I had yet to receive anything or hear anything . May 26th I finally received an email about my part being shipped and have STILL not received there OVERNIGHT delivery. I finally got some fowl mouth man on the phone who told me Too bad! It’s not refundable !
It’s a SCAM SITE ! I have reported them to the federal Internet Fraud !

The reason they are getting two star is because the part I order (3/15) was the lowest price. The customer service is horrible. I never received an email with the tracking information. I called the company on 3/20 and left a message and never got a return phone call. I left a message asking when the package will ship, the next day I got an email saying my package was shipped (3/20) and no phone call still. I kept tracking the package and it was not dropped off until 3/23. I called during this time and left another message and got an email response saying Hello then a copy of the email they already sent that has no useful information. The package is scheduled to arrive today 3/25. If I knew this would all happen I would have just went to the local dealer and order it from them. This is just horrible customer service. I would never suggest ordering parts from them.

Factory Parts are getting harder and harder to find for the 2006 Jeep Commander. I wish that Chrysler would better support their vehicles with ALL PARTS AVAILABILITY. At least I can come her to get whatever is available. Thanks.

I had to order a dealer only part and this vendor not only was one of the few to stock it, they also had the best price once you include shipping. Factory OEM parts at quality prices make this the place to go!

15 Days before shipping the product, another 5 days to arrive from shipping. Almost 3 weeks for a product to arrive that is coming from Florida to NJ. Wrote 2 emails for an update, they did not respond.
Product is good as expected but if you need it right away, this is not the place to order. You won’t even get a response for an update. Called 3 times, it’s an answering machine and I did not bother to leave a message. If they can’t respond to an email I’m pretty sure they won’t respond to a message in an answering machine.

"I recently replaced the battery in my 2005 Jeep wrangler and realized there was no bracket to hold the new battery in place. Not knowing what the bracket looked like, I relied on the the website search feature to help me find the part. I not only found the right part , but verified it by clicking on the part schematic insert listed with it. it came quickly and at a great price!"

I have done a lot of shopping for a backup camera, have returned one. Hope this shopping trip is over. I am currently using a Garmin wireless backup camera, compares very poorly to my Chrysler 300c unit.

I ordered on 3/20/2020 and have yet to receive my order! I received an email on 3/21/2020 confirming the order and payment. I waited 10 days for an update and did not get one so I called and left messages that went unanswered! I have requested a refund and the following Monday I get an email stating that the order status has changed to "shipped". I couldn't wait any longer and I went to my local dealership and paid for received and installed the part and still no one from this company has returned my calls or emails! I understand that we are in a crisis and some businesses are experiencing problems but that does not give them a free pass to take people's money and not follow there own rules! REFUND ME MY MONEY! I was able to put together my own install kit for the brake controller on my 2019 RAM cheaper than ordering a kit off EBAY etc.. NICE
