Within a couple of hours, the attentive, helpful advisor (Olly) arranged a policy which met my needs. He advised in advance the likely cost, and outlined the policy conditions. The policy documents were then sent to me by email.

I have struggled with working with insurers before, but Insync, called me back possibly within 60 seconds of me submitting an enquiry online, and successfully got me a proposal for my insurance needs. And my insurance needs were considered too complex for other insurers.... Would highly recommend. My advisor was a guy called Luke who was extremely helpful.

I thought at first the quote experience was good. But I didn’t get any information of my monthly instalments etc. Then I looked on my bank and they had taken 2 lots of deposits and had messed up the whole money situation and had some how refunded me £228. I’m not sure what they did. The chap I spoke to to resolve it was brilliant, I think his name was Ben Carmichael. But my initial contact wasn’t great

I called Insync feeling very stressed due to my current insurers informing me I was insured incorrectly. I spoke to Lewis who was very helpful & efficient at ensuring I had a policy taken out with almost immediate effect. Lewis was very thorough & ensured I fully understood what was being said & that everything was covered correctly. I felt much less stressed once our call had ended! Thank you Lewis!

I would have given 10 stars if I could. Ben was very professional, amazingly helpful trying to find me the best quote and completely client focused. There was no harsh, pushy sales techniques. Instead, he focused on getting me the right cover at the best price. I would recommend Insynch to anyone looking to get insurance as a aesthetician. Thanks very much.

Very good, with one exception I had make several calls before settling the policy, the agent that initially serve me, when I phone he was either busy or otherwise. The person that took the call promised a call back.
One instance it happen, but I had to make several calls.
Was just about to abandoned but that day for final attempt Darren was available.
Otherwise happy with the service.
