They did not come to both appointments, did not call to explain why, didn't deliver an service whatsoever and we ended up waiting at home for from 10 till 2 both days waiting. When we tried to call them we just got answering machine after answering maching (in the middle of the day on weekdays). A really strange experience. I dont know what their business plan is but this is dreadful

Booked a one off clean - 2 people for 2 - 2.5 hours. Turned up 1.5 hours early so sent away. Second time I booked they sent two people who were late and didn't even clean the bath! Lots of other jobs left not done and they only stayed 1.5 hours. Do not use this company. Their website differs from their service.

I had Green Clean Australia come over for a clean up for my end of lease property rental. They did a fantastic job and were punctual. The cleaning was excellent and I would recommend to my friends and family. Affordable too!

I asked for these guys to do a general sping clean and they went over and above. Friendly and very thorough. Skirting boards clean, dirty fingerprints on the walls gone and I could see through the glass on my shower screen again. My place smells great and I was happy it had all been done without harsh chemicals.

I booked Green Clean a day in advance and was pleasantly surprised at how efficient, friendly and polite the team were. I have now booked them in for a regular clean of my home and will definitely refer them to my friends.

We decided to go with green cleaning for our office cleaning needs; as we were under the impression they were one of the top cleaning companies in Australia with a reputable name.

From the date we received the quote and gave them the go ahead, disaster struck. It took 3 attempts for them to come and collect our office key, which inevitably meant that the first weekend we were supposed to have our office cleaned they weren't able to. After finally picking up the key we thought this was the end of the saga. But no, we were so very wrong.

They came into the office that weekend, and what a disgrace we walked into on Monday morning! The bathrooms were an absolute mess and had not been touched, some of the bin bags had not been replaced, floors were not mopped, and desks and phones were not sanitized. Now we were appauled by this lack of cleaning and we phoned them to sort it out. It has been one week and we still have not had anybody phone us back.

We then informed them by email once, and telephone twice, that we would no longer be utilising their services, and we would like our key back. We gave them 48 hours to return our key. The key has yet to be returned 72 hours later, and we feel as though it would be appropriate to get the police involved as this a total breach of security. The only advice I can give is not to go with this company! They will take advantage of your good faith and will not clean to the standards you have set. We are so very dissapointed with Green Clean.

Everything, price, low standards, no cleaning done, bad service, they don't phone back, lack of communication, irresponsible

I've used Green Clean Australia's services many times in the past and they do an excellent job every single time! Plus I love that they're environmentaly friendly, it's hard to come across many companies that care about these important values. Would definitely reccomended the

When I left my apartment to [name removed] and her team of 2 and they assured me the place would be immaculate and hygienic upon my partner's return from hospital. Their quote of $250+ to spring clean my one bedroom apmt (including the oven and to remove some mould from the bathroom ceiling) was higher than others but I decided to go with them anyway based on the 'green cleaning' principles. When I returned home I cried. The place looked worse than when I had left it. It wasn't terrible to start with but I admit, it needed a spring clean. The wooden floors weren't mopped, the skirting boards weren't dusted, the oven wasn't cleaned (I paid extra for that) it wasn't even wiped, the shower screen wasn't scrubbed, my picture frames weren't dusted (there's only 6), the kitchen cupboards weren't wiped down, my couch wasn't even 'fluffed' - I mean the cushions weren't even pushed in, a spiderweb from the bedroom wasn't removed, the mould on the bathroom ceiling wasn't even attempted (actually they didn't even bring a ladder). The list goes on! I have pictures.

Anyway, I called a few times to complain and the owner [name removed] assured me it wasn't company policy and there's a checklist they follow etc etc. He offered a re clean and I explicitly asked that the same team not be sent around to my flat. After stuffing me around for a few days it turns out that same team was the only one available and I was told it was them or nothing. All I can say is at least they showed up. I pointed out everything that was wrong and I told them to forget about the shower and bathroom ceiling - I did them myself.
This time I stayed home. What a farce it was. Zero communication between the cleaners. I saw one of them wipe the mirrored wardrobe and walked into the bedroom and the streaks she left made it look worse than dust.
Never again. I can't believe I paid for that service. The stress of this happening again has made me reluctant to hire a cleaner.
Actually I appreciated that they bothered to come back to rectify things but after a half hour of 'cleaning' it was still a terrible job.

We discovered that the domain for this business is relitevely new, which means that it could be a start-up business that does not yet have a huge amount of customers.
