I never got the money from them, although they managed to get 400 euros from the airline. After i have signed the papers for money to be transferred, they stoped replying the emails and I never got the money.

I feel this should not have taken 2 years as many passengers got paid out long before us also if you call for update feel like you are being a pest

Great service but for compensation of £250 You will see £128. There are additional charges and poor exchange rates.

Went almost without a hitch (I had to chase up once & found there was a t to cross - delayed the payout by another 10 days or so). Overall, though, Flt Comp & Bott&Co delivered what they promised and got us £350×2 whereas the airline had, initially, flatly refused.

Great service, airline continued to refuse payment for nearly 18 months however FC persevered and I got my compensation.

Put through this claim at the airport after finding out our flight from Greece was delayed by almost 3 and a half hours just on the off chance I may have a case. Just 2 months after the flight the money was paid into my account! (Although some claims do take longer, but definitely worth it!). Would definitely recommend FlightCompensation.com!

Excellent fast claim, after being told that we were not entitled to compensation we contacted the Flight Compensation Team and within 14 days our claim was agreed and paid straight into our bank account.

BA were totally unreasonable when I submitted a valid claim for a flight delayed in excess of 3 hours. They used every excuse possible to avoid payment stating everything from bad weather and air traffic control when there was petrol leaking from the engine and fire engines were called. Totally unacceptable and I would have not got anywhere without your help. Thank you very much.

I called to follow up the claim a few times and they were helpful was all done within 4 weeks

More than 12 months to get the compensation but I get something for the mall treatments received .
Nothing to reproach to the flight compensation team.

Having seeing flight compensation advertised i decided to try it as we had long delay going on holiday to Crete and resulted in losing our first evening off the holiday. Had nothing to loose by giving it a try and within weeks was happily shocked to come home from another trip to find cheque in my letterbox for over 200 euro. Highly recomend this brilliant company and will be telling my friends who fly regularly about this great company.

We had a 6 hour flight delay . two hour were on the plane . Three people actually got off . We're from Canada so we didn't know there was any kind of compensation or how to go about getting it . Lucky we heard people moaning about a refund on the plane . My wife somehow found the company on line . The rest was easy ,we just gave our flight info and these guys did the rest. It took a long time to get a refund ,about 10 months .There were also a lot of emails, mostly just signing papers. The lawyer gets 25% plus a fee but without them we wouldn't have gotten anything .
We had a cheque mailed to us ,which in the end was the cost of the flight (135 GBP) . All in all everything worked out well for us

Was a little sceptical about using an third party to claim flight compensation at first, but was exceptionally pleased with the service. It was a quick and easy process, the claim was successful, and compensation was paid directly to my bank account.

This is the second time we have used Bott & Co and once again the service and communications has been fantastic. They succeeded where we failed (twice) with BA so we are extremely pleased.

The service is good but it took 5 months to get some money back from the the airline and this after having a journey from hell during Christmas and arriving home 2 days later and although I guess this is not Flight Compensation's fault their fees are absolutely horrendous so be aware of this when you use them to put a claim on.

Only contacted 2 of our party of 3 when compensation became available. Our email responses were not acknowledged. Does each claim in a party booking merit £90 per head?

We were unaware of compensation for flight delays which only came about following discussion with friends in Bristol, U.K., who directed us to your site.
