I was very impressed, how within 24 hours of booking on-line I received a personal call to point out the three flights of stairs to access the property and confirm I still wanted to go ahead with the booking.

Bit confusing....booked with Marsdens but property was Blue River...welcome tray with Marsdens last year but not this year with Blue river

Marsdens responded quickly to a request I had on arrival, and were very easy to contact even on a Friday late afternoon.

Good but the web site give you things your not looking for e.g. looking for a 1-bed property for 2, So why come up with a 7 bedroom one it just waste of time if I hadn't come across this one when I did I would have given up and have looked else were

Have used Marsden's a number of times over the past few years. Always good directions, properties always lived up to the standard shown on the site at booking. Never had an issue with Marsden's or one of their properities.

I do feel that Friday to Friday holidays are not acceptable for us again the traffic was horrific a 4 hour usual trip took us 6.5 and with a toddler was unacceptable

We have booked with Marsden Devon Cottages for several years now. They offer fantastic service, great properties and good value for money. They are our go-to site for our holidays in Devon and we will certainly book with them again in the future.

Have used Original Cott, Co. for some years in particular Marsdens Cottage Holidays and have had no problems.

have used cottages from Marsdens for approx 7 consecutive years and would hope to continue using their services
was disappointed this year that we booked our original property and received confirmation via website only then be advised we couldn't have it, after arrangements ie cattery etc had been booked. Although alternative was adequate it would have been easier if the first cottages availability had been correct on the website so we had not been able to book it at all
I am grateful that you did find us somewhere as an alternative as we had a lovely family weekend in glorious weather
