Placed an order for appr $ 250 on May 14, 2021 and received an order confirmation. The amount was imidiately drawn on my creditcard. I asked for status on June 10 and on June 15 got the answer that my order had a SHIPPING DELAYED status. I was given the option to order something else or cancel the order. On June 18 I cancelled the order and asked to have my money refunded. On this date, July 27, I have not received my refund of $250!! The response from Bestnutrition to the above Trustpilot review is that a refund has been sent to my bank and that I should contact my bank. I can't just call my bank and ask if they forgot to post a refund to my account. I need proof from Bestnutrition that the transfer actually has taken place in the form of a transaction receipt or copy of a transaction note with some form of bank transaction ID that can be traced. Bestnutrtion should never have charged for a product they knew they were unable to deliver in the first place so the ball is in their court on this issue.

Placed two orders on the same day, one for dispatch to Germany and the other for the U.K. The one arrived in Germany by the Tuesday. I have waited for the U.K delivery checked the website constantly and order is showing as unfulfilled. Tried calling, no response and sending messages on Facebook which are being read and then ignored. This company does not seem to care or communicate with customers at all. If the order cannot be fulfilled could I please asked for a refund? I would prefer to spend my money with companies who value customers and offer excellent customer service to clients. UPDATE: After reaching out to the company one more time, I spoke to a very helpful person who reassured me that the item would be dispatched. I can confirm that the items have now been received. Thanks to the person who followed through and ensured that items were received.

I love the shakes, soups and bars. They all taste excellent. The meals are hit or miss so I supplement my own dinner in the evening. The products seem to be slightly lower in calories to Exante products - I mix and match between the two so that I have a bigger variety to choose from. My daily aim is 800 calories and I have shed 9 lbs in the first week. I will be placing another order very soon and I highly recommend!

Especially if your purchase order gets 'mislaid' and they claim it has been dispatched when even their own website says it hasn't even been dispatched. In the process of court action to recover money paid - try someone better - you can't get much worse than this lot.

Although their prices are cheap, especially for Wodent Wheels (Purchased 2 - came out to be nearly $30). The customer service was poor and my questions were not directly answered each time. The service is taking far too long. It's been almost a month and still no order - apparently there is a delay, even though they said the items will be shipping tomorrow morning... When their website states "The majority of orders are shipped within 2-3 business days- Monday through Friday, after receipt... we are confident that nearly all items can be shipped within 14 days from the time that your order is placed. If we believe that an order will be delayed for a longer period of time, we will contact you." I was not contacted. I had to contact them to tell me that the order will be delayed after the second email. I really needed these wheels for my hamsters, as the Kaytee Silent Spinners (Purchased 4 - all worthless). I purchased did not spin like they did when they had the ball barrings. I am in serious consideration of just canceling this order, receiving a refund or disputing the purchase, and finding a more reliable place to purchase the Wodent Wheels. This experience was an absolute failure. Service was excellent, but delivery via courier was dreadful with two tracked orders not delivered when I was here expecting delivery. Order no 1, apparently the driver lost his way. Order no 2, driver did not ring or knock the door, but insisted he did. However found Abundance and Health to be good to deal with, and would use again with a more reliable courier.

I love the products this store offers, but I loathe the racist attitude of one particular scum clerk that works in the Carrollwood location. Because of this racist pig I refuse to promote the financial stability of this store. Most clerks understand that great customer service provide, repeat customers and generate revenue. Not this scum, he looks down on people of color even though his salary is most likely three times less than the average worker. If you can avoid this location and you are of color please do! I will never shop here again, I would rather drive two hours to a distant location before shopping here.

This Florida based store (I note this only because I have had consistent troubles with Florida based stores), while having good prices, does not provide shipping prices online. In the notes on my order I specified they quote me the shipping price before shipping, and they failed to do so. The shipping price was high - resulting in much higher cost than just purchasing the products at my local store. I sent an email after wards to discuss the problem but did not get any response.

Tried to place an order last weekend, the order did not go through, so I submitted the order one more time, and still did not go through. Then I switched a different card, same thing happened. I thought the order would automatically got cancelled until I saw both cards got charged 4 times for over $3000. I called them and left voicemails 5 times this week but nobody called me back. Flaky business. Placed an order. No email of order received after a week, so I email them to find out status. After several days I got an email response saying that I would get notice when items shipped. After another week I received an email saying items out of stock. I would have expected they would know inventory at time of order or at least within a few days. But to wait for over 2 weeks is unacceptable. Will not be buying from again.

I was waiting to call the company at the earliest time possible, which was 7:30am their time, and 6:30 PM my time. About 3.5 hours before I could place a phone call to address Apricots concerns, I received an email that my order was cancelled due to non-response of inquiries.

I have always had good service until now. I like and rely on the supplements and will continue to order them. however, maybe you should go back to using the US Postal Service instead of FedEx. I ordered on Dec. 19th and am still waiting for the arrival of my supplements. I saw one tracking notice that said I would receive my package today, and now I am seeing the tracking indicates Thursday, Jan. 2nd. I do not understand the logistics of FedEx sending my package to Pennsylvania to Maryland then to Indianapolis. Indianapolis is a FedEx hub. I realize the holidays make it take a bit longer, but I have always had my packages within the five days, excluding the time with the massive fires in California with the USPS.

These are the best quality vitamins I’ve come across and I love the fact they come from natural sources, and also that the majority are suitable for vegans. Prices may seem a little high initially, but I feel they are entirely justified and worth it - you get what you pay for! Buying cheap chemical-laiden vitamins is just a waste of money, in my opinion. Naturelo’s customer service is outstanding. I contacted them for some advice before purchasing, exchanging a few emails as I thought of more questions, and each time, a lot of time and care had obviously been put into the response. It is just so refreshing not to receive the usual auto-response mix of standard paragraphs based on keywords from someone who clearly knows very little and none of which answer your question properly. The responses I received were well considered and completely tailored to my questions. I already knew their products are great, but their customer service is outstanding. Unlike the previous reviews, I did receive the product I ordered -- in two different shipments (USPS) which were quite tardy (3 - 4 wks). Apparently this merchant keeps no inventory on-hand, nor do they try much to expedite shipment from their suppliers. If they were back-ordered or had difficulty obtaining the product, there was no notification of that.

Don’t order from here! Don’t order from here. People who have made an order did not receive their order and complaining about it on the comments sections on Facebook. Please check it regularly on FB before they hide the comments. I was lucky enough to check the reviews first and didn’t order anything from them. But this company keeps spamming me with their same emails and wants me to make an order. So far, I’ve received 8 emails for the last 2-3 days and it is morning over here and I have been receiving 3 emails so far and this will go on and on. There is no link to unsubscribe so I’ve blocked their emails because they keep going.

The goods were never delivered and was told it was not there problem but DHL. My contract was with Piping Rock so they should have refunded me and claimed from DHL. After suffering on and off with UTI's and having antibiotics from the doctor they just kept coming back and that's when I discovered D-Mannose and from the 2nd day I felt instant relief. These tablets do work and I wouldn't look back, if I happen to get a UTI again I'll definitely be using D-Mannose. Recently we ordered Serrapeptase 80,000iu from you and when we received the delivery my wife noticed that you called it a "Food Supplement" and not a "Natural Anti- Inflammatory" which our previous supplier described their product. We sent an email on 14/12 to both yourselves and "The Other" but have not received a response from you at [email protected] and it has just bounced back as undeliverable!! We would appreciate your advising us as to whether there is any difference between SerraEnzyme 80,000IU and Serrapeptase 80,000iu?? We await your response Thank You.

Its been 9 days since the estimated delivery time. The product said that it would take 3 business days, but it still didn’t arrive yet, which is very frustrating. Please do something about it right now, or refund my purchase. The product specifically says that it needs to stay cool , but its been way too long since I ordered it.

This company is awfull, i orderd the product on April 10th, as of May 14th still have not recieved it. Called and not customer service skilled at all. My confirmation states to be shipped UPS they sent it US mail, and wanted me to track the package. Want my money back and refuse to give it back because they did not recieve the package back in there office. They wanted me to call post office and find out why I have not recieved it... I paid for a product and shipping. They fail to realize that they are to deliver the product that they sell and ship. THey most definitly need new staff.

I placed my order via the internet on 7th December, and still await for it to be delivered over 2 weeks on. I have emailed customer services and they replied that they would request the tracking but I still await. If I have to wait any longer, I will be asking for a refund. Very disappointing service as I would have used HealthyUK on a regular basis. Never mind.

I am writing as I had a friend order from Vitamins.org and she had an amazing experiance, quick and friendly service, no issues, and quick shipping. I however a little more cautious, did my reasearch and found the previous rating and was concerned. However I took the chance and I am SO glad I did!!! I had questions about aa couple products and when I called in the lady on the phone was so helpful, in finding answers to my questions and even assisted me in placing the order. I received my order 4 days of placing my order as well as a tracking number was sent for my package, when I received my item it was damaged in shipping and when I called back in they again were great on the phone, they asked me for pictures and assured me my damaged item was being resent no expense to me. I have used the Nutricentre for nearly 15 years. It has gone from poor to abysimal. It takes money immediately but then you have to ring, email & nag in order to get a completed delivery. Ring & you get polite promises that the manager will sort things out but then nothing transpires so you ring again. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

European personal orders beware! As a previous customer I was always happy with the service until now. I saw the company offered shipping to Spain so made my next order that way and even paid extra (€30!) for upgraded shipping. Spanish customs rejected and returned the order telling me any type of supplements etc, even for personal use, need a licence to import (as I believe is the same for all EU imports). Return 2 Health said it was up to the customer to find out these things. I wrongly assumed that as they were offering delivery to Spain they would be able to fulfil that order. There is no warning on their website that products to EU countries are only available to businesses/licence holders. Just beware if you order from them to EU countries. I learnt the hard way and am now €30 out of pocket.

Ordered on Feb 5th, never got any email for confirmation of shipping like they said I would get. Sent email to them requesting info on my order status. They say they get back to you in 12 hours and 2 days later I still have heard nothing!! They have a customer service number that no matter what option you pick has recording saying they cannot help you at this time and hangs up!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

On 08/07/2019, Canada Post returned my order due to my address being destroyed by them. I called Vitasave, told them I needed my proteins by this weekend. The agent as customer services told me they cold not due to time difference. The sweet lady on the phone told me i would get the p[roteins onday. I told her i really neded them for saturday. She checked Canada Post schedule for express delivery over night. She told me she would ship my order overnight, that I vould get my delivery Friday which i did. The agent was wonderful, by calming me down, she was very patient with me, she was so helpful, patient, resourceful, and extremely polite. She saved my day. I order the tablet form of Turmeric for Dogs from Futureyou and as they have both been on the herbal medication for a long period now l can honestly say there's a marked difference for the better in joint mobility and inflammation of my older dog especially,11 years, who has arthritis. My other dog is 3 years and l feed it to her also as she is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. They have a robust nature and this doesn't bode well to the joints later in life so l feel it will keep her joints healthy during her very active life. They also do other herbal products for humans. I'm bemused however why they only have two products available for animals. Also be careful if you register expecting the discount, which you will get, as you'll then be added to an automatic delivery of the herbal medication you ordered before you run out. However the customer service department were great and sorted the issue out and apologised emphatically so l have continued with ordering turmeric for dogs from Futureyou. All round a good company for herbal medication.
