I am very disappointed Was promised a quote Have made the trip to be here specially to discuss the job An hour later I'm still here waiting Jims hadn't shown up Not even a phone call apology Have got quite a bit of work needed to be done Don't know why Jim booked in to quote in the first place October 2nd 2019 Update: Good presentation After initial mix up with the date of our quote it was great that Jims was prompt and professional arriving on time. An appraisal and written job description was made and we quickly secured a price and timeframe for the jobs we need done So far all good

I hired Les Rose from That Handyman and I have never had such a poor experience with a tradesperson. He is unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable. I paid him a cash depost of $1800, he domolished a wardrobe and then disappeared when he was supposed to plaster and paint the wall afterwards. He kept telling me he would be at my place the next day to finish my job, and then never showing up. He didn't respond to my emails or text messages and didn’t answer phone calls. He started out being helpful and friendly but then he turned, showing a temper and petulance. Be aware.

Almost a year on, and with the job done by another contractor, I am still trying to get our deposit of $2,500 plus court costs, which were awarded in our favour by VCAT. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I reached out to 2HireAHandyMan for a wood restoration project at my 1920 Atlanta home. Several other contractors who came to see the project felt like it required an expertise they couldn't bring. 2HireaHandyMan was willing to take on the project and gave a competitive bid. It ended up taking longer than expected to complete the project, but the 2HireaHandyMan staff stuck it through to the end and overall I think that the work they did looks really nice. I am glad that I found 2HireaHandyMan and that I now have beautiful stained-wood trim in my living room and dining room!

I asked Abu (owner) at Handyfox for a quote to remove and replace a washing machine. The job, to a layman like me, would need the disassembly of the cupboard as the space in the bathroom was very narrow (I sent pictures with measurements). Then once the new washing machine and old dryer were replaced, the cupboard would be rebuilt and made good (plastering and painting). The quote given was "£750-950 depending on the amount of carpentry required". OK, so 2 people (washing machines are too heavy for one person and impossible to manoeuvre in the space available), 2 days, you can't paint wet plaster, the second day being a Sunday, this seemed a fair price. The engineer (Handyfoxs title for a multiskilled worker) arrived alone. He decided that he could remove the shower glass instead of the cupboard (no carpentry, a few screws and some silicone to replace it) he also used the tenants wife to help him move the machines (during Covid). In total he was there 7 hours (including lunch). The next day the machine is banging as it was not place correctly and there was a leak. I informed Handyfox and the the next week they sent Abu (an engineer) to fix all the problems, which took 6 hours. Then, I received the invoice, £930 + materials (8% charge is not settled on receipt)! 1 person, no carpentry, substandard work that cost the tenants a second Saturday, all technically completed in 6 hours. Surely this is a mistake, the top end was there if there was carpentry work, so I sent Abu an email. He replied that he would ask the relationship manager. Abu, the owner of the company, customer services and engineer, needs to check with 2nd person (Handyfox is not a Ltd company). Every day I continued to receive the same invoice from Squareup, a payment company. On Thursday Abu email say the relationship manager says 'no'. This is the invoice, it falls within the quote, please pay. Again I raise all of my points stated above. Again, 'no' pay now and we will waive the interest fee. At this point I have paid the invoice feeling I have no alternative and do not want Handyfox to pass this off to a credit company and affect my credit score. In my opinion Handyfox take advantage of the quoting system to manipulate clients in the highest fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to be ripped off.

Very bad The AC serviced by them stopped cooling after one week itself. The numbers provided on their warranty car(bill book) are non functional now. The customer care wont pick the call for past two days. Looks like I have been cheated on. Please do no get trapped here.

Amiga 1200 refurbished I bought an Amiga 1200 refurbished at Amiga Passion. The Amiga 1200 came in very nice condition (no yellowing on caps and case), was recapped with Premium caps and got an internal Gotek drive. It works perfectly, The communication was great, safe packaging and fast international delivery. I can highly recommend Amiga Passion - 5 stars!

Local Mr. Handyman - Spokane, WA. After checking around google, making many phone calls and emails I came across Mr. Handyman, the local franchise located in my city. After a few calls with my many questions I decided to hire them. They came out when they said, called on the way to let me know they were coming, and then once the repair guy got there, listened to me and actually cared about what I had to say and yes of course my budget. The fixed my rain gutters, well a few corners still needed some extra caulking, but without hesitation they came back out and fix the few leaks that were still there. They were professional and you could see and sense how much they cared about getting my job done right. I would give them a 5 star rating with out hesitation and will use them in the future as the need arises. They are GREAT !

The technician was highly professional and did an outstanding job. He obviously cared about the quality of his work, and was also helpful in answering questions. I don't think we could have expected any better. The work was also easy to schedule and happened exactly when and as agreed. The staff at Mr. Handyman in general were friendly and communicated clearly. All around, this was a very good experience and what we needed fixed was fixed right.

Biggest fraud ever unreliable person name James Calley there so call employee with unreliable Handyman Hub company, plus Handyman Hub have no business License within Nevada or other States they tried to hire other people do their work while charging over percentage of their fee using employees, do not trust any of them especially there employees they try to start and business in Las Vegas with six employees and try to rip you off and overcharged customer for labor and misleading you, while the employees get 30% to 35,%cut and Handyman Hub just sit behind a desk answer phone calls that didn't know what they're doing they don't reschedule properly they misleading the crew try to reschedule they don't call the customers up and the employees show up late over and especially the employee not txt you or call you while they lie to you while you are waiting for 25min to 30min . There very unprofessional! plus they don't give no business card to you and they're not licensed especially handyman hub throughout the other States. While the employees get % percentage not legit company they're not licensed in certain States they hire employees so employees need there own business license with there own insurance and pay for there own gas and cell phone, while there's no advertise on their vehicles there's no license registration with the State and no business number on the vehicle just nothing, if you planning to work for Handyman Hub just run fast! Biggest SCAM! Someone should close them down asap
