Ordered vitamins easily on this site. Payment was without problems and my items arrived a few days later.

However, I did email the site to ask if the items could be returned under their 14day return policy but didn't get a reply so I have had to keep them even though I have been advised not to use this particular item. Very disappointing.

Have been taking Wellness 70+ for 2 weeks only so not really long enough to tell if they are having a positive effect on my health and mobility. I have not had any adverse effects from taking them so I have my fingers crossed that given more time I will feel like a new woman !!

The delivery which arrived was not what I was expecting. I had wanted Hairfollic Woman 3 boxes, and what I received was a considerably less number of Hairfollic Woman in the 3 boxes, made up to the total with Hairfollic her. I was disappointed and will be very careful in future that I am ordering what I am needing and not receiving another product.

This is my first experience with Vitabiotics online shop. It is really authentic & reliable. The order was shipped very fast as it had been assigned. It is well-packed and wrapped. I feel truly satisfied with this experience, especially with the vitamins offer. I highly recommend it.

I have used Vitabiotics Cardioace Max for a couple of years now and believe they provide an excellent supplement for everyday use. I can’t guarantee that they have helped prevent colds/flu etc but I haven’t suffered a serious bout of either since taking them, I consistently order through the Vitabiotics website to take advantage of the 3 for 2 offer and also gain points to get a reduction also, great service and website easy to navigate.

It took 3 attempts to get my order accepted. Your site never requested the shipping address and I had to SHOUT to get my order processed. Suggest you look into that so other real customers don't just go somewhere else. Anyway it arrived today and the shipping time was OK.

The vitamins from Vitabiotics are great and home delivery is quick and efficient. The postal packaging is minimal and eco friendly. I only wonder what can be done to reduce the packaging of the tablets themselves?

I signed up to receive a monthly supply of Menopace Max, which has really helped with my symptoms and helps me keep my calcium levels high (to offset the risk of osteoporosis).
In the 2+ years I have been receiving it from Vitabiotics they have only failed to deliver once, and did not notify me the item was out of stock. They also failed to notify me when it was back in stock, so it just arrived!
The only thing that doesn't work is the fact that they supply 28 day's worth of tablets, so I run out before the end of each month! It would be entirely logical to provide a 30-day pack and I hope they will consider this.

The website does not provide sufficient functionalities, if someone places an order anonymously (as a guest).

Orders that have just been placed can't be cancelled immediately, even though they haven't been processed yet.

My optician advised me to take Lutein and that Vitabiotics were the best place to get them so I followed her advice and am very pleased with their service. I buy 2 and get the 3rd free and receive them in a couple of days so can't ask for more.

I thought that buying direct from the manufacturer would be more expensive, however the Ultra Vitamin D 1000IU tablets were very reasonably priced. I was lucky enought to get a three for two deal which will keep me going for a few months. Postage was fast and free. An all round good experience.

I’ve been buying Vitabiotics children’s vitamins for years now , receive them on a monthly basis via their subscription service , I can highly recommend it ! It’s so simple to set up and I never have to worry about running out of them . My son loves them , we have the strawberry chewy ones

Always a good ordering experience if you know what you want but improved categorisation would help the search for additional 'new' items less frustrating and time consuming.
Delivery fast and excellent, especially as the local agent uses an electric vehicle!

I’ve used Vitabiotics for for many years and have always been very pleased with the offers and quality. But I tried using the repeat service and got it twice out of 5 months, I emailed 2 x’s and got no reply for either so was very disappointed, ended up phoning prepared to be cross but the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and gave me some good advice. So yes would definitely recommend them we all have blips.

I have been taking Perfectil Plus Hair for some years now. I find the product beneficial as I had aloplecia for many years and was informed my hair will not grow back and there was nothing that could be done.
I thank my Lord that he is the Healer. He also put this product into my hands and my hair is growing with his help and Perfectil Plus Hair.
My faith in Jesus is now much stronger.
Thank you for your high standard and continuous research.When mistakes are made you are quick to rectify them.

I like that I have a standing order for my tablets to be sent automatically every moth, and that they aren't charged for until dispatched. They cost less than in the chemists too. I am now trying the Well Woman range and find I feel better for it. A wide range of vitamins etc to choose from.
Very happy I found them.
