Excellent service by Fallon electrician Patrick McAuliffe who fixed a light problem and quoted us on a rewiring job. Knowledgeable, great customer service, very helpful and friendly professional. Recommended, especially when the work is complex.

After phoning Fallon Solutions about problems with my hot water system tripping the electricity circuity breaker, they arranged for Pat McAuliffe to come out the same day. He phoned when he was on the way and arrived at the expected time. After diagnosing the fault he spent a great deal of time chasing up my options for a fix, explaining them to me and booking my choice in for the next day.

A big shoutout to Nick from Fallon and to Corey for a job well done. I had an underground leaking pipe in the yard repaired. It was a big and difficult job, and these guys were very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and polite. Nick had been out a few days earlier to assess the problem, with great efficiency. I would highly recommend Nick for any plumbing needs. THANK YOU!

We had some network reconfiguration and light fittings installed at our home this afternoon - two quite separate jobs. Fallons was able to coordinate the arrival of the two technicians, Kurt B for the data cabling and Morris for the elctric light installation to fit in around our day's schedule. The phone calls updating us on arrival time were very welcome. We've come to expect very high standards of workmanship from Fallons which is why we are satisfied repeat customers. We look forward to welcoming them back when we have more jobs to do.

Tom H and Aaron L installed three 60cm diameter lights in two story entry. The lights were nicely positioned even when working from 12 foot ladders! I'm glad I didn't have to work up there.

Our dishwasher decided not to work on a Sunday and Tuesday morning we had Daniel M arrive on time, totally professional and explain what he was going to do. Our dishwasher had a blocked pipe and he was able to fix it. Excellent service and a nice person also.

Noticed some water under the sink at about 4.30pm on Tuesday and rang Fallon Solutions to have a plumber come take a look, and booked in for the next morning between 8AM and 11AM. Nick Henry rang early Wednesday morning just before 8AM to confirm the appointment still fit our schedule and showed up in 20 minutes as he stated he would. He had a look under the sink and through some photos we'd taken of the leak and had everything fixed in under 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional and kind to our nosey pets. He also took the time to check whether the job would be included as part of the warranty from when our sink was installed late last year, which we really appreciated. In all just the kind of great professional courteous experience that makes me keep coming back to Fallon.

I had Morris attend today to replace some ceiling fans, he did a complement art safety check and found a power point that was cracked and needed to be replaced too as it was falling apart. Service was friendly, he let me know the price upfront and did a fantastic job and gave me great advice. I'll definitely use Fallon again.

Our plumber, Justin, arrived on time, examined our issue, found the leaking pipe and repaired it. He explained the repairs clearly and made sure the site was left clean and tidy.

For the second time in three weeks Fallon came galloping to my rescue. First was the fridge, and now this time, the old hot water system looking ready to blow and flood my unit. Cameron arrived on time & provided a very fair quote which I accepted. I wasn’t game enough to use my hot water system until it was replaced but I didn’t have to worry. Cameron advised he would replace it straight away. It wasn’t an easy job as the system was in a linen cupboard & Cameron was careful to ensure water didn’t damage my carpet. He worked for several hours without a stop but kept me up to date along the way. At the end of installation Cameron walked me through the new system and also showed me how to replace the batteries in the emergency stop unit. He was professional, friendly and made me so relieved with the work he was doing. Thank you Cameron!

Don't use this company and find a plumber who gives honest up front call out and an hourly rate costs. Fallon only give costs when they attend your house and charge $49.00 call out fee if you go ahead or not. I was charged for each individual plumbing job Fallon did in my house and not by an hourly rate. I ended up paying $2,611.09 for Fallon's 6 hours of plumbing work starting 8.45 am to 3.09 pm.
Fallon charged me $1505 to replace/install three Aire Economy Cisterns retail price $155.10 each or $465 for the three cisterns. Fallon would have bought these cisterns at trade price and billed me $1040 for labour. I stupidly thought being charged $1505.10 I would receive good quality cisterns & not cheap plastic toilet seats so thin you cannot sit on the closed toilet seat without it giving away under you.
Fallon charged me $160.89 to replace/install a Methven Bermuda shower head retail price $56.93. Fallon would have bought this shower head at a trade price and billed me $104.00 for install labour costs. My good quality 18 months old $50 double bound flexible shower hose I hadn't asked to be removed was replaced with a cheap shower hose that already unravels when I shower.
Fallon charged me $503.00 to replace three mini tap & Flexi hoses. $67.20 Install plastic toilet roll holder.
$167.30 Basic Fault Find. $42.08 Standard Travel Fee.
$165.00 Home Protection Plan
Total Cost $2,611.09 that included a laughable total savings of $431.60 as I purchased the protection plan giving me a 15% discount or I would have paid $3,042.89 for 6 hours to replace/install bathroom fixtures.

Our internet/phone cable line went down on Sunday afternoon. Sudden panic in the house with no internet with us all having to work and school from home during the Cornavirus crisis! I rang Fallon first thing Monday morning (she was very helpful and friendly) and technician Kurt was there to the rescue by midday. He quickly worked out what the issue was and fixed it straight away. He also found where the last electrician mucked up our TV cabling, and fixed that too. Kurt was very friendly, professional and informative - he is awesome, thank you!

Great same day service from Chris Csortos. Able to replace our pigtails and find the gas leak - and work completed within the hour. Complementary house check was conducted and Chris picked up a few things we need to follow up. Happy customer. Would recommend Fallon to anyone, great services with a friendly smile.

We have had Greg Brown do electrical work for us over a 2 week period. He checked everything in our house to ensure we were not only compliant but also safe. He identified areas we were not aware of that needed attention. We were very impressed with his product knowledge and his workmanship was excellent. He left everything tidy (which was a first, as tradespeople we have had before normally have left big messes for us to clean up). Greg phoned before he arrived, arrived on time, was extremely friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. He ensured all of our questions were answered before he left.

Now the truth - Excellent Electrician great job but boy are his jokes bad. I think he needs extra (a lot) of training to improve his jokes. Thank you Fallon Services for sending Greg.

I was very happy with Patrick McAuliffe, Fallon Solutions electrician. He spent a great deal of time going through an extensive list of potential jobs we need done in our house. He inspected thoroughly all our issues, offered multiple solutions and explained them understandably. Pat is a knowledgeable professional with exceptional customer service.

Wanted circuit breaker replaced- have had problem identified previously. Quoted $265 to test wall sockets and fix. Took 20 minutes. No -that was just to test. Quoted $1,700 for one option rejected three times. Quoted another $550 to do it a different way - total $800+ but only if join membership, otherwise nearly $1,000 to replace a switch that would take about 2 hours at their estimate. Watch out for this lot - methods are definitely against trade practices. Tradespeople on commission. What next!
