Awesome insurance broker, extremely professional service with very competitive pricing as well. They are a firm I have used several times for several different insurances, all experiences have been very good.

preparatory papers should have explained why the quote had increased over the current year's premium. It was said that most of the letters were standard and did not cope with this. If this is really the case then the system needs to be revised to enable the right advice to be given for the quote.
When I discussed this over the phone the explanations was fine but could easily have gone in the covering letter

Always a first class service, willing and able to go the extra mile to find a suitable insurer that for the most difficult types of cover no matter what the premium/commission to be earnt by brokers.

Once I spoke to Nicola, She put my mind to rest and happily took plenty of time to answer all my questions.
Further to our discussions, I changed the sums insured and Nicola honoured the earlier quote . I was very impressed and pleased. Dealing with underwriters and some brokers is a minefield, Nicola was absolutely clear and down to earth, no jargon, only clear concise information.
Will happily use in future and recommend.

This is the first year of obtaining public and employers liability insurance with Flint, so we are at early stages of our dealings, but so far so good.

We came to Flint from a personal introduction, and I was somewhat cautious from the initial conversation, which was totally unfounded, as they seem to know the fire engineering market very well, and do have strong connections at Lloyds, which resulted in getting our business insurance cover set up without fuss. Overall the service was impeccable, couldn't fault it Thanks to everyone at Flint.

Surely one of the countries premier insurance brokers. Excellent meeting, clear and concise with our requirements and appropriate cover delivered at a decent cost. I would recommend this company highly as leaders within their sector.

The Account Executive (Russell Winch) we dealt with was excellent. We received our quote and our insurance and roadside breakdown recovery were sorted in very rapid timescale. Got us out of a mess when the other insurer we tried first let us down badly.
