Avoid as much as you can. They charge extras after the event, and when you try to get it refund the attitude of their customer service (Jay) is absolutely out of tone and close to be insulting. Of course, the final outcome is that they are refusing to accept evidences that the additional charges are not legitimate. Better work with the global players who have some key values such as transparency and Customer Service.

I keep reading negative reviews about eBags, and am pretty surprised. I have ordered from them several times (10+) and have received them very quickly. On one bag, I didn't like the color, and returned it with no hassle, they paid shipping. On my Crew Cooler, they replaced the lining after only having to send pictures. As for the luggage, going on four years and many uses with no issues.

We purchased two sets of Fortis Hardside Spinners. My husbands large suitcase has a zipper problem. So, he's been using the carry-on and will have to use our old suitcase for checked baggage. We bought these early for an upcoming trip and it's no longer covered by the 30 day return policy.

We have used 360 golf Holiday on two occasions now, they stepped in with our golf Society for 20 golfers in 2017 when we were let down by another company! They recommended hotel Guadalmina just outside Marbella which all 20 golfers enjoyed the hotel and location. Recently in mid May 2018 we re-visited the hotel Guadalmina with two rounds of golf on the adjoining golf course Guadalmina north and south which were in fantastic condition. We have booked another trip in September 2018 with 360 golf holidays to Portugal and would not hesitate in recommending 360 golf holidays for a hassle free golfing holiday.

I've been doing business with Tower off and on since 1972, and really don't have anything bad to say about Tower.Whenever there's a problem I know they will make it right, and in the old days when we actually spoke on the phone(b.c., before computers) the people I spoke with were friendly and seemed to listen.When I'm talking to a new pilot, I mention Tower as a good site to get a fair deal.

I've bought suspenders from the Holdup company for over fifteen years. Just received a pair and couldn't push down the adjustor clips. Tried and tried and even used a pair of pliers over cloth so as not to mar the adjustor clip. Called the company; spoke to Kathleen who said they had changed the clips and you have to push them down OFF THE BODY in a certain way. I said I want to return them. She said ok after awhile. I asked for a return shipping label as these suspenders are DEFECTIVE! Well, she sent me a return ADDRESS label only and I had to pay $7.60 return shipping on a defective product. I know I'll get a refund for the suspenders; BUT, I want my shipping cost refunded as well because the suspenders are impossible to adjust. THEY ARE DEFECTIVE. I will do whatever I have to do to recover my shipping costs. Most companies don't give a loyal customer such a hard time when the product is DEFECTIVE. UPDATE: Received a credit for the suspenders MINUS the return shipping. We're done here.

I purchased a B-29 Bomber Plane also with a Dragon Fly Helicopter and a 40 Admiral Speedboat. I purchased them on the 19th of March and didn't receive them until the 26th of March because of UPS. I can't tell you how happy I am. Everything arrived in Perfect Condition. I drove the boat and it works Great.I flew the Helicopter and still have to assemble the B-29.Can't Wait. I will definitely order again from Raiden Tech. I like the selection of items.

I purchased the Exceed RC Dune Buggy for a Christmas '09 present and after only the first run, the motor has seized up and the car will no longer operate. The Technical Support rep admitted that it sounded like a piece was missing, but because we purchased it more than 30 days ago, no matter that it was a Christmas present, they will not do anything about it. We then were told to contact Customer Support who said we ordered the item too early (11/16/09) and they will not do anything even though the item was not used until the day after Christmas. This is not a cheap toy, $160.00 total, so I urge you NOT to purchase this vehicle and especially do not purchase from Raiden Tech.

They even provided excellent product advice and technical advice over the phone (and were very easy to get ahold of). I am a professional videographer who recently got into aerial videography. I wanted to upgrade my first setup and was about to purchase a kit from a company in China. All companies I checked in the USA were about 30-40% higher in price for the same components. Then I found ALL e RC website and checked their prices; they were just a tad over the Chinese company prices and I decided to place my order with them. Boy, am I happy I did??!? Bob emailed me throughout the process asking me questions about the stuff I had and wanted to add to my new setup. It turned out half of what I would have ordered in China would have NOT worked with what I had. Bob built modifications for my gimbal at NO extra charge and added free components to connect all my parts. I wanted a partial delivery, I got it. I needed a part next day while I was in Hawaii (I live in NYC) I got it next day. I feel I can ask any questions and get the right, unbiased answer. This is a company we all need to keep in business for their expertise, honesty and service. Totally out of the ordinary!

Although the page from which i ordered generated error messages telling me that there were problems or incompletions with the information i gave three times, the site apparently requested authorizations from my bank all three times. My money is on hold at the bank (three times the purchase price) and ipilot "customer service" will neither answer the phone or return my calls. The bank will not release funds until ipilot faxes an explanation or until the authorization expires and i come to the bank and fill out an affidavit. Baaaad customer service!

I purchased through them only to receive an additional bill for the shipping once I had received the toy. This shipping amount wasn't brought to my attention during the purchase procedures. The shipping was $62 when the product itself was $90. I didn't know they could charge you credit card after an approved purchase without your authorization. They told me their shipping policy was somewhere on the site, my issue is that it wasn't anywere near the sales cart or in the checkout procedures. This company is borderline fraud when it comes to shipping. Worst purchasing experience ever in my years of buying online. I hope this never happens to me again.

I ordered a backpack on December 14th and paid for rush shipping and it didn't arrive until December 20th - after I'd left for an international trip. I repeatedly called customer services representatives throughout the week of December 14th asking where the backpack was and the blame was entirely put on the US Postal Service. They are the third party involved, Rocky Mountain Trail is whom I ordered from and whom I was relying on for the product to arrive and that didn't happen. I was left hunting through San Francisco for a backpack large enough to last me a month abroad, 18 hours before my flight. This not only was disastrous, but ended up being more expensive than the backpack I ordered through RMT. They have issued a shipping refund, but that's it. To say I'm disappointed in the customer service provided by Rocky Mountain Trail is an understatement.

I thought they were a legit company because they used Amazon pay. Unfortunately, they take no responsibility for their product not arriving. They were very responsive via email, but continued to tell me it was a 3rd party that was shipping the product and the arrival was out of their control (I couldn't even get a tracking number). Eventually the 3rd party seller had to reship because the product was damaged during the first shipment. Now, I am at the end of the 14 business day waiting period (for the second shipment) and still nothing. Their customer service is pathetic. If you pay a company that company should take responsibility, not redirect the blame. Terrible! It's companies like this that hurt other bargain websites. If I do not receive the product in the next two business days (end of this week), I will take the necessary steps to report them to BBB and Amazon. I will do what it takes to make sure everyone is aware before making a purchase.

I have been with One Call for 2 years. Received a renewal invitation with automatic renewal included but I found a cheaper one including all extras through a comparison website. As requested on invitation, I Phoned OneCall before accepting the other quote and spoke to MD1. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She offered to match my other quote and no further payment setting up will be required. It has saved me a lot of hassle and I am highly satisfied.

I was able to book quickly for a rescheduled visit as the first one was cancelled due to covid 19 pandemic. Alton Towers honoured my original booking type even though I had booked a good deal in the new year. They issued a voucher and it covered the cost of a suite which would have cost a lot more given the new time of year I am going. The only gripe (if any) was that I was unsure of which type of room I was getting until the final confirmation note appeared. I was happy to find it was the suite as originally booked as I assumed it may have been a standard family room. Can't wait to go for a much needed family get away

Reading the other reviews, this seems to be a common thing they do: they do they trade, tell you something's wrong and ask for it back, and see if you're gullible enough to fall for it. What a bunch of scumbags. Gave them two stars instead of one only because I got what I paid for...

I purchased Madden15 coins with my son. We paid through PayPal. After the order, IGXE asked for a copy of our photo identification,which we provided. We then learned through the monitoring services to which we subscribe that IGXE placed our identity data on a site for sale of such data to identity thieves. Also,we have never received the coins as of yet, and their customer service representatives will not communicate at all. This is not only a scam in terms of taking money from people, but it is a dangerous site. Beware. Avoid.

A bit of sharp practice exercised by Agoda in that they quoted me in Euros but took the payment in Sterling. On the date of the exchange the bank rate (which i would have been charged if they had taken the money in Euros) was 1.16. The rate I received from them was 1.07 which left me 34.65 euros out of pocket on a 385 euro transaction. Almost 10per cent. Complained and received £17 compensation. Will not use again.

They charged me early for a booking, regardless of an ongoing pandemic and the multiple restrictions it brought about and the country I was visiting less restricted travel on the dates I had booked after I had made the booking. It was a refundable booking so I made my case and instead of refunding it, they disputed my charge so the bank now has a hold on the amount they charged and they're basically trying to pass me onto the bank now for a problem they created in the first place. Their customer service handled it okay but their Fraud Prevention Specialist has been passive aggressive and keeps responding with snide comments in the emails, they basically seem like they have a bone to pick and it's just been very strange and I dont know what their gripe is since I'm the one encountering a freeze on a charge Agoda made. On the other hand, I've always had a positive experience with Booking.com and Traveloka, they really do help you and coordinate with the hotels if you come across any issues and they're very polite.

They are really failing - taxi doesn't show up and there's no working customer service number in the evening. They obviously partner with unreliable minicab services too - we had one lying to us that they called 6 times (no missed calls) and then disappearing. Terrible experience. Arrived in southend and our cab wasnt there, we called the company and the guy working there (sebastian h) said the cab was going to arrive in 10 mins as they saw on the website that out flight was delayed. The flight wasnt delayed and the cab ended up arriving 60 minutes late (not 10) and what is worse is that instead of apologizing kabbee (and in particular, sebastian) was very aggressive on the phone and insisted that they were late because out flight was delayed (not true) and that we needed to be understanding because they were coming from central london to pick us up (like if it was a charity service and not something we paid for). One hour delayed is not acceptable and the lack of apologises Is even worse.

I and my family paid £30 for a DIGIPASS from Picsolve at LEGOLAND. Pictures of other families were uploaded into our album on some of the rides we were on. I phoned and to bring this mistake to their attention and was asked to email about my complain. The issue was never resolved after the email and I did not even get a reply back. I have called after the email but the phone is picked up and put straight back on. I will never recommend their service to anyone at a theme park with their services.

OMG I wish I'd read these reviews before choosing these crooks! Nearly everyone here has been charged additional insurance. In my case I was already fully covered through the broker Autoeurope with whom I'd booked the day before. Autoeurope advised me that the only thing I'd be charged for on my credit card would be £150 deposit (to be refunded upon return of the car). Like others, I was exasperated with the appalling customer service agent who kept me waiting over an hour - he couldn't remember his PC password. He handed me the keys and asked me to initial the 4-page contract and sign at the end but never mentioned he'd sneakily added additional insurance for £101. I just signed without reading it through and got the surprise at home when I saw my bank statement. As you can see, there are several pages of people who've had this done to them. Avoid, avoid, avoid Firefly!!

Alicante Airport FIREFLY who is owned by HERTZ Car Rental have taken £332.78 From my credit card after I arrived back home in the UK - 2 Days after I returned the car back to Alicante Airport. The Payment seems to be for additional car insurance with the car hire company FIRFLY. A cost that Ryanair have since told me was optional but we were not given the option at the time of collection. It was not explained to me that this was an option or that we would be charged additional money. We had already paid RYANAIR the rental car cost and insurance cover on the 21st August 2020 when pre-booking the car. Why would I agree to another additional insurance cost with firefly if I had already bought insurance cover? We questioned the person on the desk at the time of pick up of the car, we asked them to make it clear to us that there was definitely no other charges as we had already paid the hire car cost and insurance - he said no there was no other charges. We were concerned about some of the figures in the right hand corner that was titled estimated charges - as this didn't make sense to us - the man assured us that there was nothing else to pay and he made it out that this was a holding fee on my card NOT AN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE OPTION. He didn't ask us if we wanted additional insurance, he disguised it as a holding fee that would be put back onto the card. We were not made aware about any options for additional insurance or that we would be charged it or could opt out of this on the document. IT WAS A PRE-PRINTED FORM! We had already paid for hire car insurance with Ryanair (Which can be seen on my statement and firefly was aware of this) It should also be highlighted that this charge of £332.78 was also not made until after we returned the car and left the country - This equating to 20 days after we picked the car up from Firefly. How can insurance be charged after the event? This is obvious Fraud and deception ! We have since found whilst looking on trustpilot.com that this is a regular occurring scam and that Firefly have conned hundreds of their customers by charging credit cards after the event for insurance they didn't agree to This is clearly FRAUD and ROBBERY I was given a pre-printed document to sign that had no options for extra insurance cover. I was deliberately manipulated by the FIREFLY representative to sign that document. I was told that the figure of 358.66 euros was a holding fee on my card in the event that I didn't bring the car back - NOT an extra OPTIONAL insurance that would then be sneakily taken from my card days after the event! I questioned this figure multiple times and the firefly representative assured me there was nothing else to pay as I had already paid for the rental and had my insurance with Ryanair. Can you tell me why insurance would be taken days after the agreement has ended?! It's completely obvious to me and many innocent customers that this is pre-meditated fraud on behalf of Firefly Car rental. You deceive customers into thinking the figure on the sheet is a holding fee and will be released when really, it's a lump sum of money that has been taken days after they leave the country and arrive home. I did not agree to extra insurance with Firefly, I already had insurance with Ryanair, I questioned the document that I was given to sign and then I was lied to Do you understand that this is Fraud? dishonesty and robbery?

Funny thing is that I've got the Order number and of course I got the cushions. I also got to the stupid message from a link in the same email they sent me to review the product... I refuse to do business with this… I refuse to do business with this company. I purchased a bed and specifically requested doorway entry delivery due to the fact that I live in a apartment on the second floor and my husband is disabled and cannot possibly pick up a bed. Next thing I know, my bed was delivered and left outside by the curb next to the neighbors garage. I was not contacted with any notice of my delivery being dropped off nor a window of time to receive it. I demanded them to pick it up immediately since no one was home to receive it or move it and it was in danger of being stolen or damaged. Then they stated I would be responsible for any damages to the merchandise when they pick it up the next day. WHO IS GOING TO SECURE THE MERCHANDISE WHEN NO ONE IS HOME OR ABLE TO MOVE THE PRODUCT!? I could not believe how negligent this company was. I saved money for three years to purchase a nice bed and they leave it outside in the curb with no regard for the care of the merchandise or the customers needs. Amazon doesn't even leave my dollar phone cases with such disregard! I always know a time and am given a proper notice to ensure I am aware of my delivery. I am sorry, I do not want to be so negative but I am shocked that any business could ever think this is acceptable. Oh then they want to add a delivery charge for my return....GET OUT OF HERE! You dumped my bed on the curb so come pick it up on the curb where you left it.

Failed to deliver my item. They blame it on the courier. Ordered a 110 EUR suitcase 40 days ago and still don't have it! I was travelling in a foreign country and needed a suitcase fast, but never got any sign of it. I kept contacting Carpisa asking when am I going to get it (and now since I left the country before getting the suitcase in a local shop I simply want my payment back). Because Carpisa kept ignoring my messages, I contacted my bank and am now awaiting their confirmation for a credit card chargeback. I do not recommend Carpisa! They looked okay (they have a lot of shops worldwide) but their e-delivery and customer service seriously has problems...

I wanted to put in my two cents - I also purchased an SRD370 from them - with extras it came out to ~ $1300 US. My NAZA2 GPS module was also defective as someone else had claimed in another review. I cannot fault Helipal for that, as they do not make the product, DJI does. I received fairly good troubleshooting information from them and quick email response times (within 1 day accounting for the HK and US EST time difference). All said, everything took about 1 week to resolve due to shipping transit times but they sent me a replacement once they narrowed down the issue - at first they thought it may have been the main control board so I had sent that back first. In my opinion, for the breadth of products, competitive pricing, and selection that Helipal offers on their site, the transit time and shipping costs from HK to the Eastern US is a manageable trade-off for me.

I ordered the ninja 250. None of the bolts were locktited. Arm came apart in first 5 mins of flight causing bad crash. Escs stopped working after three flights. Unwrapped escs to find soldering not connected. Had to resolder Flying in any mode that will let you flip or roll is a bad idea. The quad rolls like 6 times and slams into the ground. The body is basically useless and does absolutely nothing to protect the electronics in a crash as it literally explodes upon impact. The remote has sticky throttle. The camera is extremely glitchy. Ive spent more time repairing this quad than actually flying it. I really am beyond dissapointed. It was quite a bit of money to spend on something i could have built three of them with extremely better quality. This product was a complete and total letdown. they dont do refunds which is understandable but i have built more than a handful of quads and flown for a very long time now. It is not pilot error. After reinstalling allnew bolts...having to reflash the flight controller and resolder the escs and flying with no body i seriously should have built my own. Also...one of the motors died on the 5th flight. Very very dissapointed.

This company failed to comply with my cancellation request and have now held onto my money for over 2 weeks since I requested a cancellation. They appear to take 2-3 days minimum to respond to emails (although I note they tend to respond quicker to reviews here). I regret ever ordering anything from them. I have detailed my recent problems with this company below. On 27th May at 05.41 I ordered a Treadmill at a cost of nearly £500. I immediately realised that I had ordered this in error and at 05.51 I sent an email cancelling the order. At 7.10am on 27th May I sent another email via amazon to the same effect. I was unable despite numerous attempts to contact JLL on the telephone number provided. On the 29th of May at 09.25am I received a response to my cancellation request to say that the order had already been posted. Eventually, I was told a Return to Sender had been requested, later it was indicated that this had not been done and on 6/6/20 the item arrived at my door and I refused delivery (as I had informed JLL I would). I raised this as a formal complaint on 6/6/20 and have yet to receive a response to that. This company have now had my money for 15 days. I purchased an IC300 Pro indoor bike in October 2019 and my experience of JLL Fitness has been nothing but first class. The bike itself is very high quality and excellent value. It is sturdy and very quiet - I am able to use it in a top floor flat without disturbing any neighbours. I've also had excellent customer service since purchase from JLL. They have responded to some technical questions very promptly and always made every effort to understand and answer. Great product, excellent company.

I ordered 1,000 oral swabs from them and only received 980. I emailed them and got a reply that they would send out the 20 pieces replacement. As of today, I still haven't receive it. I called and it went straight to a mobile phone's voicemail. Of course, I left a message. In addition, I emailed customer service and they didn't bother to reply it. I am done doing business with them and JDCSupplies is not even accredited with Better Business Bureau.

I have nothing bad to say about the users (buyers/sellers), most of them (9/10) are really nice and professional. The company (Tradera) on the other hand.....OMG! Once the buyers have paid it can take months to get your money and Tradera with lie right in your face about the reasons, they have no shame. It's is definitely not the same company as 10 years ago. I sprung for the $40 lounge pass at McCarran airport for three hours ahead of my flight. I stayed only for two hours because I needed to get to another terminal for my flight. The lounge itself was fine although the spirits offering should have included an Irish whiskey at least. I paid for the pass by credit card through the internet. The 24 hour clock is rarely used in the US so I made my reservation for 5:45pm (should have been 17:45 apparently) My voucher was, of course, unavailable. Okay, no problem-I paid $40 in cash to enter, figuring the company would refund the first payment. Instead, they have denied me a refund repeatedly. This refund would in no way cheat the company. So, I essentially paid $80 for 2 hours in a lounge. I will never use this company again. I travel frequently and they could have made a lot more money off of me. Horrible experience.

I have to admit my expectation was pretty low after reading other reviews but by that time I'd already paid for a 3 hour lounge pass at Abu Dhabi Airport in the Al Dhabi lounge. It was fantastic! I had no problem whatsover accessing T1 from T3. Showed my printed lounge pass to the reception and was warmly welcomed. Hot shower (towel provided), hot food, free beer, free coffee, smoking room ... it was exactly what I needed during a 5 hour layover between two 7 hour flights. It was that good that I hurriedly booked again for the return journey but got the time wrong. No problem. Contacted loungepass.com and they forwarded me an amended pass. Also while I at the lounge I enquired how much it was to book directly and discovered it was £10 more than I'd paid. Now obviously lounge facilities vary immensely depending on where you are but I honestly cannot fault loungepass.com

I recently purchased a Hypertherm 45XP plasma cutter from IOC's ebay store and also a consumables kit for it as well. The price was consistant with the lowest price I could find and the communication was excellent as well. A lot of money for me to spend over the internets but happy to say the item was delivered quickly and in great shape. Also, I noticed that the device had only been manufactured just about 1 month prior so truly brand new which was nice - not some old unit sitting around for 2 years or so. I had a very good experience from IOC and I also just love the machine - amazing quality and performance from this 45XP. Everything great !!

I purchased a Miller Tig Welder for my husband for Christmas. The welder was approximately $2,000 and the customer service during the purchase was great. I had no idea what to buy and I was trying to surprise my husband. They walked me through all the options. My husband used the welder for the first time today, March 1st. He would have used it sooner but we have had issues with our local supplier being out of gas. Within seconds the welder popped and stopped working. My husband contacted Welding Supplies from IOC today to let them know that we were sold a defective product. Their response was it has been more than 14 days so you have to take it in for a repair. I will not repair a welder that we have never used. The welder needs to be replaced immediately with a new one. I will continue to write reviews on every forum in addition to opening a BBB case. We are not satisfied with a repair. Stand behind the products you sell. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I spent 2 years talking to different builders and even placed my $1500 dollars down with one in order to get the final pricing on a home. After the price came back inflated dramatically from what the salesperson stated and after reading this website and seeing the horror stories of other home owners, I began a diligent search to get a builder that would be easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, and build a quality home at a fair price. I believe that is all any homeowner wants - to be treated respectfully and to get value for the money paid. I wanted a builder that would build what I wanted - not what some designer with a different lifestyle thought was the best plan of the day. I am delighted that I discovered Mark Wust Constructions. Throughout the construction process I was kept informed with calls and emails directly from Mark, who oversees every aspect of the building process. He is the defacto site supervisor and he always took every call and answered every question. If I did have to leave a message for him, he got back to me within hours. When the facade was being built and I didn't like the way the front portico looked (despite that it matched the plan), a simple call to Mark on a Friday night resulted in the carpenters being back on site Saturday morning. For an incredibly small amount of money, they offered suggestions and rebuilt the front to something I was happy with. Any time I had a change or question, Mark was there to assist me with what I think of as a Buddha like calm. Customer Service is sorely lacking in this industry. However, with Mark Wust Construction I found a gold standard of service without a gold price tag. All of the pricing for the home was clearly detailed and provided upfront. Did it have this amazing low ball price of $169,999? No. But then, I didn't have to discover, after spending several hours of costing with a salesperson, that the amazing price didn't include things like AN EXTERIOR, A WATERTANK, CEMENT, or EARTHWORKS. The price for the home that was quoted to me was actually the price that it costs to have a home that people can live in. Options or choices were clearly listed and detailed. In many cases, I was free to source these by myself if I wanted. Things like air conditioning, driveway, screens, even cabinets for the kitchen and bathrooms were listed. After doing my best to get better pricing, I discovered that not only would I get a cheaper price by asking Mark Wust to include the items in the contract but I would usually get a superior product to what I could source on my own. By having a chance to try and get lower prices from contractors on my own, I quickly found that for items that I thought might be a bit high thru Mark Wust Constructions were really fair and reflected a superior buying power. I made one choice to use a different cabinet maker than the one that was Mark Wust would have used. This was the biggest mistake I made. Things were late and colors not quite right and I really had no method of redress with the cabinet maker. The next home I build, I will utilize all of the services offered by Mark Wust Constructions as I have no doubt that delays would have been avoided and remedies to match what I had ordered if Mark was in charge. Every subcontractor or workman on my site was polite, professional, and friendly whenever I visited. They were highly skilled and I think it is safe to say that Mark Wust does not suffer fools to work on his projects. In a couple of weeks, I will get the keys to move in to the home. I called Telstra today to arrange for phone and internet service to be installed. The young woman explained to me that trenching would have to be done by a subcontractor and a box installed before Telstra could connect. She advised me that because of the holidays, I might be looking at 6-8 weeks for a line to be active. She placed me on hold to schedule the appointment only to return shortly and inform me that the appointment had already been made and the techs were due on site the next work day. Who made the appointment? Mark Wust Constructions scheduled it 4 weeks ago. One more reason I'm thrilled to have built a home with Mark Wust Constructions. HONEST, fair builder that actually listens to what the customer is asking for and delivers. Available 6 days a week for answering questions. Able to talk directly to the owner of the company for every concern. Able to meet and discuss any ideas or options with any tradesperson employed by Mark Wust. Delivers EXACTLY what was promised on time and on budget. Any changes from plan were dealt with fairly and with an open mind. All pricing was transparent and fair. No hidden fees, no surprises. Quality workmanship thruout the home. If you are looking for 25 flash display homes in order to be able to choose a home design, this builder doesn't have that. He does have a large range of plans, a listing of previous customer's homes and contacts, and a willingness to build off of your plan or help you modify one of his plans to create your dream home. I think he may have one or two displays where you can judge the quality although I advise looking at ACTUAL homes he has built for clients. It doesn't take a genius to see that display homes and the homes built for clients are not always the same in this business.
