Reading the other reviews, this seems to be a common thing they do: they do they trade, tell you something's wrong and ask for it back, and see if you're gullible enough to fall for it. What a bunch of scumbags. Gave them two stars instead of one only because I got what I paid for...

I purchased Madden15 coins with my son. We paid through PayPal. After the order, IGXE asked for a copy of our photo identification,which we provided. We then learned through the monitoring services to which we subscribe that IGXE placed our identity data on a site for sale of such data to identity thieves. Also,we have never received the coins as of yet, and their customer service representatives will not communicate at all. This is not only a scam in terms of taking money from people, but it is a dangerous site. Beware. Avoid.

My experience with IGXE has been mostly good, but the two bad incidents were so bad that I will never use them again. A little background: I played an MMO for several years, before quitting from 2008 to 2010 for work reasons. When I picked the game back up, I had found that there was a lot of content and player development that I had missed I made a couple of currency purchases to help gear up my character, and those were straightforward. Never any problems with delivery time, or stock, or anything. I then retained IGXE to perform a small powerleveling service for me while I was away one weekend. At the time, I was in a guild, and had several friends with whom I chatted with when I was on. So I was obviously nervous about it getting out that I used a PL service, and I was also nervous about giving out my account information. On that time, everything went smoothly, the PL was performed quickly and without issue and I was happy enough to make a slightly larger PL purchase. This is where it gets bad. I made my second PL purchase, after being told in chat that I could leave specific instructions such as "only perform the PL between 2a.m. and 7 a.m. local time" and "put AFK tag up and do not respond to any tells." At the same time, I also made another currency purchase. Regarding the currency purchase, I used a different credit card and began getting the same requests for personal information that others got. They wanted me to photograph my license or passport and e-mail it to them. I refused, asked them to cancel the order and told them I would use my other card, which had been processed no problem a few times before. They insisted and said that using the other card would only cause the same problem. So I did as they asked, and emailed a copy of my license with all information covered up except my photo and address, and they said it wasn't good enough. They asked for my passport information, at which point I said absolutely not and told them to cancel the order. In addition to that, the PL service ignored every one of my requests. They logged in during the evening, at peak hours. My guild had a raid scheduled for that night, which I had purposely not signed up for. However, out of reflex my GL sent my toon an invite when it logged. Instead of declining and performing the PL service, the PLer WENT ON THE RAID, played like crap (obviously) and then /quit when the guild wiped on a named pull two times. Needless to say, a lot of people were really pissed and I was very embarrassed. The PLer also apparently gave out the guild's vent info, and spammers attacked the ventrilo server. All in all, a nightmare of a cleanup that was very embarrassing and taught me a serious lesson about trusting account information to an overseas company. I will never, ever use them again for anything.

i placed an order with this company and after not receiving my product after 3 days i asked for a full refund. Upon asking this i was given a hard time but finally got them to agree. After 4 days of not getting any verification of a refund i turned to paypal resolutions. once paypal got involved i magically got my product within 25 minutes with no offer of compensation for the headache. Upon asking i was basically told tough s**t. Terrible customer service. Avoid this so called company at all costs

As another poster stated, I am also in the dispute stage with Paypal. I never received my order and was asked to keep waiting on their "supplier's stock". If you don't have something in stock, don't sell it. Also, the customer service will leave you utterly lost in translation. Make no mistake folks, this is a genuine Chinese scam site. Don't be as stupid as me and keep your money away from them.

Ordered gold for wow. It's been 14 hours. they say they have the wrong information and order is delayed. But i updated info twice and it was all correct both times. Iv'e ordered from here at least 4 times before and didn't have an issue. The info used is the same as every other time right down to the same character. I came across a review about IGXE that stated that they ask too much personal information. I want to make a request to those people who spread false details like this. This platform asks the minimal details just like any other website would do if they are involved in the virtual money transfer. Anyhow, this does not matter as the information that you give is secure here. As a regular user of this platform, I know that they are accredited and certified by Trustwave and GEOTrust. Anything that we provide here is absolutely safe.

I've used this site for many years, i've only ever had one issue with them and they refunded my money within 24 hours. The best way i have found with them is to contact them via chat and verify the stock before you purchase, the Person will give you a direct link, make your purchase and then tell them the order number. The only time i had an issue i did not do it like this.

If you really need the gold then ok, just know that you're probably getting it from gold farmers in China and that it WON'T be through the Auction/Trade House. It's actually done in a hush hush way, I'm assuming so the devs don't find out. For me, I had to meet some guy and level him up to 12, which didn't take much time, so he can sell stuff at the auction house. An hour later we met up again and I get my 25k. IGXE doesn't mention having to do any of that on their website.

Powerlevelling-wise I'm very disappointed with IGXE. *Used to level a character on World of Warcraft They did call me almost immediately after I placed my order, which I will give them props for. However the person that spoke to me was almost inaudiable and their English was limited. After it was confirmed, I asked on the Live Chat when the powerlevelling process would start, they said 7-8 hours. Nearly 15 hours later it finally started. The time they quoted me to level my character from 60-70 was 3 days and 8 hours. After day one the character was 64, I was quite impressed. However on Day 2 they managed 66. Day 3 and 8 hours they're 67. Now they have been playing for 24 hours straight, and it has been almost 4 days. They're still level 67. Not to mention the entire time grinding has been spent in only two places, well below my characters level. I had a look through some of their reviews, and most have been positive so I've been a bit confused. However I have found several people with a similar experience as mine, saying that their account has been suspended because the powerlevellers have been grinding gold in these lower level places then trying to sell it. I've asked twice for my order to be cancelled, and both times I have gotten the same response. "Yes, but i can't decide this. Plz check back in 2 hrs for the powerleveller to be here". It's been more than 2 hours. Hopefully I will have some luck in the next hour or so. Sorry, long rant is long :) Personally I would not advise using their powerlevelling service.

I have been using this company for all my external games need to power level to gold. They've never failed me, and if they made a small mishap, they compensate it with something. Prices are always low and trusted name in the business. The customer support reps are probably the best I have ever had a chat with their nice and not robots for sure. I bought bulk of WOW gold from them though they were dry on my server it took them 1-2 hours and sent me my gold. Worth the investment to this company.

I have been very familiar with IGXE after frequent buying on this site for the cheap price and humanized service. They do have good reputation and will not cheat on the customers. Although there was one time when my wow golds got delayed, the staff told me it was because of the stockout, and I waited for 2 more hours. During the period, I asked them for several times. I almost lost my temper. However, the customer service has been very patient and tender. She explained the situation for me again and again. I was very pleased with the attitude and after 2 hours, I got my golds as they told me before. Accidents may happen, but at least their working efficiency and manner to settle the accidents made me satisfied. Since then, everything goes very well. I trust in this website.

Very unlegit and amateur service business. Can't keep word on delivering goods, can't keep word on giving refunds. I had to EXPLAIN to their staff how to do THEIR job!!? Seriously!? After failed promises after failed promises, 6+ hours of LiveChat support and absolutely no progress made or delivery given...don't be an idiot like me....hit the back button, and purchase your product from a different merchant. Only rated it 1 star because the system will not let you make a negative 3 stars.

I was buying from their sight for fifa 14. I bought 2 times before this and the last one I accedently put the wrong info. They told me to "update the info" which I did but never heard back since. I sent many emails and asked to call which never came. The only emails I did get were to update the info then nothing! I wouldn't recomen it but they did deliver before and now they haven't!?
