I was in a pinch and needed a stock item ASAP. I was not sure about what I was ordering and the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Unfortunately the first wig I had to send back because it was too big for my face too much hair.... plus this was my first wig experience ever..... however I exchanged it for another wig which I should have received by now however the snow could be a big factor in the delay.... overall I give WIG SECRET 5 ***** GREAT communication and GREAT wigs @ a GREAT price! I tries to color this hair in 3 attempts and it never worked. In the amazon add it states that it is grade AAAA 100% human virgin hair that can be colored and that is a pure lie. I don't know who the liars are writing these reviews bit they can't be real. Not with this fake costume looking wig they sent. Huge rip off

As a 2 year regular to Curtis hair salon in Brisbane we arrived and sat down to wait for a hair cut. My dad 70 yrs old likes a simple short cut with a nice neat look and a clean trim around the ears. On this day dad was shown to a chair and asked for a short hair cut with hair off his ears after an hour dad appeared with almost no difference to how he went in. I asked him why he didn't get his hair cut and he said in a quiet voice I did tell her she didn't do it. so I asked and she ignored me, so I asked louder so loud the other staff look over. but still ignored by the hairdresser, who just said $38 please and put the EFTPOS in front of my dad. He was a bit confused about why she wouldn't talk to him and so he paid. that day he was upset by the experience and his appearance, so he went to a second hairdresser to fix the Just better than HOBO hair cut he had received from Curtis Hair Brisbane. With the other hairdresser making a less than happy comment about the state of the hair dad was left with. So a simple trip for a hair cut ended with my dad depressed and me mad and out of pocket $70. As I don't know what we did wrong to be treated like this, well before I got angry that is. So they have lost two customers now and I'm never going to stop telling people about how they treated my dad, just disgraceful!!

This is my second visit to the helensvale store and again I am so happy with the service and professionalism of Clarissa. She really cares for her customers and takes the time to understand what I am wanting out of my cut and colour. I travel from Brisbane to this store just because of how amazing she is.

I had negative experiences in the past; especially with overuse of pare and packing materials (kinda disturbing from a self-proclaimed environmentally-sensitive samples and company), but the last 2 orders were much better. I had an issue with a non-working promotional code on my last order and I contacted customer service via email. The rep not only corrected it, but asked me what my personal preferences were for samples and sent me a great little package of product. She even emailed a second time to let me know some of the products were out of stock. I hope that Aveda continues to treat all customers this way.

I completed an online transaction on Feb 05. They mentioned that I will get my order delivered in 10 days however I haven't get it yet. No updates from them and whenever I remember that I didn't get the product I called them, on-call CR always says someone will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. I am getting standard email that they are running out of the product but my order has been processed. In the last email, he mentioned the order has been processed and within 24 hours tracking details will send it to you. After 48 hours when I contacted them, Daniel mentioned the order has been processed that doesn't mean the order is ready to despatch. Maybe my English is poor so I will provide you with the proof and if someone can help me to understand the language would be helpful. I sent an email to them to refund my money and cancel the order they said they can't do that. Another thing is when I order the products I order twice so right away on Feb 5th I contacted them to cancel one item from the order. Again, a wage answer that they won't be able to cancel the one item however I can return that within 30 days of purchase. I am pretty sure I am going to return one item as this is the first time I order to try the product if I get it. It's an expensive product and for two months I am getting the answer they are running out of the product. If someone ordered the product between Feb 05 and now and they get it, can you please let me know here. I haven't received the product yet but paid for two months and haven't received money back nor the product. This is not a fake review. Please read before you buy the product. The wording on the website is purposefully deceiving when you are ready to pay for your product, it offers you an "upgrade" to a new product with a discount, however this is not an upgrade, it is an ADD-ON. I am 25 and I am usually very good at spotting internet scams and misinformation, however this is flat out deceitful and just sad. For a product that customers should be regularly buying, they would rather spit on your face and potential loyalty for 30-50 dollars more on one order. Everything about this company is just unethical. I can't imagine the older buyers, or people that haven't really adapted to the internet. How easily they have gotten tricked, with no way of getting their money back. I e-mailed for customer service and I got some dumb $#*! named Michelle or whatever dyke name she's got telling me she would LOVE to help me with the problem, yet she stopped replying to me completely after the first e-mail. I have sent 4 e-mails out already, no reply. Also, they have only shipped the 3-pack that they slithered onto my order, not even my initial one bottle that I got. I would not be surprised if they never ship it at all and just try to keep my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Many other products with the same chemicals that will promote hair growth are out there. An unethical company like this one deserves to go bankrupt.

It works as it states, & is backed by 3 independent sources & personalities. Either way I know it works because I used it for 5 months & saw a "little" change. As it suggest it is a natural derived supplement which aides in hair growth. So how does it do this exactly? Well to make it short & simple Biotin. As you know a healthy scalp promotes healthy hair growth. As with anything your body has needs & if you don't provide those needs the results will show up later good or bad. Not just Biotin ofc, it cover's all bases like a multi-vitamin except this 1 is specifically tailor'd towards your hair. That being said I only bought these as the supplier of my main hair vitamin couldn't keep up with the amount of order's she was getting so while I was waiting for them to restock I tried Folexin. Would I keep using Folexin? Probably not as it just aides in the growth cycle & doesn't really speed thing's up as far as growth or other aspects that I'm looking for.

Folexin is a great product. I recently order a bottle of it and I'd like to say that I loved their customer support. I have been using the product for 8 weeks and my hair seems to have stopped falling off when I comb it. I have also noticed that it has become thicker. I, however, don't know how long I need to wait for it to grow back fully. So far so good. Encouraged with the results.

I bought these vitamins after witnessing good reviews on all major websites: Amazon, ebay, etsy, even Trustpilot. However, a small research on the names of the reviewers made it clear to me that the reviews are fake and lies. First, most of them live in india or United States. The place is based in London, second most of them are around end of April start of May when this company started, what a coincidence, to promote these vitamins.Needless to mention that after one month use I have notices very little difference, still unclear to me if it is placebo. Check for yourselves and be more skeptical on rave reviews.

after seeing positive results from my first bottle purchase, I decided to buy a pack of 3 bottles. The results have been awesome as I have fuller, thicker hair. To think that just taking capsules alone and not applying some magical hair cream would do the trick is all the more positive. I am on my third bottle now all together and I know that the positive results will continue. It's so good to know that the results are going to be from natural ingredients and will be permanent and not from adding some funny chemical to my hair and scalp.

This is the MOST helpful and friendly website on the topic of interstitial cystitis on the web. There are other good places but this is MY "go-to" for information, for help, for support, and they even have a printed quarterly magazine that is so good I bought ALL the back issues going back years. That is how they finance the website and they have a small online store of good stuff that is difficult to find or even know about. They have countless articles on countless topics. They have a food list that helps you to know what foods you might be able to eat to avoid pain and other symptoms. All of that is free of charge. You only pay if you buy something or you want the printed magazine. In other words this is a HUGE, helpful website that covers ALL aspects of interstitial cystitis at NO cost to you. The owner is THE most knowledgeable person on the disease of IC that I have ever heard of and that is saying a lot due to the fact that I own (and have read) about 6 huge books on IC. She is a great spokesperson on behalf of those with IC as well. She has spent a lot time researching, writing and then appearing on panels in order to bring more attention to this disease. The website is great but there is more. There is a VERY helpful forum attached to it. You are allowed to join it and write posts and, of course, read posts. You can read all the posts going back for years. It has a search feature so you can zoom in on what you need to know about right now. No forum is perfect but it is the ONLY support that I have because I don't know anyone in real life that has IC. I really can't say enough about this website. It's the real thing. It's a lifeline to me. It contains so much information in one place AND they stay current. They provide the AUA guidelines and when those change they provide the new guidelines as just one example. If the only thing they had was the free (printable) food list it would be worth coming on here and yelling from the mountain tops how great it is but it is so much more than a food list. Pudendal nerve entrapment is fully addressed as is overactive bladder, family relationships regarding IC. It's a place for both men and women. It's a place to share your best recipes too because it's so difficult to find food that our bodies can tolerate. If you have IC go there, join the forum and be helped. 40,000 other people already have. Don't live with IC and not use this website to help yourself. Self-care is so important and being current on the latest cures, ideas, medications, etc., is vital. You have to be your own best advocate when you have IC. No one else is going to do it for you. There are good doctors out there but they are outnumbered by doctors that did not study IC in medical school. Even some urologists did not have one single class on IC during their entire education. I could say more but I'll let you visit there and find out for yourself how useful and friendly this website is.
