Completed the First Aid at Work yesterday, brilliant course ran by Tony. His knowledge and fun way of teaching ensured we all left at the end of the day feeling confident that we could help people.

Excellent course delivery from the very experienced course instructor Andy Taylor, I'm sure that his previous military experiences had a factor in this.

Attended the first aid at work course (Level 2), extremely thorough and at an advanced enough level that you left feeling able to use the skills independently.

I have just attended the 2 day MHFA course at work and cannot recommend it highly enough. All the subject matters were handled with respect. I myself suffer with mental illness but felt comfortable enough to share my experiences with my colleagues. I must specifically mention the 2 trainers we had, Tony and Andy, both delivered the training with true professionalism but also in a relaxed manner on what is a very sensitive subject matter. Both were very approchable and knowledgable.

I attended a first aid at work 3 day course.
The course was very interesting and the way it was presented meant that the day went quickly, the trainer was very good and I learnt a lot. I would recommend this course.

I have recently attended the 3 day First Aid at Work Course delivered by Tony Brockbank.

Tony taught me so much in the 3 days and it has stuck with me. During the course there is a mixture of practical and theory which really helps improve not only your understanding of first aid, but builds your confidence in what to do if a situation should arise.

I have attended serval first aid courses before. NEAS is light years ahead in terms of content and delivery,

Really enjoyed the 2 training day course - very informative, interactive and thought provoking. The two trainers were excellent providing a good mix of theory, group exercises and general discussion.

I recently attended a 2 Day Mental Health First Aid course at NEAS' training facility in West Denton, Newcastle.
The content of the course was fantastic and delivered really well by both Andy and Tony. They handled the sensitivity of the subjects well and involved all delegates in discussions and activities.
There was a good mix of theory and practical and I left feeling much more knowledgeable and confident about how best to support a colleague (or family/friend) going through a mental health issue.
I would highly recommend this course.

I attended the Fire Safety training on 24 September which was presented by Andy. Andy was extremely knowledgeable in the subject matter; he was also very personable, friendly and encouraged everyone to take part in the session.
Colleagues who also attended the session told me that they really enjoyed the training session. Thank you very much.

Sterling have used NEAS for a number of years now and I find that being trained by ex paramedics the best way to be trained. They adapt the course to our needs and are always friendly and there for any advice we may need. We know the trainers very well and they know most of our first aiders by name now. I would have no problem recommending them to any other companies.
