I placed my order on May 24th- Today June 10th I still don't have any product or my money back. Most of the items on the web are not available and are used to retain your money.

On May 24th place the order with number (242948) – Pure Fusion Protein AMIX - PVL Mutant Mass 2,27kg Chocolate Fudge Brownie + Olimpic Creatinen. Total After placing my order they notify me that none of the items are in stock and suggest an exchange of items for cheaper items, and without the possibility of refunding the difference. I was offered Mutant Mass 2.27kg Chocolate Fudge Brownie + Creatine Swiss Pharmaceuticals. To expedite the order regarding the difference, accept.
The next day I receive another communication saying that Swiss Pharmaceuticals Creatine is also not available.

I requested a refund but was only offered a coupon. Finally, after several reminders and without getting a response, I tried to use the coupon and place a new order. New surprise, when I applied the coupon, the order with the coupon was less than €55, so I had to pay the DHL costs again on my own - more than €15. I wrote them again and again: no answer.

I finally gave up. Right now I just wanted to be able to move my money or get my money out of there, even if I had to pay DHL again. I placed a new order yesterday June 9th, order number 247871, including items AMIX Predator Protein Chocolate and Beast Sports Nutrition Creature Creatine. Again I receive an email saying that neither of the 2 items is in stock, and they suggest an exchange for Predator Protein Vanilla and another Creatine. I accept the change.
After accepting the change, they tell me that they have not received the payment for the order and that I should use another payment method other than visa (my money came out of my visa).

Now I try to advertise them to avoid this website

This site is a total scam. I'm pretty sure the positive reviews are fake...It's the same story with everyone. They have the product in the store but after you pay they send you an e-mail saying it's sadly not in stock and offer to send some other crap. You're happy if you get anything at all at the end. Orderd for the first time and received the products very fast. The products i orderd where very good and better than in my home country Holland. So i have orderd now for the third time and very pleased with the products. Training is now more intensive then before i used thee product from Fatburners.

Having tried on many websites to get the supplements that I've tried to get for years, these guys stock some of the best products on the market.

At first, I was skeptical about placing an order because I live in Ireland and I wasn't sure if they could deliver to my address but having spoken with Rudolf on chat support, he assured me that they could deliver the items I was looking for within a week or two. I decided to try it and placed my order. Today ( after 11 days) it arrived and I know 100% that the products are what I had wanted having checked the packages were sealed etc.

I see a lot of reviews, more good than bad and from my experience, I can say only good things about the service.

Order got automatically cancelled and they won't refund my money even though it has been almost 2 weeks and countless messages with them.
On their answer they stated that I should contact the payment provider, this has already been done and they told that I have to negotiate this with fatburners.at, but as stated below, they told me the opposite so they are lying. All the 5 star reviews here are bought with money on smmboosters.

I ordered few times from them but recent 2 was a very disappointing experience. First of all the site doesn’t show if the product on store or not. 2nd time after I payed my order I get an email next day what else I would order because no product what I ordered and payed already. I got offered a cheaper product, so I feel kind of cheated. I payed additional 7 EUR also to get faster the product 1-3 work days. But I’ll receive later.
I hope this company will change on this.

I recently ordered Oxy Elite. I immediately received an email from Fatburners informing me that the product was sold out and offered to fulfill my order with a similar product along with additional samples.
I was a little upset because they take the money for a product that actually THEY KNOW THAT THEY DONT HAVE IN THE STOCK.
Nevertheless I accepted their suggestion and took the order for another product.
I asked how many days would the deliver take,
the answer was 3-4 working days.

The order was made on the 24th February.
today is 10th of March and I sill not have the order.
I contact the company, to find a solution or get reimbursed, they replied it is not their problem, as they send the package to the post.

They suggested me just to keep waiting until I DONT KNOW WHEN
