They are really failing - taxi doesn't show up and there's no working customer service number in the evening. They obviously partner with unreliable minicab services too - we had one lying to us that they called 6 times (no missed calls) and then disappearing. Really declining service, probably will close down soon - this will be deserved

Terrible experience. Arrived in southend and our cab wasnt there, we called the company and the guy working there (sebastian h) said the cab was going to arrive in 10 mins as they saw on the website that out flight was delayed. The flight wasnt delayed and the cab ended up arriving 60 minutes late (not 10) and what is worse is that instead of apologizing kabbee (and in particular, sebastian) was very aggressive on the phone and insisted that they were late because out flight was delayed (not true) and that we needed to be understanding because they were coming from central london to pick us up (like if it was a charity service and not something we paid for). One hour delayed is not acceptable and the lack of apologises Is even worse.

Had 2 tries with Kabee, both appalling. The first time we called a driver to take us to Gatwick for an early flight. The poor driver was overworked to the point that he was having micro sleeps at the wheel and driving dangerously. The second time they were a no show to pick us up and told us we would need to wait an hour for a new driver. Customer service was not apologetic. Asked for a refund and will not be a returning customer. Will see if the refund makes it's way to our bank account as I'm not feeling hopeful.

Although I booked my return a specific time, I came out earlier than planned, I called them and they sent me a car within 20 minutes, the driver was very polite, helpful and courteous.

I have been using Kabbee for about 2 years now and I think they are unbeatable on advance airport booking prices.

I travel quite a lot and I used to have to travel 2 hrs to go to different airports with public transport as Uber and other cab services were super costly for me (usually around 100GBP or more). It was super difficult having to carry heavy luggage around London to do this.

Kabbee have totally turned that around for me and made it super affordable and not lastly, reliable to use. Uber drivers cancel on you 10 minutes before they are meant to pick you up even with advanced bookings, while Kabbee send their drivers in advance. Thanks for providing such a great service guys!

I have an issue with the booking, and I have been waiting for the email response for 2 days now. There is no phone number to call, and no other way to get in touch! I would like to cancel my booking as it seems an unreliable company, can someone from customer service please get in touch with me as soon as possible?

I recently booked an airport pickup from Gatwick airport for 1 am.
At 00.30 I received a call from the taxi driver saying that they have no capacity to fulfill my booking and that they will cancel it from their side so that Kabbee can re-book me with another taxi company.

Kabbee however did not do so and left me stranded in Gatwick at 1am on a working day giving me no option but to get an uber (no other means of transport were running at that time) for £136 - vs £57 I was expecting to pay with Kabbee.

When I then complained to the Kabbee customer service asking for compensation for the additional money I had to pay due to them not fulfilling their promise to re book me with another provider (promise which is clearly stated in the confirmation email they send you) they claim that they are unable to do anything more than credit £10 to my Kabbee account.

I find it outrageous that not only the company has no problem not fulfilling the promises they themselves make to the customers but also seems to have no regards for the stress and cost they cause to their customers with their poor service.

I will certainly not use them again in the future and will discourage anybody who actually wants to get somewhere from doing so.

#1 for Airport and prebooked rides, especially in the early morning hours but also throughout the day and pickups. On time and always reliable.

The driver didn’t come to meet me at arrivals as promised by the app, and it was hard to communicate with him and find the meeting point

Driver didn’t arrive exactly at the foreseen hour, but he phone called informing he was only a few minutes later.

I had 2 very bad experiences with Kabbee over the last week. I booked 2 separate journeys to and from airports in London. On both occasions the drivers were very unprofessional on many levels, and what is promised via the app/ website by Kabbee wasn't as advertised.

I also found it strange that you can't top up the exact amount of your fare and only set amounts, so you are left with credit you will never use again due to poor service. I have emailed them my complaints and lets see what action is taken and a standard apology won't be enough in this case.

Driver was very dangerous that he kept using his phone during the ride. There was on occasion that he almost crashed into the car in front! Very unsafe behaviour and scary trip ever!

Though planned and booked for a week in advance, Kabbee came 20 minutes late for the Sunday morning pick-up. Eventually caused me to miss my plane from Gatwick Airport. Poor customer service to boot.

Used Kabee twice in the space of 2 weeks and had no issue at all. The app is a disaster but if you book online it's all really smooth and prices are on par with the competition

Early morning airport dropoff and the driver looked to be falling asleep in the rear view mirror, whilst necking Red bull. He eventually hit the side of another car on the motorway. Terrifying. We did make the flight though.

I have used Kabbee to get around central London when i'm there on business. They have always been good and not had a problem so would recommend
