I reported to paypal that This company has made false reporting on their website! I have purchased 3 items and all of them are not as described. I want my money back! This is not the same wig as described. This is NOT what I paid for and I want a FULL refund! In the description they described Brazilian Remy Straight hair 360 Lace Human Hair Wigs Lady Wig - Gold / 18 Inch / 150%(THICK) $22.88 and the other description is a Brazilian Lace Front Human Hair Wave Wigs Wave Lady Wig - Gold / 18 Inch / 100%(NORMAL). This is NOT human hair, it's not a 360 wig and this is false advertising! PayPal asked me to send back the product so I paid to send the item back and my case was still denied of a full refund!!!!! This is a scam!

The wigs were not as advertised. They were synthetic and they were certainly not front lace wigs. If you manage to get an email back from them they give you two shitty options to choose from: 1. keep their janky items and get a measly 5% back or 2. Ask them for a return address, pay for the shipping yourself, and hope they give you your full refund when they receive your items. Please save yourself the headache, disappointment, and money to buy from a reputable place that won't scam you and give you your money's worth.

This is an amazing product. I can go from wet hair to styled hair in 5 minutes. My hair is short and this product gives it lots of fullness and shape.It’s the most wonderful device I’ve had ever! I just love it.

S.H, London Hi there, the following is a long review, but if you are serious about your hair as I am, I suggest you read on. I have been suffering from hair loss for about five years now, but due to my busy schedule and financial situation at that time I could never get round to doing anything permanent about it, apart from taking minoxidil in cream and lotion format etc . We all know it does help, but can only do so much and and is definitely not a long term solution (and this was starting to bug me). Corona virus came about and due to the nature of my trade I had a rather long break off work ahead of me so I decided to use that to my advantage and do a little research on hair transplants, procedure techniques, costs and most importantly if it works. I looked at London clinics and the prices were out of my reach and also cos of current lockdown measures, I would not be able to see them anytime soon either. I kept seeing adverts on google about hair transplant procedures in Turkey so I decided to investigate. I googled best hair clinic Istanbul, the 10 alleged best came up, I looked into all of them and read a plethora of reviews and the general consensus was (as I kept on reading) is how the marketing is great for these establishments, how they look really fancy and hi tech etc but when your actually attend the clinic, at the beginning Doctor is present, you have a brief and so on but when it comes down to operation time, Doctor does a disappearing act and his so called technicians carry out surgical procedure on your head instead??! This is mainly due to the high number of patients they take on in a day, impossible for Doctor to give you his undivided attention. This was deeply alarming and frankly put me off, sounded like a gimmick to me. I continued to scroll down the google page and came across Diamond Hair Clinic and a Dr Mehmet Demircioglu, I could see he had a lot of favourable reviews so I read upon him and based on what I saw •world FUE institute certified surgeon •implements diamond sapphire FUE technique •takes one patient a day, his whole focus is you and most importantly Carry’s out surgical procedure on your head himself •operation Carried out in a accredited hospital all the reviews (on different hair forums too) I read, Pics of patients before and after, quality of work and so forth. Naturally I had to enquire The clinic manager Mahmud was professional and clearly communicated with me and was not pushy at all. They asked for current pictures of my hair/scalp, I sent them and 48hrs later after Dr Mehmet had carried out analysis they emailed me an evaluation and price for my prospective transplant. Dr stated he would perform Diamond sapphire FUE technique on myself for 5,500 grafts I would be provided with 4 days accommodation at a good quality hotel and a driver who picks me up from the airport and is pretty much there for me during the entirety of my trip. This was all at a reasonable cost and quoted to me as a total package. I made a calculated decision based on what I had researched and I am happy to say I have no regrets. I have had my transplant and just got back home to London recently and I’m more then pleased so far. So here’s how it went down: Day one - Arrival Touched down in Istanbul airport and was picked up by driver. He had my details and contacted me via WhatsApp (Airport has free WiFi for 60 minutes, just have to log in) Driver was Emir and he is personable and courteous, he took me to my hotel but as I had a late flight I was starving, So on route he took me to a good restaurant to pick up a takeaway. Emir is there for you, just speak to him and he will grant your request Day 2 - Operation Day Emir picked me up at 08.00 and and we got to JCI Hospital at 08.30 and I met Dr Mehmet for first time. Doctor was real nice bloke, genuine and easy going demeanour and spoke good English. We had a brief in his office and took our time, no rushing. He explained the days proceedings ahead and we discussed what my expectations were. Doctor is straight up and won’t sugarcoat anything and is realistic about what he can do for you and what’s achievable. Fire any questions at him you desire, I did to make sure I was comfortable. Doctor then started the process by creating a hairline for me and stated this is crucial for operation, took a bit of time to set it right, once attained I was happy with my look and everything had been discussed so we proceeded to operation room. Doctor has two assistants, they work alongside him. General anaesthetic was applied to my head (this is the uncomfortable part and slightly painful) once applied I was good to go and team started to extract grafts from my donor area. Doctors assistants are attentive and competent, no rush job and took their time and patience. Dr Mehmet is always present and is in control of everything. This stage took bout 4hrs but once completed, 4,500 grafts extracted from hair donor area and a further 1,000 from under my chin beard area. It was lunch time now and we had 30 minutes break and I was treated to a nice meal in communal area. Once lunch break was finished, Incisions needed to be made for the extracted grafts. This is critical part of the operation and is where Dr Mehmet goes to work and his skill set shines, he double checked my hairline design again and then went onto implement diamond sapphire technique. Doctor was operating on me for a good 3 hours and took his time, making me feel comfortable throughout. My Crown area is weak so he told me he would really focus on this area to allow implantation of maximum grafts which in turns allows more density. Once he had finished I had a 10 minute break and Then we went onto implanting the 5,500 grafts into my incised areas, once again attention to detail, took their time to set them in right. It does get tiring as is a long procedure but you have to suck it up, this went on for about 4hrs. The last part of operation was PRP Injection and this was very quick as my blood had been drawn earlier in the day (before brief) and had already been processed, so they just injected it into my scalp and then I was done, I felt relieved as it was 11pm! I was given medication/tablets and a neck pillow to take with me and clear instructions on how to sleep in order to protect my grafts and my head was bandaged up. I left the hospital and Emir once again took me to a restaurant to pick up takeaway at my request and dropped me back to my hotel for the end of my day. Day 3 - Rest Day I rested in my hotel and believe me, your gonna need it! Day 4 - Wash Day/Final Day Emir picked me up and we made our way over to hospital. Doctor Mehmet greeted me and we proceeded to take of my bandages and carry out first wash. Doctor explains the whole procedure and demonstrates it, It’s not complicated, but has to be followed by yourself over next 10 days, other details of aftercare explained also and his expectations from you. Doctor Mehmet gave me his personal phone number and I can contact him anytime and vice versa Also I need to send him pictures of my head/scalp on a daily basis so he can monitor progress and be on top of things for me. We finished up after being there bout an hour and I said bye to Doctor and expressed my gratitude. Emir took me to the airport and I caught my afternoon flight back home. Summary It’s obviously way too soon too see any results this early into my transplant, however these guys are a professional outfit and have an amazing work ethic from what I have experienced so far. Doctor Mehmet is passionate about his craft and he won’t just perform surgery on you and you never hear from him again. He is honest and forthright and will be there for you to make sure you achieve what was discussed from the beginning provided you follow his instructions. When you contact him, he does always gets back to you. I just want to say thank you for taking time out to read my detailed review, I hope you find it useful and it gives you reassurance being that you are considering to go abroad for a surgical hair procedure just like I did. If you do decide to go ahead, don’t waste your time anywhere else, go see Dr Mehmet, trust me, you will be in good hands and you won’t regret it.

I was looking into the whole process for months, I eventually chose Dr mehmet demircioglu and diamond hair clinic. We had agreed on 4000 grafts before I travelled over but after shaving my head and seeing it in person he thought 5000 grafts would give me a much better result. Not extra cost! The doctor and his nurses (Who were very respectful and polite all day)extracted 5000 hairs from my donor area, the whole day was long for all, hopefully in a few months time when he hair starts to grow the result is perfect. The operation type was sapphire fue technique which will leave no scars on the scalp. The doctor made the incisions himself, the nurses extracted the hairs and implanted where the doctor made the incisions. Before we started I had a pre operation consultations face to face with the doctor, it wasn’t just a five minute thing it was over 30 minutes. As I was the only patient that day there was no rush, I skipped breakfast accidentally on the day and they even took the time to get me breakfast. The doctor drew on my hairline and talked me through it ensuring i was happy with what he was doing, it wasn’t just a straight hairline, it is better than that when hair regrows it will look natural. During the operation I couldn’t see much but the doctor was controlling the operation, afterwards he sat me down and explained in detail (i had to take notes to remember everything) everything that i had to do post operation. Post operation the next day in the evening i went back to the hospital and met back up with Dr mehmet demircioglu For my first wash on donor area and transplanted area where he then re explained everything and gave me aftercare products for free. From start to finish of the whole process diamond hair clinic provided transfers everywhere, from the airport - everywhere! The doctor gave me his personal phone number to contact him anytime, which i have done, i’ve contacted him so much! Everyday post operation for ten days i had to send pictures over the 4 sides of my head So that the doctor could check on my recovery process. I’m now sending one a week Thank you to the doctor and 2 nurses for all your hard work!

I placed an order (1.7 pounds) on July 15th. They shipped it via UPS to Washington State where it was mailed via USPS to Alaska via barge. For that they charged as much as another vendor did for a 4.5 pound order that I placed today and it will be here tomorrow. Never again.

On June 19, 2011 I ordered two packs (4 in each pack) of batteries for my Panasonic telephones. One pack was usable but one back contained three unservicable batteries. One was dead, two were questionable. I contacted the seller on June 24th, the day received and was emailed a form for the return of the defective battery pack. What pisses me off is that I had to pay the return postage for the defective product. I have nothing to say about this company, as the sign says on the Brooklyn Bridge "How sweet is isn't"

Salon Supplies Direct is my main supplier of hair colours. Fantastic service, what more can I say. They helped me when I needed a hard to find colour. Delivery was superb, received next day. Have used many times, most of my friends also use them as they have low prices and deliver quickly.

I ordered a heat mat before 5pm and paid extra for next day delivery, seeing as I needed it the day after. It didn't arrive the next day, which burdened me, and when I check the tracking it turns out it took them 25 HOURS just to prepare my order for dispatch. By the time I needed to have them they hadn't even left the warehouse. It is a good product but I'm really really disappointed with the delivery

I purchased the tangle free brush for my very long fine hair. When I am done in the shower it glides through my hair and there is little hair that is pulled out and in the brush. I love it for that reason!

I purchased an item from Feel Foxy on 3/8/19, but subsequently returned it for an exchange or a refund. I've called them numerous times to assist with exchange option, but I've received no return calls. I've sent numerous emails to inquire about a refund, but no response regarding same. I know they received return because I confirmed through tracking package. I am so disappointed! I've made many purchases in the past few years and never had a problem, but now it's a whole different story. No one answers calls and while I do get acknowledgment of emails I've sent them, there's no follow up to finalize my purchase return. Something is going on with this company. I feel totally ignored and wonder am I going to lose the money I paid for my purchase. It is now 4/25/19 and there has been no resolution to my situation. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them at this time due to their absolutely horrible customer service.

I am a size 10 Petite dress size, so I ordered the Medium. With much struggling, I got it on, and within a few minutes I had to take it off. It was way too tight. The girdle really squeezed me. I exchanged it for a Large and it just came today. I got it on with no problem, but the girdle feels a bit loose. I just checked the web site and the Small stretches to a 30 inch waist, the Medium stretches to a 32 and the Large stretches to a 36. I really need a 34. I'll keep this, maybe it will shrink a bit with washing.

I had my first visit to this store today and was extremely happy with service from the moment I walked in. A huge thanks to Dani with helping choose a new color and style that I love. Walked in with an old mop on my head and walked out feeling like a million dollars.

I took insurance for a cruise and through the night prior to the cruise I came down with an awful stomach virus (sparing the details here). The cruise line will not allow anyone on the ship who has had this virus or has it (and a disclaimer must be signed before boarding). I wouldn't have been able to travel 1.5 hours to the terminal anyway. It was heartbreaking to have to cancel. CHI are declining to honour my travel insurance because I didn't go to the doctor for 5 days. I had an appointment 3 days after th cancellation but the doctor was running over an hour behind and I couldn't bring myself to sit there feeling like garbage to be told what I already knew. I explained to CHI it was a stomach virus and I didn't see a need for a doctor. The medical certificate required is in the policy. I took this to my doctor to complete my claim 2 months after the cancellation (remember you have 12 months to claim). I sent off all my documentation, they contacted me for further information and then knocked my claim back. I cannot see anywhere in the policy stating I need immediate doctor attention for a certificate. If anyone can find it, please let me know and I will eat my words and remove this post. If I'm wrong though, I will still never use them due to the arrogance of the rep who processed my claim. I am taking this further, not for the money, just out of principle.

I had a fantasic holiday booked to NZ but 2wks prior to leaving had to have emergency neurological surgery, so had to cancel. The travel agent said I shouldn't have any problems with the insurance company for refund, but it has turned into the nightmare from hell! All documentation from all doctors and specialists was forwarded at their request and they state that the information is not sufficient and keep making excuses about why they cannot settle my claim. What is so frustrating is that this medical emergency (which was not pre existing) was life threatening and the communications I have had with this company has really impeded my recovery. My doctor thinks the company is questionable to say the least.There a several questions raised relating to travel insurance, that i would like to know and that is whether they work hand in glove with travel agents and what the qualifications are of their medical teams, because some of the question they ask are unproffessional and silly. Could go on for hours, bu this has definately been a horrible experience. Unprofessional

I was a bit suspicious about going abroad for a surgery, but after talking to Selin, one of Essi’s patient coordinators in London, I’ve decided to have the operation. I’ve had breast enlargement treatment in Istanbul with Dr. Hakan Guney. IMO, he is a really talented surgeon and a very friendly person. His team was really professional and friendly as well. I am very happy with my new boobs, so glad that I’ve made this decision. Special thanks to my patient care assistant Ezgi. I’ve went there alone and she was literally like a sister to me, I felt that I’m really cared a lot.

Dr Hakan Guney one of the best aesthetics surgeon in Turkey. He is very helpful, calm and professional. I feel safe with him . After the surgery he takes care of his patients with warmth . The most important thing is you will not need reconstruction surgery after he is done with you . I am extremely happy with Dr Guney . I strongly recommend him to everyone.

I did some research online and I found the ESTE NOVE clinic in Istanbul Turkey. I made the contacts and had two weeks of conversation with an agent (Alexandra) who made me feel very comfortable. I traveled to Istanbul and had my hair transplant. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I was very well received from the airport to the clinic. The team are fantastic and they are friendly. If you live in USA and want to have your transplant, I recommend going to Este Nove Clinic in Istanbul. Had surgery yesterday at the Nottingham clinic, a super environment, very clean and clinical. I was met and made to feel at ease immediately, although I was slightly early, Dr Harris commenced the pre surgery consultation and explained the whole procedure. The day lasted five hours during which I was presented with lunch half way through. The time flew as Dr Harris's team of girls chatted throughout the procedure, lovely, super friendly and could not do enough for me. Before I left I had a further post op consultation with Dr Harris, he explained all the do's and don'ts and was given aftercare kit. I can already see a more feminine hairline and would erg anyone, particularly any females who feel concerned about hair loss to seek Dr Harris's expertise. A good overall experience and procedure by a super efficient team. Thanks you

Hair clippers very good quality had to reset the clipper blades as they had moved in transit but it was easy to do only two screws had to wait a while for delivery but due to covid 19 could be the reason

Not sure what to say as I had used Viagra previously changing to Cialis was different there was no stuffy nose and no flushing it was weird although effective. I am considering changing to a smaller daily dose but would need advice in this area. I would say that Cialis is a more natural and gentle aid.

I have to say thanks to Medaway because truly the staff here go above and beyond to make you feel safe, welcome and valued. So my chat on WhatsApp to arrange my breast uplift surgery was clear and straight forward. I booked my flights and send the details and from there everything is arrange for you. The patient co-ordinators do not get enough credit - the job they do SO WELL. They are always one step ahead to have everything arranged and nothing was too much trouble. Any issue we had was responded to usually within minutes (pre and post surgery). Special thanks to Sena and Alperon for being so great and helpful. So I travelled alone and met at the point of the airport (SAW airport) I was told to and was waiting around half an hour eventually was taken to a driver in a very nice private vehicle who transferred me straight to the hospital for my pre op tests (blood and COVID test) - the drive to the hospital from this airport was around 1.5 hours. Upon arrival at the hospital nothing felt odd and the tests were done very quickly and I was then taken in another private vehicle to the hotel Gorrion (around 10 mins from hospital). This hotel is lovely, the staff has been very lovely and the food is fantastic. The next morning I was collected at 11am and taken back to hospital. There are definitely language barriers but MOST of the nurses will attempt to make things clear for you and if there is struggle they will fetch the translator. The translators are really great and I would say I made a friend with one guy who again could not do enough to help. I was allocated my private room, which as other reviews describe are very nice and spacious and clean. After some time I was asked to change in to gown etc and at around 1pm the surgeon, Dr Feryal came to see me to discuss the procedure and draw on me etc. Dr Feryal is AMAZING. Truly a sweetheart. She is beautiful person inside and out and knows her stuff. I felt a strong trust and connection with her from the start. Okay now comes the waiting - I did not go down for surgery until 8:30pm so the wait felt long and a bit frustrating but I guess I’m a bit inpatient. This is the part I did not like. Being wheeled down to theatre was a bit frightening and this is the part I’m a bit traumatized about. This was my first surgery however so for some may seem fine but I’m giving my honest account. The rooms are open and I was going past patients already down there - obviously this is a hospital so is to be expected - in the theatre room there were some men (dressed quite casual not in scrubs) just on their phones etc - without a doubt the theatres here are not as sterile as you would expect back home it seemed a bit like a scene from hostel. I was asked to get on the bed, then they began to strip my gown off me and then strapped my legs and arms to the bed and I could feel myself shaking from fear and wanted to back out at this point. It seemed a bit inhumane and I could not understand what they were saying. Then the one guy told me he’s going to start putting me to sleep and the last person I saw was Dr Feryal who told me to have a nice sleep. When I woke up from the surgery I came around pretty quickly and I remember I was shaking uncontrollably, they did pre warn about this before my surgery so I was not too worried about it. I did feel pain and I began to be moved instantly back up to my private room from earlier. To add whilst under I was fitted with a catheter and obviously the surgery drains which I was not made aware about prior. The pain was bad but I just had surgery so again this was not a factor for me. It was now around 1am. I was alert and texted my husband etc and all in all o was relieved at how ‘fine’ I felt. I slept on and off all night and the nurses were checking on me throughout the night. One thing I will say is generally you have to ask for pain relief or dressing changes etc but it is always provided through the drip. The nurses are young and MOST of them are friendly, personally I found the day shift nurses were a lot more approachable than the night shift ones and they were very sweet. Although the cross contamination is pretty high and hand washing / gloves etc seems forgotten a lot. Sometimes on the night shift i kind of dreaded the shift change because I knew the care was not as nice. The care lady who works on the ward is adorable; she spoke no English but she showed the most compassion. She was constantly holding hand to give it a little reassuring squeeze when she sensed we were uncomfortable or she was bringing water in to the room all the time. She was amazing. I was up less than 12 hours after my surgery and was walking round the ward at 5:30 am. To be honest I just wanted the drains and catheter removed. The next morning Dr Feryal came to see me to check the surgery and wounds and was really happy with my progress. She instructed the nurses to remove my drains and I could be discharged to the hotel. The nurses re dressed my scars and removed the drains and catheter and just wanted to see that I was walking okay etc. I never went to the hotel and actually ended up staying in the hospital for 2 more nights in the hospital as my sister had a different surgery and had really bad complications and ended up having blood transfusion and emergency surgery. Again, although this was not ideal and to be honest I don’t think a fault of Medaway , more one of those things that can happen with major surgery. But to add , the staff really have done all they can to reassure me through this quite frightening time. And as this review is based on my own experience I have to be honest with how it was for me despite the other complications. It was my choice to remain at the hospital with my sister and not go to the hotel, so I was sleeping on the guest chair on her room, but they were still providing me with food and water and blankets. I have to add that the food provided is AWFUL. Personally I don’t like any of it and I would much rather go down to the hospital Café who serve pretty much everything and is super cheap. The nurses and Dr Feryal was checking me everytime they came to my sister and still making sure I was okay and healing good. Okay so once my sister was out of the dark and we were allowed to go to the hotel again and checked over by Dr Feryal and given the clear to leave. We were taken to Mercure hotel which although is nice, it was not as nice as Gorrion and from the start the feeling was not the same the staff were not as nice etc. after the ordeal we had , we just wanted what we knew so we contact the patient co- ordinator and asked to be moved and within the hour they arranged transport and changed our hotel back to Gorrion. Again , nothing is too much trouble and I cannot stress enough that you are VERY WELL looked after by Medaway. When we arrived at Gorrion and settled the hotel nurse came to see us in our room - Irem is the most lovely and kind nurse ! She re-dresses our surgeries , checked us over, had a chat with us about things to do and places we could go etc and again you feel like no mater the hour of the day she’s going to be there to look after you. I also sent a message at around 22:30 to say I was worried I had pulled one of my stitches and had some pain and Irem sent the other nurse straight to my room to check and change dressings. The reassurance is always there and was very needed. Now I’m on my final day and the car is arranged to take me to the airport later. I am only 4 days post surgery so I cannot be sure but so far my boob uplift is looking great and healing amazing. The experience is daunting , coming abroad for surgery etc and truly i personally, would not do it again. But this is not a reflection on Medaway or my results. I think you have to be a strong person and just set that expectation that it’s not just a small procedure. These are big surgeries and as with any surgery, complications can happen. Again, this was not with me but I saw first hand with my sister how things can sometimes go wrong and the risk you are taking. And in another country where you don’t fully understand what’s going on all the time (despite best efforts by everyone) or can make it all the more frightening. But this was my choice. I have given an in-depth review so that people can make their own choice but please please do not go in to this naive. Overall, Medaway truly are a fantastic organization who really do care about their patients. It is well organised and to compare to the UK this would be like top private healthcare for sure. It’s just that some of the processes here in turkey maybe different from the UK. I would recommend the company and I can reassure anyone who is booking or has booked with Medaway that you are in safe hands with these amazing people. I’m sure that I can contact my WhatsApp group for advise even after arriving back in the UK and time will tell for the rest of the results. I had bought the product on the 6th at 4pm and not 3 hours later I emailed asking to cancel the order as my friend told me a much cheaper bleach I was used to was vegan and cf I still haven't received a reply to this and after 3 days my package arrived, so I bleached it that night. I bought the no bleach bleach to lighten up the top half of my hair where my roots have grown out fir nearly a year which was a medium brown color it barely lightened it... I bought another bleach from another compony and bleached it a couple days later but accidentally bought the wrong one I waited a few days before trying the blue dye in it and now the brown is a dark green and the bootom half which I had bleached a while ago is now a weird grey colour. I am very upset because my hair looks so ugly

The products sent was opened and had grass in it and I was told to keep the product or pay extra shipping cost to sent it back, like it was my mistake!!😡 Gladly I did not make a big purchase but I refuse to pay anymore money.

I ordered 10 items from samsbeauty. Six bundles, a wig, and some hair accessories. I put my order in on Saturday and my items shipped on Monday. They arrived at my door today which is Wednesday. I used regular standard shipping so I was surprised they arrived so fast. I do recommend using pay pal when you order from this site though because my account had random neiman marcus orders a few hours after ordering from samsbeauty. My bank resolved it quickly though. Apparently scammers frequently hack samsbeauty to get credit card info so use pay pal only. I was a little scared after I ordered because didn't see they had such awful reviews until after I had ordered but I'm glad I had a great experience with them I will be ordering again but pay pal only this time.

I completed an online transaction on Feb 05. They mentioned that I will get my order delivered in 10 days however I haven't get it yet. No updates from them and whenever I remember that I didn't get the product I called them, on-call CR always says someone will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. I am getting standard email that they are running out of the product but my order has been processed. In the last email, he mentioned the order has been processed and within 24 hours tracking details will send it to you. After 48 hours when I contacted them, Daniel mentioned the order has been processed that doesn't mean the order is ready to despatch. Maybe my English is poor so I will provide you with the proof and if someone can help me to understand the language would be helpful. I sent an email to them to refund my money and cancel the order they said they can't do that. Another thing is when I order the products I order twice so right away on Feb 5th I contacted them to cancel one item from the order. Again, a wage answer that they won't be able to cancel the one item however I can return that within 30 days of purchase. I am pretty sure I am going to return one item as this is the first time I order to try the product if I get it. It's an expensive product and for two months I am getting the answer they are running out of the product. If someone ordered the product between Feb 05 and now and they get it, can you please let me know here. The wording on the website is purposefully deceiving when you are ready to pay for your product, it offers you an "upgrade" to a new product with a discount, however this is not an upgrade, it is an ADD-ON. I am 25 and I am usually very good at spotting internet scams and misinformation, however this is flat out deceitful and just sad. For a product that customers should be regularly buying, they would rather spit on your face and potential loyalty for 30-50 dollars more on one order. Everything about this company is just unethical. I can't imagine the older buyers, or people that haven't really adapted to the internet. How easily they have gotten tricked, with no way of getting their money back. I e-mailed for customer service and I got some dumb $#*! named Michelle or whatever dyke name she's got telling me she would LOVE to help me with the problem, yet she stopped replying to me completely after the first e-mail. I have sent 4 e-mails out already, no reply. Also, they have only shipped the 3-pack that they slithered onto my order, not even my initial one bottle that I got. I would not be surprised if they never ship it at all and just try to keep my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought this hair for a special occassion and thought it would be worth paying such a high price. The bundles were incredibly thin and small no where near 100g like you would expect. The closure is where it really went wrong. It was about an inch in size and my hairdresser laughed and showed the whole shop. It had loads of rows of short hair that stuck out all around it (not just baby hairs) and the lace was all weird. I installed it and it looks stupid. This is the worst purchase decision I've ever made! Honestly, I could cry. Ladies you know what it's like to have to wear a bad hairstyle what's even worse is when you've paid loads for the closure and that's what is messing it up! My special occassion is tomorrow and I don't know what to do. Thanks Kendra. I've bought a closure from aliexpress before and it was at least a proper lace closure.

I'm very satisfied with my hair, I ordered 3 bundles of deep wave with a lace closure. I did bleach my knots and I regretted that later because my closure bald so fast I definitely wasn't expecting that especially paying over 400$ in hair. Overall the hair is great just think twice before bleaching your knots.
