The order for two Pelican coolers, 65 qt. was made 4/29/2014 and we were told that we should receive the coolers in 2 to 4 weeks. Since then, we have called several times to check on the status of this order and were told we should receive them soon. It has now been two months and we have not received the coolers. We are not happy with the service regarding this order.

I have used Pelican cases to protect my most valuable production equipment for over 15 years. In my opinion, it is BY FAR the best investments I've ever made.

My son is very pleased with the quality of the case we purchased for him for his birthday. However, you debited our credit card the day of our on-line purchase but it took two months before our son received delivery (and only after he called to determine the status of the purchase).

So, while the product is of superior quality, the shipping/delivery service you provide is way below an acceptable standard.

It took over 6 weeks to receive the case we ordered and when it finally arrived, the wheels we were told were included with the case were not delivered.

Will not be ordering again from this company.

I had to return the first case ordered, (my mistake) the online company was very helpful with returning the case and ordering the correct size. I will reccemend Pelican case to friends.

I am currently on hold, yet again, while trying to call their customer service department to find out about the status of my order. From what I've read, I'm not alone in being left in the dark about order status. I have sent numerous emails. Two of which were returned to me as undeliverable because the email address. I'm becoming very frustrated with them and their processes. I have also left messages via their "chat" service on their website. Two messages were left, no responses were ever sent. I placed this order to ship sensitive test equipment as checked baggage for an upcoming overseas trip. I ordered two and a half weeks ahead of the trip with an expected shipping date of 18 April with 5-7 business days for shipping. I was informed on the 25th of April that the case was on back order. I explained that this was too late, I was not offered expedited shipping at no cost to me. I had to ask for it.
I'm still on hold awaiting whether or not they will expedite the shipping.

They just informed me that the item I ordered would ship in 4-7 days, but not 4-7 days from when I ordered it. In 4-7 days once they receive it. Which is 4/29. My trip is on 5/2. They also told me they would "see what they could do" in regards to expedited shipping. I was asked if I would like to cancel, but it's too late for that now.

I ordered this for my boss, so we can see if our service team can use these cases to transport service equipment. The cases have held up wondefully as we have done many test to see how well made they are. They hold all our equipment and is easy to transport with the airlines. Look professional when we arrive at the customers site.

I will be ordereing 10 more for my group.

I am in the rental equipment business and needed a case to ship electronics for a last minute order. Pelican Cases rep was very helpful in finding the correct size case and their in stock inventory was quite extensive. Even though his inventory software showed several in stock, since this was a time critical order, he went the extra mile to put eyes on the case I ended up ordering just to make sure it was in stock. I ended up ordering a second case as I have two of the items I was shipping (only one was being rented in this situation). When I indicated there was no rush on the second and it was fine to send it ground service, the rep pointed out that adding it to this overnight shipment for the first case would actually be less expensive than creating a separate ground shipment. I like it when a vendor watches out for you like that. Follow up with tracking info was automated and quick and my order arrived the following day. Pricing on the product is what I would call average but in combination with the service provided would certainly push this transaction to the high end of the satisfaction scale. Very satisfied with the over all experience.

I returned yesterday from my first trip with my Pelican. 14 days to Shanghai, Hong Kong, Dhaka, Bangladesh and Abu Dhabi. I wish I held up as good as the case. All my instruments and gear were absolutly fine.

Placed order for a cooler 8-24-13 advertised ship time was 2-3 weeks. contacted customer service 9-20-13,was told it will probably be shipped October? and then blamed the factory for the delay? I sure hope this is worth the wait when I use it NEXT SEASON!

I ordered two cases. I received the first one over a month after I ordered it. I called about my second case, after the 21st of May 2014. I was told it is back ordered. They claimed they would send me an email with the information. I NEVER received an email. I just called on 20JUN2014 to inquire about my missing case. The person this time told me it shipped on 09MAY2014, it appears UPS lost my case. The problem is I called after 21MAY2014 and was told it was back ordered. This company has NO customer service or the slightest idea about their sales. They are a joke. BUY from someone else.

It took 19 days to receive my order and tracking never worked once in multiple attempts. I finally received delivery 2 days after after calling Pelican. Two case were slightly damaged.

I have been following Pelican for over a year and am interested in safely transporting my iPod Touch and iPad Mini that I've taken a long time to save up for. Now that I have them, I'm relocating to the arctic and wanted them safe while I tote them around (I will be traveling alot once in Canada). Matt, my representative, did an AWESOME job helping me decide on cases to house both items that are already in their own cases. I also like that Pelican will ship internationally while I work abroad.

I measured my computer and checked HP with my model number in order to get the right size case for a 17" and my computer does not fit, would return it but I am in Afghanistan on an outpost with no post office so stuck with it

Waited over 2 weeks for delivery of case. I had to call and find out where the case was as the delivery date came and went. I was told that the case I ordered was on back order and my choices were to wait until it came in or pay extra for something they had in stock. Was never told when I ordered that case was on back order. The customer service got snippy with me when I called to see where my product was. I told them that I had waited 2 weeks, but got the response that I was wrong as it was only 10 business days. I had to talk to a supervisor as the customer service rep could care less if I canceled my order or not. The supervisor offered me a case of a different color, the first of which would arrive off back order, and he would expedite shipping which was still slow. All in all it took about 3 weeks, got a color that I did not want, and nothing else for the aggravation. My recommendation is to order elsewhere, they obviously buy from Pelican and are just a middle man. One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had with an online order.
