We needed to find a small storage space for our mothers belongings now that she's in a nursing home. Find storage fast hooked us up with the guys at Extra space and we were in the next day! Close by and at a price we could afford!

I have called 3 different times, finally got my reservation
Drove for 9 hours, just to be told that the company that I made the reservation with is not accepting reservations from this company. Now I have wasted $300 in gas hauling a trailer, and I still have no unit to put my stuff in.

The manager was polite; however this facility has maybe 3 doors to access, with all the units inside. Only one maybe two trucks can park in the back to unload, then if you are upstairs prepare to wait for the slowest elevator in the world, averaging 1 floor every 5 minutes, and there is only 2 floors. Oh and the prices for these units, ridiculous, and insane!

With one phone call I was able to reserve storage unit by speaking with a friendly efficient representative and it all took less than 10 minutes. I will recommend this service to everyone

Put in a reservation online for a 10 x 15 but when I got there they only had a 10x10 unit.

I called the storage place 5 days after reserving the space and they no record of the reservation.

I needed a storage at the last minute for same day move. I was very please, all it took was one phone, call less than 15 mintues on the phone and just like that i had my reservation for a storage. The representative was very helpful. And Val and Sue with Bullseye storage are the best. I will highly recommand the site and Bullseye.

I found a good price for a small (5 x 5) unit on the web site for my daughter's college goods but it wouldn't let me make a reservation for May 10th when I needed it. I called and was told that I had to take the unit and start paying within 2 days because it was available on April 26th but not May 10th. I made the reservation and was told that my daughter needed to go and pay the first month's rent on the 26th. When she arrived during posted business hours no one answered. I called Find Storage Fast and was told that the reservation was invalid and would have to make a new one and return on the 27th to pay. I was told to let them know before arriving so they could call the storage facility. When I called the next day I was put on hold and the call dropped. Thankfully I was able to call the local facility directly myself. Overall I would have been better off calling the storage facility directly myself.
