Do not use this company. I just received notice they are going to increase my rent by 25% on August 1st. It went from $170 to $212. I could understand 3% or even 5%. But 25% is just highway robbery. We all need to band together and stop these predatory corporations from taking our hard earned money.

I ordered a daybed with trundle from this company on June 1, 2021 with an estimated delivery of 2-10 business days. They processed my payment right away of course, sent tracking numbers on June 3, 2021. The tracking numbers were incorrect and had false information (according to Totally furniture it's not their fault). I took the day off from work to stay home and await delivery based on the tracking info I was given and updates claiming it was "out for delivery". I waited until about 8pm and still no delivery. When I called Totally Furniture, they washed their hands of it and said contact Fedex. I contacted Fedex and was told they had no idea where my shipment even was, probably on a truck somewhere. The shipment finally arrived late on June 10th. I had guests arriving in 2 days and needed to put this together (while very pregnant mind you). The boxes were undamaged and sealed. I began to open and lay out the pieces to assemble when we realized half the pieces were missing. I immediately called Totally Furniture and left a voicemail, no one EVER returned my call and I also sent an email. I needed beds for people to sleep in and the response from Totally Furniture was "you can return it but you're responsible for the cost of shipping and a restocking fee" of an item that they shipped me without the important parts to actually assemble. Totally furniture then told me the manufacturer will send me the "replacement parts". NOT Replacement parts, they were completely missing from the boxes. Totally Furniture said, we don't touch the boxes they come straight from the manufacturer, essentially washing their hands of the whole thing. I had to go out and purchase ANOTHER day bed and trundle so my guests had somewhere to sleep. I disputed the purchase with my credit card company to which Totally Furniture still claims they sent us all of the parts. Never received the missing parts now I'm out over $500 because I have a partial daybed and trundle that is not usable without paying someone to make the missing pieces and Totally furniture has completely abandoned the situation since they were able to lie and keep my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!

I ordered a Queen headboard. I received the confirmation and email when it was sent. I received an email that it was delivered but nothing! I've called & emailed.... still nothing! Great prices and merchandise but NO customer service. The 10-15.00 you will save isn't worth not being able to contact customer service! I'm out of $150.00- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Ordered 3 plastic pet food containers (the same item), 4 days later receive email saying they are back ordered will a one month latest ship by date. I never hear from them again. I never emailed or complained I was also not charged. The item price was decent but the $15.15 shipping didn't warrant making a hassle out of it. I would try them again if they had something I needed again -but not in a hurry.

The only issue that I had was a lazy driver that delayed my delivery. This is a very good company and I will buy from them again. The products are second to none and the online employees are great to deal with. One more thing, these cabinets really look good.

I have moved to SOS online backup from crash plan. Although I liked Crash Plan very much SOS has 24 hour online support over the web chat during the week and a better integrated user interface. One of the weaknesses is that the continuous backup can only be set at the file and not at the folder level, but maybe thy will develop this in a future release. Another imitation is that if you have a lot of files, such as music and photos, 100gb may not be enough to suit your needs. They are flexible in that they allow 5 computers to share one account,abiet with a single password.SOS can perform a Facebook profile backup and restore as well as allow folder sharing to friends of backed up files. Complimentary local backup as well as cloud backup is included. Overall excellent with some minor hiccups.

Yesterday I was so upset has I was a old paying customer when we came on board the old staff was brilliant but they advertise has workspace running business that you cant do anymore be shouted at and nagged 24 /7 by staff members being told we cant park our cars no more and cant use certain loading shutters , being told all car parks space are now for Hermes with out any notice , because my Hermes have paid them it's a total disaster of a company also now feeling that we have been paying good money and same with others to be treated in this is now forcing us to leave I would not recamend this company to no one any more has old customers have no value seeing managers swearing at customers and taking keys out of fork lift trucks forcing them to stop working so they can give the carpark ti my hermes , Bang out of order , not happy no respect. I have had enough be aware be u now come to storage world. Making changes has they and rules has they go along. Very upset with this company.

We recently used Greens Removals - this was the third time we have used them in last 2 years and in every move which included a very heavy piano there has never been even a scratch on any item. They provided an excellent service and nothing was too much trouble for the 3 removal chaps who worked non stop. Unfortunately this time 2 items were damaged - but that was not a problem at all - Greens had them professionally repaired and returned to us - great service and would definitely use again and highly recommend them

Greens Removals provided me and my family with an extremely professional service, the guys (Tommy & Mick) worked none stop for 8 hours and made me and my partner feel so comfortable in such a stressful time. It did not.having bought two of the recent Pure, one for my son and one for myself, Dili very should have been August, but they arrived in May. Was assured that they were the same as the ones to be shipped in August but without the firmware update.so far neither of them work satisfactorily. My first unit was a small oval one, then three Gems. Followed by a Pure a couple of years ago, decided to buy the new ones as it looked as if there had been improvements, but after a week of trying no progress. I tried to download the instructions for returning,but even that defeated me. Watch this space

They were incredibly punctual, got the job done quickly, and everything arrived in Sydney undamaged, and with a friendly smile (after carrying furniture up three flights of stairs). I just noticed bolts popping out of the sided where the ladder was installed (18 mths post-installation), although I don't know how long they've been like that. I have emailed 3 times and was about to call when I looked at the warranty - 6 months for labour. So now I'm stuck with a crap job where they bang it in & walk away. They could even be out of business for all I know given that they don't bother responding to emails. I have not misused or abused my attic lader in anyway yet am left with a shoddy job. No wonder their warranty period is so short. I thought it was longer but must be thinking of another company - I regret not giving the job to them now. I don't know if I am allowed to post photos but will happily pass them on if requested.

Our Experience with Cool Box Portable Storage was Fantastic,from day one when we contacted them for a quote. They were always very friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. They were several hours late in delivering the box, causing us to reschedule movers and costing us $200 for the last minute reschedule. One piece of furniture was damaged apparently from exposure to heat and humidity. Another piece of furniture was damaged because we didn't tie down the furniture to minimize its shifting. We neglected to consider that the box is tilted when loading and unloading. We saw them deliver so we should have thought of it. There were many spiders in the box when it was turned. They did pick up the box on time. We won't use them again.

this may be a slightly long review but please read through to understand the exceptional service Big Blue Squirrel, especially Sana the store manager of Essex, provided me with. I used to live in the UK but had to move abroad and left mybelongings at a storage facility. After finding a moving firm to internationally transport my belongings, i was informed the firm had to go into liquidation and I was informed to collect my belongings at theor facilities in the short time from i was given. Being overwhelmed with frustration, i went on the UK self-storage page to find a place reliable to have my stuff moved in and thet is where i came across the name Blue Squirrel. Sana was the one to pick up when i frantically reached out and explained her the situation. She soothed all my worries and even guided me into a reliable mover as I am not physically in the uk to bring my stuff to Blue Squirrel. after that, Sana literally took over my case, put me in touch with the mover, prepped the contracts and aided me to submit all the documentations online. Today was the day my stuff was moved into Blue Squirrel and even before the truck was unloaded, I had a photo in my mailbox from Sana to depict the safe arrival of my goods. She took care of the movers and even arranged me a padlock that i obviously couldnt bring, She drafted a holding consent letter for the keys. I would explain more how helpful she was throughout this entire process, alleviated a major burden off of my shoulders. I can expand more on all the things she did to make my move without my presence smooth for me especially after the unfortunate event i have been through but I would suggest you trying it for yourself. You wont regret as my only regret is not to have opted to store my belongings with Big Blue Squirrel in the first place.

We were their tenant for 2 years , after 2 years we have given notice for 3 months. At the end of 3 months we were going to handle the keys but their manager went on holiday and we had to wait another month and they charged us for that month too . Unit was unoccupied for 4 months. Notice given on 07-06-2019 and they charged us till November. Its like 5 rents. Area manager and head office doesnt have any connection. Our shutter stopped working and it took them 2 years to get it fixed. We never had a chance to met them helpful and friendly staff. In 2 years they changed 4 area managers and none of them take care of their responsibilities. After the payment they made up excuses and didnt pay our deposit too. So be very careful before signing any contract with them. I would never ever rent from them again Update: we havent received our deposit back

AVOID AVOID AVOID I previously gave this company a positive review however, having identified 3 small items missing I contacted the company to ascertain if items had been found. Having failed to return my call on two occassions, I rang again only to be told that pods were empty and I would need to produce photographic evidence of lost items. Their customer service/aftercare is extremely poor and all they are after is your money. I will wait with bated breath to see if they honour their word by sending a claim form. I would truly recommend paying more for a professional and honest company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have used this facility for 6 months and have had no problems at all. The staff are professional and friendly and go out of their way to help you out. I will definitely use Eurobox again. Lorna is a gem and went out of her way to sort my daughter and I out for our storage needs.

Having bitten the bullet and decided to buy my childhood dream a 1971 Mini Cooper S before the price rises even more I needed a cover to protect my pride and joy! I have used Hamilton before a while ago but forgot what a Fantastic personalised service they give with great communication - the cover is great value and the optional logo looks brilliant - I received a call to discuss the cover and when I asked if the logo could specifically have the Mini Cooper S motif on - I was enthusiastically told no problem and was given a suggestion which looks great - so a very happy bunny ! So I highly recommend Hamilton classic to anyone who is looking for a quality cover at very competitive prices with a great personalised service !

Had difficulty getting through on phone and it kept getting diverted elsewhere not dumfries eventually the other place I think was Glasgow said she’d get someone to call me but she never did - eventually got hold of Lyndsey and she was great sorted me out

Needed a place to store some important items for a few weeks and stopped by at Metro. Managed to get a deal for a 10sqft unit. Units are accessible until 10pm at night. Jon at reception was very helpful and nice. Only thing is you have to pay a refundable deposit and this increased the cost. However, overall I'm happy with the service.

I telephoned 1 hour before I went and was given a price only to find when I got there (with a car load of things) that the price was (a) more expensive than quoted; and (b) a deposit was required went which pushed the price up further. Makes a mockery of your claim that the price given is transparent and all inclusive and was completely misleading. The storage unit itself is fine.

Was promised ground floor storage (one was supposedly reserved for me) when booking on phone but was given storage on first floor. Had to then carry two sofas up two flight of stairs because there was no lift - not told about this when booking. Was told I had to pay £10 to reserve the container and this would be deducted from my first payment - but I was given a padlock instead! Again was told nothing about this.

I have used many storage facilities over the years, moving homes, storing personal possessions and prized assets. The facility at store and secure is second to none, its easy to see why year after year they win facility of the year! The customer service, was for me however what I was most impressed by. Their attention to detail, transparency and honesty made me feel valued and I felt like friends were looking after my belongings not a stranger. They were competitively priced, nothing was to much trouble and I found them to be flexible and willing when accepting the arrival of new belongings. Bottom line, don't go anywhere else. Go to Store and Secure.

They are spotless n clean, they only charge you for storage (no silly sly hidden charges like for your lock or insurance for instance - even if you want it or not in some places) there is a room to get tea/coffee free of charge and facilities for heating somrthing to eat and you can have access to your locker 24/7 . It's just a really good cheap (defo not nasty) place to store whatever it is your storing. I'd defo use them again if I needed to.

The representative was very knowledgeable and an employee I would hire. She greeted us as soon as we walked in and let us know she would be with us as soon as possible. There were several people in the office but your rep treated each customer as if they were the first person of the day. She was very thorough in asking what our needs were and suggested compartments that were could view. She was well versed in explaining the prices, what all the paper work was for, payment options and the safety of the building. Before leaving she let us know if we had any further questions in the future to please contact her or come in to see her. Also if we referred another person what the options were. Our rep was Jakena Blackmon and she made this a wonderful experience. Thanks

The site is very easy to navigate. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is a guide to help me determine the best sized unit. I love that I can get started risk free; and that I can change my unit when i arrive if I over our under estimate the size I will need. Thank you!

ObamaCare was created by following Saul Alinsky's 'Model' from his book: "10 Rules for Radicals." Rule # 1: Create socialized medicine. This way you have started your journey to control "the people." Rule # 2: Raise the Nat'l Debt as high as you can, this way people won't complain about raises taxes. Obama raised our DEBT more than all other President's COMBINED! Rule # 3: Raise Taxes, boy did Obama do that. This way "Corps" will move their business to other countries and people will be jobless and dependant on the Gov't to survive! More people were on welfare, food stamps, jobless, homeless, etc... than under any other President since the great depression! ObamaCare was an abject failure and the Dem's did not read the package before they signed it. Nancy Pelosi said: "You'll have to pass it, then you can find out what it is." That's what a call pure negligence and not one Republican signed it. Anyway, look up Saul Alinsky's book "Rules for Radicals" to see all of the 10 Rules Obama followed. It's beyond the pale! advertising indicated that eTax was a free software to file a tax return electronically with the IRS. When our refund arrived at our bank it was a little over $100 less than what was indicated on the filing with the IRS. When I checked the "Where's my refund" on IRS.gov it indicated what the filing did. It wasn't the fault of the of the IRS. I think I'll do something different next year. Maybe get a part time job with a filing service and get an "employee" discount :) Shame on you "eTax". Never again!

Used this believing it was free but although my Federal return seems fine enough, they really screwed up my State (MA) return. I called on 1/27/20 about their error and Tiffany said someone would research and get back to me within 48 hours but that the return was already filed so would have to be "retracted". Their error had us paying $187 but accurate figures yield a refund of over $900!!! I called again today after receiving an indication (on my tax account) that the state taxes were submitted. I was advised by Brianna that they would contact MASS DOR to get the return back but I had called Mass DOR myself and was advised that returns cannot be retracted and that an amended return is required. So I advised her of such. I was transferred to a male, Lawford was his name I believe, who said that no return had yet been submitted. I complained (as did others on this review site) that I never saw anything about payment and credit cards, etc. He insisted I did but is unable to provide any documentation/copy of my checking off any boxes. I insisted that they DO NOT submit any state tax return and he agreed to withhold it and send me a confirmation email about this matter. As of yet, nothing. STAY AWAY from these schemers who cost me over $140 for a free filing.

Right from transport, packing, handling and storage facility at Hyderabad (visited personally) all are above my expectations.
