Terrible customer service!!! I will never order from Samsbeauty.com again. The products sent was opened and had grass in it and I was told to keep the product or pay extra shipping cost to sent it back, like it was my mistake!!😡 Gladly I did not make a big purchase but I refuse to pay anymore money.

I ordered 10 items from samsbeauty. Six bundles, a wig, and some hair accessories. I put my order in on Saturday and my items shipped on Monday. They arrived at my door today which is Wednesday. I used regular standard shipping so I was surprised they arrived so fast. I do recommend using pay pal when you order from this site though because my account had random neiman marcus orders a few hours after ordering from samsbeauty. My bank resolved it quickly though. Apparently scammers frequently hack samsbeauty to get credit card info so use pay pal only. I was a little scared after I ordered because didn't see they had such awful reviews until after I had ordered but I'm glad I had a great experience with them I will be ordering again but pay pal only this time.

I would give 0 stars but can't. They couldn't send my merchandise bc they said my address was wrong when it wasn't and to resend it they wanted another 13 dollars for shipping. I said no I'd just rather have a refund bc its been a month already. Bre on the phone (which obviously isn't her real name) said she couldn't give me my whole refund back. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said one wasn't available, I asked to have the supervisor reach out to me and noone ever called. They are keeping people's money or sending them bad product. Do Not Buy from them. They will rip you off!

I was a bit skeptical about ordering from Sams Beauty because of this site and people reporting that they lost A LOT of coin because they trusted this site. However, I gave Sams Beauty the benefit of the doubt and ordered 6 products on 9/20 and received them today which was really early. At first I thought I would be missing an item because the other reviews but all my items were there. If you choose to purchase be prepared to either be satisfied or unsatisfied. There's some people like me who get their products while others lose money. I love my items so far though. Thanks and Good Luck!

I was scared I got scammed because i thought they gave me a fake tracking number and when I read reviews from another website they all had the same problem that acceptance was pending for awhile but they emailed me back and told me to wait two days and it came in exactly two days and they look great will probably order from them again and shipping took 9 days not the best but still great buys!

My wigs took a few days to get to me. I brought during no promotional sale or coupons offered. Paid 4.99 for shipping. The wigs are as advertised and got to me in a timely manner, no issues.

I was a little taken a back at their return policy, and thankfully do not have to experience it. I will probably buy again. Cheaper than up the street

I'm a grandmother in desperate need of hair dye, but I almost didn't order from Sam's Beauty because of the negative reviews. I always read reviews because I don't want to get taken by a company that isn't legit. I decided to take a chance since it wasn't an expensive order, and I'm sure glad I did! My package was here in 2 days, exactly what I ordered, and at a great price. I won't hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered my 2 wigs on sale for $15 each with a total of $32 with free sign up shipping. 5 days later sams beuaty sent me an email saying that my order has been shipped, which just means that it at at their local usps going to ship off to my local usps. My tracking number came the next day so i tracked my package untill it came 2 days later, 8 day from the day that i placed my order. The wigs were nice and soft and natural looking. They just have good shipping policy, THANKS SAM

My order was shipped two weeks ago on Dec 5th. The shipping information hasn’t updated in a week now. I’ve received orders from other companies quickly so I know its not due to the pandemic and Christmas season. I will try to get some help but from reading these reviews I probably will have to file a dispute with my bank.

I placed an order and about an hour later I decided I wanted to change the color of the product I ordered. I contacted customer service but did not receive a reply until hours later. By that time, they told me that the order had been sent to their warehouse and it was too late to make a change to it. I asked if I could do an exchange once I received the product but was informed that I would have to pay for the shipping again and I could be subject to a restocking fee even if the package was unopened. When I received my order I was not happy about either product. I tried to go to the website to leave a review but every time I tried to submit the review, I received an error message. I hope it's just a glitch on the website and not intentional. Customers should be able to leave reviews for products so that the next person knows all of the pros and cons.

For almost a year I have been ordering from SamsBeauty and I am so surprised how smooth and amazing it’s been. Within three days on ordering my items will be dispatched with no issues. I was scared to order due to reading reviews. But I took a leap of faith and so far it’s been easy smooth and a pleasure. Please try and get the Vanessa wig brand to your company. Sam's Beauty or should I write SCAMS BEAUTY!

I made an order with Sam's Beauty Dec 20, 2020, and I still haven't received my package to this day. I do understand that because of the covid19 situation it might take longer and I'm fine with that. Despite my confidence obviously something is wrong here, so I decided to contact you to see if they could help me.

I have emailed them several times and also through PayPal, which I used as payment option, but they haven't replied to any of my emails that Ive sent to them, for some reason they have decided to ignore them.

The lack of the customer service is pathetic, sad and very disappointing. That they, as a business, chose to ignore and don't take care of their customers is really beyond me.

For people thinking of ordering from Sam's Beauty, DONT!!! it's a waste of your time and money and the service is non existing.

A lot of complaints but I have none. So far everything I ordered has come quick and like wigs look like pic. Only complaint I would have is my fav wig now don't come in the lighter shades. And I can't find the first one I liked best. But other than that I haven't had to contact customer support or return nothing. Been ordering 2 years and spent about 1000 and I don't buy any wig over 70 bucks. So lots of orders!

Customer service is rude. Called because for 3 days after ordering shipping label created saying post office awaiting item. When I called she was short with me and said its because it's a holiday! Mind you that holiday was 3 days after ordering! Item originating 3 hours from my front door is now, 7 days later 7 and half hours away from my door!? They must get a discounted shipping rate although I paid $5 to ship it. Just lost a customer Sam's Beauty...bye.

It's sad I am a minimum wage worker and sam's beauty has completely did me wrong I will never give them another penny of my money I am ordering from glamourtress from now on. I order my items on March 3 2021 and it's March 12th and I have not heard anything or seen my tracking be updated am done and so is sam's beauty. Never ever ever ever ever again I work too hard for my money.

Overall great experience, paid with PayPal(I would recommend for any online purchases), ordered on a Friday 5/7/2021, picked up my package from my local USPS location on Wednesday 5/12/2021, so basically 2 business days which is amazing for the free shipping. Where I live the USPS can't deliver packages, they leave a pickup request instead, when I know I'm getting a package I go to the usps website and put a hold mail request on my address and they hold all mail to the date you choice, so once it says it's delivered to your local post office, just go pick it up, in my case I picked my package up a day before my estimated delivery date. This is my personal experience, this doesn't speak for other people's experiences, I approached this site with caution because of bad reviews but nothing bad happened thankfully. I order online all the time, so I know how to safe gaurd myself.

I only shop with Sams they're my go to for hair care. But this just took me for a loop. This as is policy. But then you got the 110% guarantee. NOT! So I got this wig for new years. So upset cause it got here just in time but it smelled so bad. OMG like real bad so I washed it as directed thanking ok. So it dries but it doesn't go back to the original look its a hot mess. In not a hair dresser so imagine my frustration. This wig is a hot mess and I have no do for the new year. Then to get rude customer service and a email response of an oh well nature. In just disappointed. I

Josephine, a representative who consistently picked up the phone EVERY time I called customer service to get feedback was the most condescending person I have ever dealt with. Since I was a first time customer, I decided to spend my money elsewhere--even if it meant paying more money for the same product. I had to call back TWICE for a simple sale. A waste of time.

so i bought two wigs from this company, they just came today, the red lacefront that i bought is perfect, my mom couldnt tell i was wearing a wig until she realized my hair was long. the black and blonde one had a bad hairline and was too frizzy, it looked really fake and bad plus that one was missing a clip on the inside. i would say if your gonna buy a wig from this company stick to a solid colors and dont get the super curly ones as they just frizz up. i will probably buy again the price of the wigs is really good.
