I purchased 2 training tops initially which were offered at nearly a 2 for 1 offer. The price and quality of the tops was very good. They arrived within 2 days (shipping cost was just under €5). Having used the product I was very impressed and promptly purchased 2 more in the following week and the experience and delivery was the same. Very happy with service provided

I am waiting since Wednesday 13th to be order #103387267 dispatched as it was estimated 4 days ago although on their webpage they advertise delivery in 3-4 days. Webpage is inaccurate in following information: -false advertising of shipping rates and times -client is not informed about delays in a timely manner -when I tried to get refund before dispatch they refused to provide that -wrong information about dispatch and delivery times given when completing purchase I am keen in advertising and I have justified reasons to believe they are misleading consumers despite they are aware they will not fulfill contractual obligations.

Order Number: 192863479 There are no zero stars or else I would have happily given zero. The worst service I have received in my life. I placed an order on 27th December, 19 (Christmas Sale). I ordered natural vanilla 2 x 5.5lbs. The order processed and stated that it will be dispatched on 30th Dec. Today is 17th Jan still my order is in processing. I mailed them 3 times before just to know what is the problem. The replies I got were "Due to the high volume of orders they are still processing it". Today I lost my patience and asked them again what is happening with my order? The response I got was horrible. They said that the flavour(Natural Vanilla) that I ordered they have stopped manufacturing. What???. So I told them that I am ok with some other flavour please dispatch my order I already waited for more than 3 weeks. They said they can't do it either. Really Guys!!!!. They used my money for more than 3 weeks and now they say they won't send me my order. This is a total SCAM. They just use their customers money.

I have purchased from My Protein once before and they have always been outstanding. The products they sell are excellently priced and are very good quality. Also in addition they have great offers pretty much one after the other. I recently purchased Thermapure from them and is much better then the branded stuff that sells for three times as much. I got it at half price too. Delivered to my door within two days. Also have an amazing range of different protein products that are better then anything I have seen anywhere else. Highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to eat healthy or does any kind of sport.

My protein complaint I purchased Impact Whey Protein – 5kg - unflavoured, this is the 3rd time I’ve used this product and have been happy with the results. That was till this purchase, like I have said this is not the first time of using .so after drinking my first mix I became physically sick, this I put down to maybe drinking it to quick, so I washed out all the containers etc ready to use again next time. Two days later I made a new mix and the same happened again (physically sick).then I inspected the contents of the bag and could smell that there was something wrong with it. So I contacted My Protein with my concerns about the product not being good and that it has something wrong with it. Their reply was to basically dismiss the product being anything but 100% good and unless I produced a Doctors certificate detailing that the product was why I was sick, they would not investigate further even though I requested that they arrange carriage for the item to be picked up so to be tested, you would think that this would be a concern of the highest, but obviously not. The customer service is extremely poor and most definitely unprofessional. I am now going to contact my local authority and the food service agency regarding the issue.

I was charged more than my basket said (my basket said a total of £62 and they have charged me £113) I’ve spoken to customer service and the service has be abysmal. The only solution they have offered is returning the item, but I cannot leave the house due to lockdown and being at risk!! Long time customer but won’t be returning.

Great products and a company I trust. Huge variety at reasonable prices. Let down only by their choice of delivery carriers as they often use ‘Hermes’ who are dishonest and unreliable, resulting in late or stolen deliveries.

pleased with the items i’ve recieved. and good value for money too ive gained nearly a stone since using myprotein weight gain and muscle mass has increased too and ive just started to use BCAA too very productive.

I cannot get enough of myprotein!! I only use myprotein for all my protein shake needs, as well as being my go to supplier for my daily dose of breakfast oats- which are the optimum consistency for maximum nutritional intake when soaked overnight.
My lunches consist of a sandwich of myprotein almond butter, peanut butter or myprotein chocolate hazelnut spread which are simply delicious and provide me with enoygh energy which takes me all the way through, past the gym after work to the protein shake when I get home.
I utilise the benefits of myvitamins daily by taking hocus focus and wakey wakey in the morning. These combined keep my mind sharp and focused, during working a very demanding Monday to Friday. I even have enough energy to power through a workout on the way home. I have been able to cut my coffee consumption right down, which is a shame really because I am working my way round eleven different flavdrops slower than I’d like to be!!

I love the quality of the products and the price. The problem is that the shipping cost is too expensive. It is not worth it to buy some products if the shipping cost will be half of the price of the product. I would buy many more stuff with a cheaper shipping

I’ve been buying Myprotein products around 18 months & never had any issues with orders or turnaround times for delivery. Products are packed safe & securely and always arrive in good condition. I buy impact whey protein & protein pancake mix for my son who plays rugby. He’s a fussy teenager but the quality and taste of both the shakes and pancakes goes down a treat with him. Would recommend Myprotein.

I have purchased Impact Whey Protein for the first time, I normally online shop protein from another brand. Ordered Saturday and received Wednesday (shipped to EU). Despite some quality issues with one of the products, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the taste of the remaining products. Thanks a lot to Tracey from Customer Service for handling the issue and resolving it in a professional, swift and good manner! This is definitely the reason for me writing this review and looking forward to becoming a returning customer with MyProtein, much appreaciated.
