As of now, I have to give this a 2. I am trying to switch carriers and I am completely new to this. He teaches this like we already know the material. He goes too fast, does not have enough review questions after each part, and does not do a good job teaching the subnet sections. It is like sitting at an auction and hearing the auctioneer rambling off nonsensical numbers. He needs to break this section down and have way more practice questions except he needs to handwrite out how you solve these step by step in real-time on the screen. I have also found that his practice questions are not like what is on the other CCNA practice test. I signed up for the AlphaPrep, and a CCNA prep on my phone, and his questions do not match theirs. So, who is right? I am leaning toward the AlphaPrep and the other app. This material cannot be absorbed by him talking and going at the pace he is going unless the student is either already in this field and knows the nomenclature or has a photographic memory. I have actually learned more by reading the PDF book and watching YouTube videos. I bought this course because it was the cheapest out of all the courses and the reviews I saw were positive. Maybe they were not real reviews or he did what so many companies do and hid the negative reviews. I don't know. I guess I got what I paid for. If you are already in the computer network or programming field this course is probably good for you. If you are new to IT and want to start a career as a network Engineer without any previous knowledge this particular course IS NOT for you. I am not trying to be mean, I am just being honest.

Still a little early to say anything definitive, but I'll echo what I've already read in other reviews. This guy seems incredibly knowledgeable and logical. I expect this course to be exceptionally helpful.

Neil is a great teacher. So far I'm having a lot of fun. But I just wish there were more hands-on labs. Many of his labs are demos in which he shows the router CLI and all the commands he is entering. We see what he is doing but there should be more labs for the student to complete alone. So far its a great course.

It was a very good match for me. Its easy to understand, and at the same time challenging me to remember what I already knew of the CCNA course. Also being showed the extra parts of Udemy which will help me to take notes and get answers to questions was extremely helpful to me.

This course is the best that you can get to suit yourself up with a solid networking knowledge. I know a lot of courses which have a lot less effort put into it, and it really feels that Neil put a lot of work into this. Watching through the videos I had not only once thought about how much hours were put into this lecture.

so far so good. started with professor messer in network+ just to establish some kind of familiarity. really excited to start some hands on lab work. In my experience, I need visual cues as well as physical tasks to really understand the material. So far, I like what I am seeing

This is a very well structured material. I have some practical experience with networks but I've never felt I completely understand each piece of the puzzle and where exactly it fits in. Now I do, at least so far.

I have taken several of your courses. I am now a Manager over a Unified Communications group. I have started a group of 10 IT professionals that include those directly reporting to me, to take your course. I have set a team goal for everyone to pass the CCNA in 20 weeks. Thank you for the great training courses.

This was an awesome CCNA course. I really enjoyed the way Neil explains all of the concepts and then follows up with the labs. I have tried several other CCNA courses. Neil's course is the best. I really appreciate him updating the course with material for the new CCNA course. I will be taking the exam in a few week thanks to Neil's course.

Very good course, well laid out and the concepts are broken down into plain english. I'm using the course along side the official cert books by Odom. I find them a complimentary match. The books go quite detailed and Neils course helps to solidify the concepts along with all the practice labs.

Bardzo dobry kurs. Przez większość czasu brakowało tylko wskazań kursorem na slajdzie o którym elemencie się mówi. Potem zostało to poprawione.

This course is another amazing course from Neil Anderson. His knowledge of cloud data centers is spot on - so he's able to explain in great detail and clearly. It's worth every minute of your time which is more valuable than money.

If I could give him more stars I would! Neil breaks everything down into Layman's terms and covers all the main learning styles (auditory, visual, & tactile). If only I could have had him for all my IT courses in college.

The content of this course is very good so far, And v.good LAB at the end each chapter but I think that it could be much easier/faster to understand (while I learn the new topics) when the instructor more often could used a pointer/cursor while he explains something (a specially according to IP addresses) rather than reading plane txt. nothing personal but that's why I took it 0,5 star

The best part for me are the labs. When I watch something, I can comprehend it just fine, but when I put it into practice, it makes me realize where my limitations are, and helps cement the concepts into my understanding. The labs have not only been crucial, but a fun way to learn and get to try out these lessons, which would have been otherwise difficult to test out. I also appreciate that Neil doesn’t cut corners when he explains things. He will speed everything out, and absolutely does not jump around. Very easy to follow throughout the whole lesson because of that. Five stars, son.

I finished my CCENT about 5 months ago and due to some issues i couldnt complete the second part to get my CCNA before the new Cert was released. Looking to use this course to brush up on some knowledge before taking the new exam.

Neil is very clear and precise with his instructions and teaching. I am looking forward to really getting a lot out of this course. Unfortunately there are a few if not several instructors and courses on Udemy that kinda suck!! Neil's course is great so far!!!

I started another supposed beginner's course on cloud computing and ended up confused. Then I found this course and Neil gave me a good grounding in cloud computing and I feel better able to tackle the other course again
